27/09/2025: Last night we celebrated a dear friend's 80th birthday. We entrusted the catering to Artista. Michela and Alfonso arrived early and quickly set up the buffet and cake stations. They carefully arranged the food and, above all, paid attention to the aesthetics, placing lovely bowls of fresh flowers on the tables. They were kind and helpful throughout, accommodating our every request. All our guests raved about both the service and the deliciousness of the refreshments. Special thanks to Rosalia, who made the cake—it was beautiful and truly delicious! We're so happy we chose Artista!

24/07/2025: We chose to celebrate our daughter's birthday at this venue, and everything was perfect. The buffet was excellent (we loved the savory croissants and focaccia), and the cake was truly delicious.

06/09/2025: Olimpia and Stefano, the owners, are very helpful. The atmosphere is very relaxing and surrounded by greenery.

25/08/2025: The place is run by rude people, especially Olimpia, who disregard public order rules. The place is located in a residential area, surrounded by private homes. The music (the place is open late, so we're talking about disturbances after 10 PM, sometimes until 1 AM) is often too loud, sometimes incredibly loud and unbearable. A few weeks ago, I alerted the police, after several attempts over the years to politely ask them to turn the volume down. And I will do so again, if necessary. This place is unbearable!

19/10/2025: A quaint, typical Salento location with wonderful star vaults... well-maintained. Welcoming atmosphere! Courteous and professional staff. Now for the food... The perfect place to enjoy traditional cuisine. The house appetizer is varied and tasty, and the first courses are excellent! We'll definitely be back and telling you about it... In fact, we've been back, and we had a wonderful meal once again 👍 We've been back again. Tonight we had the first course of the day, a delicious porcini mushroom risotto, and a delicious grilled meat.

26/08/2025: As the years pass, Osteria della Divina Provvidenza remains a trusted favorite. In the jungle of Lecce's restaurants, some of which are overly formal but lacking in substance, this restaurant remains the pinnacle of food, ensuring quality and satisfying a wide range of tastes with an interesting variety of dishes. The service is always attentive, professional, pleasant, and discreet. The atmosphere is relaxing and quiet, thanks to its multiple dining rooms. I highly recommend it.

24/08/2025: Our meal wasn't bad, but it wasn't great either. The brusque, nervous staff didn't inspire any positivity. It felt like management was improvised. I wouldn't return, nor would I recommend it. Special mention goes to the foreign waiter, I think Indian, who stood out from the rest of the staff.

16/10/2025: A restaurant worth zero. Yesterday, two friends of ours went for lunch after finding it on Google. Based on the reviews, it looked good, but the hospitality left much to be desired, with the staff's behavior seemingly ruining their comfort after arriving at 12:05. The worst part came later, with a childish and ignorant waiter who constantly insulted us. Besides bringing us a pizza in the center and not having plates on the table for the pizza slices, he also told us he'd cut the salad and then bring the plates. We thought that was the end of it, but he was criticizing us for taking a napkin from the next table and for leaving the empty salad bowl on the next table after we asked him to get it. But he wasn't there, and, ignorant as he was, he gave us an answer that made me scream that I was stupid and couldn't do everything myself. The question that comes to mind is: what do I need as a customer for the problems of the place? He forced us to leave lunch half-finished, and the best part was that they wanted to pay us 4 euros for that ignorant child's service. I never write like this, but I've been to Italy hundreds of times, and this is the first time in my life it's happened to me. I don't recommend it as a restaurant at all, at least not to foreigners.

13/10/2025: September 2025: Gnocchi alla Sorrentina, Orecchiette Baresi, sparkling water, and two coffees €29. The portions are okay, the quality of the ingredients is good, and the service and courtesy are excellent. The only downside is that they also have a lunch menu, but they didn't show it to us, so ask when you come in or go straight to the à la carte menu.

06/11/2025: We had lunch at Osteria del D'Avalos last week, but we come here often when we're in the area. It's an excellent restaurant: excellent traditional dishes (the appetizers are delicious!), very friendly staff, and a very welcoming place.

01/11/2025: Last night the pizza was top top top. There were 17 of us and we all enjoyed every last crumb of pizza🍕. Great Francesco in the kitchen

21/09/2025: A place to feel good – highly recommended I spent a few days at La Giara Risto Relais and can highly recommend my stay. As a single woman traveling alone, it was especially important to me to feel safe and well looked after – and that was exactly the case here from the very first minute. The room was exceptionally clean, tastefully furnished, and meticulously maintained down to the last detail. I also really liked the quiet, somewhat secluded location. Parking was available right next to the rooms. What made the stay special was the warmth of the hosts. The Italian mentality – open, warm, and familiar – was palpable at all times. I felt welcome, safe, and completely at home in every way. If you're looking for clean, quiet accommodations with genuine Italian hospitality, this is the place for you. I would love to come back.

20/07/2025: A bakery just outside Alberobello. The lady who served us was incredibly kind and explained their focaccia doughs well, which always include a portion of whole wheat or semolina. The best focaccia I've eaten in Puglia. Unfortunately, we were only in the area for a few days, but if we return, this bakery will be our first choice!

14/08/2025: The farmhouse is beautiful, as is the pool. Few amenities, and cleanliness could be improved. Excellent location.

12/08/2025: We stayed here for 6 days. It's a quiet and private place in a typical Salento farmhouse. The room was comfortable and cozy, the pool was just steps away, and it was well-kept and not crowded. Convenient on-site parking was available. The location was perfect as a base for a tour of Salento. Thank you, Carlo, for your support and availability.

21/05/2025: Renovated place very nice and spacious with many seats. The choice is really wide, dishes made very well super tasty. The portions are at a fixed price and not by weight. The cover charge is included. Excellent stop for lunch break or also available for takeaway. Highly recommended

07/05/2025: This was absolutely the best "tavola calda" I've been to in Puglia. My Pugliese husband and I agree that the food is absolutely delicious and of high quality. There are many tasty primi (pastas, rice, parmigiana, etc.) and secondi (meat and fish) options as well as different vegetable preparations. We have visited here twice and both times the food was delectable. We usually order one pasta dish, 2 meat dishes, a plate of mixed vegetables, 2 rolls, and a bottle of water and the total is around 22€. I would highly recommend this place for the convenience, taste, and price. Also, the staff is so friendly and very kind and understanding with our toddler.

14/07/2025: Excellent pizza, nice location with outdoor seating, very basic but the pizza is good. Excellent value for money.

22/09/2025: Good ice-cream, care taken to present a lemon soda with the right amount of ice and a lemon slice and delicious almond pastries. Clean, professional and a great stop on a hot day.

03/10/2025: The best sighs I've ever tasted!

26/10/2025: Good pizza, light dough, well-cooked, and quality ingredients. The only unpleasant incident was when it came to the bill: I'd mentioned that we'd only ordered one bottle of water, but the receipt showed two. I pointed this out to the cashier, who preferred to ask the waitress for confirmation (to later confirm what I'd told her). I understand the caution, but for a simple bottle of water (€3), the gesture seemed rude and gave the impression of a lack of trust in the customer. It's a shame, because the quality of the pizza and the restaurant is truly worth it: I'd gladly return, hoping for a more attentive approach, including in terms of customer communication.

15/10/2025: We were satisfied and pleasantly surprised by the atmosphere, the service and, last but not least, the tasting: excellent wines and refined dishes.
