15/07/2025: An alternative restaurant. The place is very charming, and the staff is friendly and helpful. They offer a variety of seafood sandwiches, with the tuna one being excellent. They also offer fried fish, tartare, and salads. You can also eat at the outdoor seating. The ingredients are top-quality.

01/07/2025: We went to this restaurant after other nights where they think that the tourist is stupid and does not understand the quality of food. The professional service, excellent menu. Quality products. The porch very nice and quiet. I recommend it to the tourist.

04/06/2025: Passing through Puglia I had the pleasure of dining at this Braceria. And I must say it was a pleasant surprise, I had the chance to taste excellent quality meat, served with perfect cooking and temperature among the best I have ever tasted, excellent service and truly friendly staff. I felt at home. Highly recommended. I will definitely go back, even though I am from Calabria, it is worth it!

27/04/2025: An Oasis of Authentic Flavors and Friendliness at Bastian Contrario in Andria Our recent visit to the Bastian Contrario restaurant in Andria proved to be an unforgettable culinary experience, a true journey into the heart of Apulian tradition. From the moment we arrived, the exquisite friendliness of the owner made us immediately feel at home, a prelude to a lunch that delighted our every sense. The starters were a true apotheosis of local flavours: from the fragrant focaccia to the creamy burrata, passing through a delicious gateau. The seafood offerings, with tender octopus and fresh salmon, whetted our palate superbly. But it doesn't end here! We then enjoyed excellent samples of tasty veal and aubergines prepared with skill, a true homage to the richness of the area. The culmination was reached with the orecchiette with turnip greens, a dish that to define as "a poem" does not fully convey its goodness. The homemade pasta, seasoned with the flavor of turnip greens and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, was simply perfect. To top it all off, the excellent service, attentive and never intrusive, contributed to making the atmosphere even more pleasant. And the final surprise? An account with super honest prices that left us even more satisfied. Bastian Contrario is not just a restaurant, but a place where the passion for good food combines with the most authentic hospitality. If you find yourself in Andria, a stop here is absolutely a must!

27/04/2025: Un'Oasi di Sapori Autentici e Cordialità al Bastian Contrario di Andria La nostra recente visita al ristorante Bastian Contrario di Andria si è rivelata un'esperienza culinaria indimenticabile, un vero e proprio viaggio nel cuore della tradizione pugliese. Fin dal nostro arrivo, la cordialità squisita del titolare ci ha fatto sentire subito a casa, preludio a un pranzo che ha deliziato ogni nostro senso. Gli antipasti sono stati una vera apoteosi di sapori locali: dalla fragrante focaccia alla cremosa burrata, passando per un delizioso gateau. Le proposte di mare, con il polpo tenero e il salmone fresco, hanno stuzzicato il nostro palato in modo superbo. Ma non è finita qui! Abbiamo poi assaporato degli ottimi assaggi di vitello saporito e melanzane preparate con maestria, un vero omaggio alla ricchezza del territorio. Il culmine è stato raggiunto con le orecchiette alle cime di rapa, un piatto che definire "una poesia" non rende appieno la sua bontà. La pasta fatta in casa, condita con la sapidità delle cime di rapa e un filo d'olio extravergine, era semplicemente perfetta. A coronare il tutto, l'ottimo servizio, attento e mai invadente, ha contribuito a rendere l'atmosfera ancora più piacevole. E la sorpresa finale? Un conto con prezzi super onesti che ci ha lasciato ancora più soddisfatti. Il Bastian Contrario non è solo un ristorante, ma un luogo dove la passione per la buona cucina si sposa con l'accoglienza più autentica. Se vi trovate ad Andria, una tappa qui è assolutamente d'obbligo!

20/06/2025: Thanks for the evening. Overall, it's a cute restaurant. The pizza was delicious. The atmosphere outside was cozy. The service was generally very friendly. However, there's a waiter or manager wearing a headset; he seems very stressed and is very strict with the staff. And he does all this in front of the guests. It's not appropriate and somehow stresses out the customers too. As a guest, I didn't find it very pleasant to watch, and I felt sorry for the employees, because they were doing a good job.

At 9pm the bar is still preparing for the evening. A crepe is not available before 9.20pm. I don't want to add anything else

10/07/2025: I had been planning to try this pasticceria for quite some time, but somehow the timing never worked out—until recently. And let me just say, it was absolutely worth the wait. I finally got to try their Espressino freddo con Nutella and Pistacchio and their crepes con Nutella e banana con berries. Both were nothing short of amazing. This pasticceria truly serves one of the best crepes in Bari. Friendly service, cozy atmosphere, and unforgettable flavors.

16/04/2025: I discovered it by chance while passing by on the street, I had a cappuccino, a mini Neapolitan pastiera with chocolate chips and a nuns' tit, both really delicious and tasty sweets. Friendly staff. If I return to Bari I will definitely stay here again.

22/06/2025: The welcome was warm and welcoming, all in a pleasant atmosphere. The food was delicious and the service impeccable. A special mention goes to the server who spoke excellent French, which made the interaction even more enjoyable. I recommend it.

27/06/2025: I didn't like it very much, me and 3 of my friends went, the sushi wasn't good at all in fact it was sticky and not cold, after a while that we ordered they started giving us the wrong orders bringing us random things to our table, the only good thing was the meat and the Chinese bread, with the desert.

09/06/2025: Amazing view, perfectly set tables, every detail is on point - the chairs, the cutlery, the plates. The food was delicious and good size for a normal price. The Aperol Spritz was also one of the best ones I had. There is a sun-bathing decking with plenty of space and easy access to the sea.
