13/04/2025: Very welcoming restaurant with typical star-vaulted ceilings. We took the Palme menu, with Apulian food and I must say that it was excellent and plentiful. We will definitely be returning in the future.

03/01/2025: Esperienza da dimenticare, ristorante scarso. Vino bianco della casa che sapeva d’aceto, rimandato indietro e cambiato con un rosso sempre di pessimo livello. Antipasto da sei portate con prodotti di scarsa qualità probabilmente surgelati, preparati e presentati in maniera inadeguata. Pesce alla griglia totalmente insapore. Chiude tutto un conto al di sopra del loro livello. Forse conviene limitarsi alla pizza, può darsi che sia meglio.

23/04/2025: A place that welcomed us without conditions. We asked them to serve us fast because of our limited time, and they delivered delicious food at no time. Excellent service from their very professional staff. If you have a couple of hours at the airport, don't miss the chance to eat at Dei Principi.

22/04/2025: We had spaghetti with burrata cheese and shrimps as well as Diablo pizza. (All together with the glass of wine and service fee we paid ~35 for two people) Everything was fresh and tasty. It was really convenient that the restaurant is open until late hours (everything around was already closed) I would definitely recommend 🫶🏻

16/04/2025: I discovered it by chance while passing by on the street, I had a cappuccino, a mini Neapolitan pastiera with chocolate chips and a nuns' tit, both really delicious and tasty sweets. Friendly staff. If I return to Bari I will definitely stay here again.

05/05/2025: Simple place, a butcher's counter where you can choose what to eat, a few tables inside and a few outside just outside the historic center. The very courteous manager. We ate assorted Apulian bombette cooked on the stove, livers. Grilled potatoes, excellent tomatoes. Delicious almond biscuits are offered with coffee. Highly recommended.

05/05/2025: Guys, the two of us just got out of there... As an Apulian who spent 2 years in Tuscany, I entered on a war footing, because Tuscan cured meats and meat combined with Apulian cuisine could be one of the most devastating combinations on the face of the earth, and I had to know if they were capable. I won't say a word except, go there. There's no other way to put it. Beyond this, VERY KIND, fast, helpful and extremely polite staff. I also add excellent wine, both in terms of availability and wine choices. Overall excellent, I will 100% return every time I'm in Bari.

Andrea uses passion in his work; offers, suggests and talks about dishes and products (all selected and of high quality) with the right measure. 20/04/2025: Il posto è bello e molto spazioso, menu molto fornito tra hamburger e pizze, molto buona la mia scelta. Abbastanza rapidi sia a prendere la comanda sia nel servire al tavolo. Appunto però una piccola scortesia da parte del personale nel servire le birre, cosa molto fastidiosa.

07/04/2025: I found myself in this place to attend a live music show. The environment is very large, up to 300 people, but despite this the service was quick and efficient. The guys who work there are great, tireless. I wasn't particularly impressed with the food, not high quality, but perhaps it was a very crowded Friday night. We took a hamburger sandwich that the plate hadn't even seen from afar (the meat was cold) and flavorless mozzarella, nothing exceptional. The spicy mixed fried food is good, but the normal one is much less so: while the chips are tasty, we didn't like the panzerottini and mozzarella at all.
