11/07/2025: I have tasted several Chinese restaurants, this is without a doubt the worst. The fried food was extremely greasy and was definitely not fresh oil because the frying had an unpleasant smell. The pasta first course was served in a questionable way, I would have given one more star if they had served me saikebon instead of that thing. The chicken with Bamboo tasted like boiled chicken with star nut. Very disappointed. It's rare for me to leave negative reviews.

13/05/2025: This is the second time we have returned to Antica Casina di Caccia and once again it has won us over. We started with a platter of Tuscan cheeses, rich and tasty, and continued with the crispy Cinta Senese pork, an absolute delight. Each course exudes quality and authenticity. To accompany it, we chose a Nobile di Montepulciano di Poliziano, which married wonderfully with the flavors of the lunch. The atmosphere is warm and relaxing, perfect for a leisurely lunch, with barely audible background music. The staff was impeccable: attentive, professional and always smiling and made sure we lacked nothing. We will be back very soon!

25/07/2025: I'm not talking about the pizza, but I'm talking about something where I'm increasingly noticing a lack of professionalism, the service...slow, slow, and also lacking in experience and professionalism, including the organization. We ordered fried food and then the pizzas arrived, all while asking three times for the drinks we ordered. Lastly, to keep things short, we asked for the bitters and were given this answer: "I don't know, we have so many, I don't remember." It's shocking, not only did they not even call anyone to take the order, but we had to get up from the table to go and choose the alcoholic drinks ourselves.

24/07/2025: We ate there twice to try their pizzas! We weren't disappointed at all. Thin crust, well-topped pizzas. They were very good! The service was pretty fast.

28/07/2025: It's incredible how every year this place, like "la Beuat", always managed by them, improves the quality in every area, which also explains the large influx of customers that form during the day. The service is also confidential but always with professional limits as it should be. However, it's incredible how once you're seated you no longer have the desire to leave, except to continue enjoying the dishes with some music, even if it's contemporary, in the background. In short, these guys know what they're doing and what they know, they know well, so what can I say? If you want to eat well and feel in the Italian tradition, sit down and gorge yourself.

28/07/2025: I had a wonderful time, the plates were beautifully filled and the taste was unique, I would go back a thousand times! Excellent strategic location!! Opposite the Swabian Castle and nearby the Basilica of San Nicola... waiters, bartenders and chefs were very quick in their service and very friendly.

20/07/2025: In the heart of the historic center of Gravina in Puglia, there's this little place that offers panzerotti with truly unique and original dough and fillings! The quality is definitely there, and I'd say it's worth it! La Ghiottoneria is a quiet little place where you can order takeout and eat at the tables. Prices are reasonable.

From the beginning we felt a special, familiar atmosphere around us, made of friendship, collaboration, competence and maximum availability. The location speaks for itself, care in the internal and external spaces with particular skill of all the staff attentive to details and the needs of the guests. 22/04/2025: Sono stato in questo locale a pranzo, in gruppo (eravamo 15 persone). Location carina, non molto grande ma comunque accogliente. Menu che offre prodotti locali, quasi tutto a base di carne e formaggi. Punto positivo: tutti i piani sono senza lattosio. Essendo in gruppo abbiamo fatto un mix di antipasti, nello specifico tagliere di salumi e formaggi, salsiccia di cavallo in umido, tartare di asino e polpette. Come piatto principale io ho mangiato lo stracotto di pecora che ha richiesto molto tempo, ma ne è valsa la pena. Assaggiato anche gli ziti, buoni! Abbiamo anche assaggiato le bombette, fritte e quindi non quelle classiche. Tra i dolci ho provato la pastiera, che meritava. Bevuto vari vini (8 bottiglie in tutto). Prezzi onesti.

The staff was extremely **polite, helpful and eager** to answer our every question, showing complete knowledge of the menu and wines. The feeling that someone really cares about your experience as a customer is priceless. As for the food, it was simply **excellent**. We started with a variety of appetizers, such as fresh carpaccio and creamy burrata, all of which were impeccably executed and full of flavor. The main courses were the highlight of the evening. The pastas, made by hand, were al dente and the sauces so balanced that every bite was an explosion of flavors. We tried the **juicy risotto** and a **delicious pizza** with thin, crispy dough and fresh ingredients. It is obvious that **high quality raw materials** are used, which highlights the authenticity of the flavors. The wine list was also impressive, with a wide variety of Italian labels that perfectly complemented the dishes. We finished our meal with a classic tiramisu, which was light, airy and absolutely delicious.

17/06/2025: It's true: Montemesola is a small town and maybe even out of the way. But for a pizzeria like this it's really worth going a few extra kilometers! One of the best pizzas I've ever eaten, not to mention the really excellent first courses. And here the prices are still reasonable!!!! Absolutely worth trying
