23/11/2025: This restaurant serves excellent, reasonably-priced indian food in a nice atmosphere with non-intrusive Indian music. Many of the dishes are explicitly vegan. Fantastic chapattis. Helpful and friendly English speaking staff. Highly recommended.

28/05/2026: On the first evening of our Salento walk, we dined at Trattoria Concepita: a great satisfaction after walking almost 25 km. The dishes were delicious and well-prepared, and the atmosphere and staff were very welcoming. Definitely worth a try!

23/05/2026: I found it by chance while looking for a bakery to buy some taralli. What can I say...exquisite products in a timeless setting. The welcome was genuinely friendly and family-run. It's definitely worth slowing down a bit and stopping by.

16/10/2025: Bakery offering quality bread, friselline, and biscuits, all expertly made in the old-fashioned way, and you can taste it! My only suggestion (I hope it's implemented) would be to see the words "Wood-fired oven" written on both the sign and the product labels: but Mr. Piero is absorbed in his work and less in communication. Perhaps he takes this type of baking for granted, which is a tradition here, but requires a great deal of effort and dedication from those who make it and shouldn't be underestimated. However, I think it's worth HIGHLIGHTING: everyone in the area knows about it, but there are also tourists and those just passing through, and this could help them better understand and appreciate the effort put into producing their baked goods.

16/09/2025: If you're looking for peace, relaxation, and a warm welcome, De Sio Village will give you all this, plus wonderful breakfasts. It's close to Manaccora beach, the Umbrian forest in Vieste, and much more. I absolutely recommend it. I was there in September and it was truly peaceful! The De Sio family made me feel at home!

31/05/2026: We had our best culinary experience here, during our trip to Italy. We had the best food and nice service, the Michelin recommendation is well earned here. Had the 6 course tasting menu with wine pairing, both was excellent, dishes made to perfection and the best wines we had in Italy. Only problem was, no one seemed to speak English at all, this also caused a misunderstanding, and somehow we got more food, than what was included in the tasting menu, and it was also billed additionally. Nonetheless, it was totally worth it.

23/04/2026: The best pizza I had, even if it's out of your way it's worth making a trip . Extremely good value for money. We were group of 8 in one week and 6 second week, every single time everyone was enjoying their pizza. Definitely worth a visit!

10/05/2026: I was truly impressed by this restaurant. Not only by the quality of the cuisine and flavors, but also by the incredible care with which each dish is presented. More than just simple dishes, they seem like true works of art (certainly no coincidence of the restaurant's name) created with passion and attention to detail. Impeccable service, friendly and professional staff, capable of making you feel welcomed from start to finish. An experience that goes beyond simply eating: here you truly experience the cuisine.

11/06/2026: Delicious food... My husband, daughter, and I went for lunch, and we had a really good time. The staff was friendly, especially the young man who served us, Giorgio, if I'm not mistaken. Highly recommended.

11/06/2026: From the outside, the restaurant looks lovely, with lots of lights, almost right on the seafront, and covered seating as well as a few tables outside. Aside from the swarms of mosquitoes, it's quite a pleasant place to sit. The service was friendly, though one waitress was a little pushy; she spoke English. The food wasn't great, relatively tasteless, and a bit of salt, pepper, and garlic would have helped. We had seafood salad, grilled fish, and vegetables, all very bland, with the vegetables being dry and slightly burnt. All this for 90 euros—unfortunately, it wasn't good value for money. We wouldn't be coming back.

03/05/2026: A beautiful, well-kept location overlooking the small port of Savelletri. The staff was professional, knowledgeable, and welcoming throughout the entire meal. The food was excellent, with refined, and tasty dishes: the fava bean puree with baby octopus was worth the culinary journey. The owner was kind and friendly, and the quality/price ratio was excellent. What more can I say? We'll be back soon!

28/04/2026: We had the set menu and a bottle of San Marzano Talò Verdeca 2024. It was absolutely fantastic: first, Gamberi Kadaifi, then gratinated mussels, tagliolini prawns with pistachio and roasted guanciale pieces, followed by a mixed fish fry as the main course, and finally a heavenly lemon sorbet 😋 The prices were great, the set menu was €40 per person, and the wine was about €20 per bottle. We'll definitely be back! 🤗🤗
