Service: impeccable
Location: quiet, in the countryside.
Cost.... equivalent to a pizza in Monza.
Highly recommended.

Rustic but well-kept place, exceptional service (waiter very attentive to every need), quality cured meats and meats with a strong organic connotation therefore extremely high quality... what can I say, there are no defects...

A place serving homemade cured meats and roast meats. Everything is truly excellent and high quality.
What made the dinner unsatisfactory, however, was the sloppy and inattentive service, the meat dishes being truly paltry, served without any sides—the eye also wants its share.
The bill was exorbitant. The quality alone isn't enough to justify the price.

A place we frequent often, both summer and winter. Book well in advance. Excellent food, made exclusively by them.
The cured meats and cheeses are truly wonderful.

A shop with a grill!
The charcuterie counter at the entrance is spectacular!
The charcuterie board is superb!
The mini friselle with spicy cream is delicious!
The orange marmalade with cheeses is delicious.
The mixed grill with wild boar and pork is very good.
The restaurant has a single, large, rustic room with a central fireplace and an open grill.
The house wine is excellent.

We had a great time at this restaurant, it exceeded my expectations. The platters, roasts, various cuts of meat, and a variety of cheeses are delicious. The friendly and helpful staff make you feel at home. I would recommend adding a mixed salad to the meat-based menu, which obviously includes fennel, chicory, and radishes, for example, which are usually served after meat-based meals in these parts. We'll be back.
