It's become a regular occurrence! The food is excellent and plentiful... typical of our cuisine. The waiters are kind and polite, which is very important for me. The quality/price ratio is excellent, nothing to complain about.

We spontaneously decided to have dinner here on Wednesday evening. We got a table right away. The service was very friendly and quick. The appetizer (Crostini Primavera) was already amazing, but my pasta dish (Fusilli Avellinesi) was divine! My husband had Spaghettoni Cacio e Pepe, also incredibly delicious! For dessert, we had Crema Catalana and Tiramisu, both fantastic! The Grappa Morbida Bianca was also sensational! Highly recommended!!!!

The dishes are prepared with love and in abundance, the meat cooked to perfection, all served by a staff of humble, helpful, kind, and hard-working people. Let's not always forget those on the other side and the commitment they put into every meal. If you're looking for an authentic place, away from the tourist crowds, La Baracca Osteria is a truly perfect choice. A simple yet authentic restaurant, where you can experience authentic Apulian cuisine, traditional and not "touristy." The dishes are top-quality, and the value is excellent: for two, we spent about €35 for two pasta dishes, a grilled meat, and half a liter of wine. Our only disappointment was not being able to try the appetizer, as there's a minimum order for two people and it's so plentiful we couldn't have eaten anything else... but that also speaks volumes about the generous portions! The staff is attentive, quick, and knowledgeable, always available without being intrusive. Another plus is the ample, convenient parking. The location is slightly outside of Polignano (about 6 km), but that's precisely why it's a great place to enjoy a quiet, authentic dinner. Highly recommended for those who want to eat authentic Apulian food, without compromise! 🍝🍷
