03/05/2026: I went on a Sunday evening and it was not too packed. I can only comment on tonight’s meal and it was amazing. For my palette, this was the most perfectly cooked and seasoned seafood salad and octopus. The octopus was tender and flavorful. I ended with a perfectly balanced tiramisu cake. The staff was wonderful and attentive, music was a lovely blend of classic romance songs. Thank you for a fantastic meal, I hope others will share the same sentiment!

18/04/2026: We stumbled across this little local place when we stayed at a hotel near by. Pizzas was so good we came back to eat again the next evening. Good value for money, sweet staff and delicious pizzas.

03/05/2026: A good place to eat, quiet, and the food was delicious. We went on the recommendation of our guide. There were four of us, and we decided to order the steak. It weighed 1.2 kilos and came with baked potatoes (which, in my opinion, were a bit oily, but tasty). We all ate from that dish, even though it said it was for two people. Before cooking the steak, the waiter came over to ask us how we wanted it cooked. Excellent service. We spent 80 euros and also ordered water and wine.

03/05/2026: ⭐☆☆☆☆ — Appalling Food AND Racist Staff I wouldn't normally take the time to write a review like this, but what I experienced here cannot go unsaid. Not only was the food terrible — burnt, tasteless, and not worth a fraction of what we paid — but the treatment we received from the staff was outright racist. We were made to feel unwelcome from the moment we walked in. The difference in how we were treated compared to other customers was obvious, uncomfortable, and completely unacceptable. This is not just a bad restaurant. This is a place where certain customers are treated as less than others based on who they are. That is disgusting, and it has no place in any business. I urge anyone who values basic human decency to take their money elsewhere. I will be reporting this experience and I strongly encourage others who have faced similar treatment here to do the same. Zero stars if I could.

03/05/2026: The 1.3 kg Florentine steak for two was excellent. It was sublime, cooked medium rare, as recommended by the house. The meat was incredibly tender and melted in your mouth. It was accompanied by rosemary-roasted potatoes and a glass of Chianti Classico. While waiting for the Florentine steak, the schiacciata all'olio was excellent.

24/12/2025: I returned after many years. The owners have changed, but they're very kind and made me feel welcome. The pizza is always good. The only flaw is the location, located outside in a gazebo facing the market square but heated by small heaters. I ate the pizza quickly because I was freezing. I'd better come back in spring next time.

In practice, however, the result resembles more of an improvised set than a true journey into the Western imagination: a triumph of decorative objects that seem to compete for attention, without ever creating a believable atmosphere. More than the Wild West, one sometimes feels like one has stumbled into a slightly confusingly themed version of a souvenir shop. Gastronomically, the offering fails to even remotely live up to its scenographic ambitions. The pizzas look good, but at first bite, one gets the impression that aesthetics have taken priority over flavor. The dough, in particular, is lacking in expression, almost timid, while the ingredients seem chosen with a focus on functionality rather than quality. In such a "wild" setting, one would expect at least a hint of character: unfortunately, even that seems to have been lost along the way. The service, consistent with the overall atmosphere, oscillates between distracted and disorganized. Wait times drag on for no apparent reason, as if they too wanted to help recreate the long desert treks. The welcome is formal, but lacks the energy such an overtly theatrical concept should convey. Overall, the place seems to focus entirely on visual impact, perhaps hoping that cowboy hats and wagon wheels can compensate for what's lacking on the plate. An operation more theatrical than substantial, where the experience remains superficial and hardly leaves a lasting impression—except for a certain underlying perplexity. Fundamentally, the overall "cost" is not understood.
