We went to Bertone for the first time and were very impressed. The thin, well-topped Florentine pizza was delicious, just the way we like it! The place is rustic but very charming, to my taste. The service was fast and accurate. Competitively priced.

What can I say? We were welcomed with a glass of prosecco while we waited for our seat. They were friendly, kind and smiling. Excellent service and excellent fried fish and spaghetti allo scoglio. A lovely discovery for me as I miss the Veneto region. Here I felt like I was at home. 🔝

It feels like being with family. Excellent welcome and impeccable service. The fried anchovies are excellent. Good pizza, but for those who like it thin. They make a thin pizza, but so good I could have eaten two.

12/04/2026: I've been going there for almost 25 years, and everything is always exceptional. The food is a 10. The penne acone is always a great choice and always a spectacle. Very kind staff. Recommended.
30/03/2026: Never been before. The setting is on a hill. Penne all'Acone is delicious. Steak tagliata with mixed grill and roast potatoes are excellent. Then the strawberry tiramisu is outrageously good.

21/04/2026: Outstanding food. Great service. Chiefs Sirloin with black salt (add on) was perfect. Amazing waiters. Wild boar paste was the best I have experienced in my life.
18/04/2026: I can't say enough good things. The service ( Chino ), food and atmosphere was outstanding. This is our first trip to Italy, on our 7th day of our 14 day trip. This was the best food and service that we have had, I could have stayed all night. I have to thank Stefano PERUZZI for the recommendation, and the nicest jacket that I own now. I would highly recommend them to anyone that is visiting Florence. You would be crazy not to go. Won't let me give them 10 stars.
