Very good pizza, like only Tito's, but... I went back after a long time... I found several changes... limited pizza choices, very good waiter service, but too formal, it felt like being in a Michelin-starred restaurant... and then the prices were quite high for a pizzeria that used to be for everyone, but has now become too demanding.

Il Giardino di Barbano

05/08/2026: An absolute gem in Florence! We had a wonderful evening at Osteria Il Giardino di Barbano. The food was fantastic – authentic Tuscan cuisine with super fresh ingredients (the homemade pasta is divine!). The service was also excellent: incredibly warm, attentive, and efficient; you immediately feel welcome. The highlight, however, is the beautiful garden – a true little oasis in the heart of the city, where you can relax wonderfully. If you're in Florence, you absolutely must stop by. We'll definitely be back!
03/08/2026: This restaurant was recommended to us by our hotel, and it turned out to be an excellent choice. From the moment we arrived, the service was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The staff took the time to recommend a selection of dishes that paired perfectly together, making the entire dining experience feel carefully curated. We were welcomed with a Prosecco aperitif and water, which was a lovely touch. The restaurant also offers a large wine selection, and the beer was excellent as well. The Pasta and Pizza was absolutely delicious and the steak was cooked to perfection. To finish, the dessert was just as outstanding as the rest of the meal. Overall, everything from the first welcome to the final bitte was great. We had a wonderful evening and a memorable dining experience.
