16/07/2024: Second time here. We love it!! Gabriele is the owner, waiter, sometimes cook, will take care of you like family. His recommendations are always spot on. Traditional Italian family food. Very intimate setting, with the coolest soundtrack! This is not a place an influencer or their followers will make it to. Time and effort is spent on the food and making the visitor feel welcome. Come here to experience Florence the city not the tourist attraction!

06/07/2024: WOW! Just go! The chef (who is also the waiter) is truly a culinary genius. He has created an incredible array of dishes that are unique, yet so delicious that we went back twice just to have them again. It is a rare treat to find such a variety of dishes — meat, fish, vegetarian, vegan, gluten free — that are all equally incredible. This is the place you remember, a chef who takes such pride in his work and is so personable that you feel like you made a friend by the time you leave. Believe me, you are going to want to go here! B.O.r.G.O. Firenze is a hidden gem!

03/08/2024: I found some amazing tortelli and ravioli. I had never eaten them so good. Furthermore, the staff is very kind and friendly. It will become a fixed stop

11/06/2024: We absolutely loved the food here, my hand rolled tuscan pasta was the nicest pasta I've ever eaten. My husband also really liked his pizza, the staff were really nice, helpful and attentive. Plenty of seats inside and a couple outside where we sat. It's opposite the cathedral, and so good on price for what you get. It's also a couple of steps away from the market. Really recommend if you're in Florence.

06/06/2024: Basically delicious food and good wine, BUT service took a bit long. Food came before drinks (wine and water) and then the wrong water was brought. No-go even for Italy: you couldn't lock the toilet (neither for a man nor for a woman) and the door always opened. Did you have to hold it by hand at the “business”

03/08/2024: Truly excellent pizza, size and flavour. You can choose the height of the pasta and whether it is wholemeal or normal. The menu is also well stocked with first courses and starters. The place is nice and nice and the staff girl is smiling and friendly

28/07/2024: Delicious pizzas! Even the gluten-free one! Fast and impeccable service! Excellent cheesecake! We will definitely be back. The waitress is wonder woman!

17/08/2024: Mid-August dinner. Even though the restaurant was full, the service was quick and impeccable. The fish we ate was very fresh and cooked very well. What more could you want…?! Come back again!

12/08/2024: Visited with my 18 year old daughter after being recommended by a friend. What a fantastic restaurant. Our waiter Ciro was warm and welcoming. Gave good advice about the menu, particularly when he thought we over ordered and we might like to share a starter. Prosecco by the glass was very nice. The olive oil was local and particularly peppery. Excellent assorted meats and cheese to start. My daughter then had a beautiful pasta dish with a pork ragout, ricotta and spinach. She refused to share it. I had the veal which was delicious with roast potatoes and the most delicious baked vegetables. Pudding was a salted short bread biscuit with chantilly crème and red fruit coulis. The salt elevated this dish to exceptional. I would definitely come back. Tables well spaced out. Mood lighting and nice Italian lounge music playing. Loved it. More of a grown ups place than somewhere to take young kids.

01/08/2024: The restaurant has 2 areas. On the right, a casual Fine dining with great service and Good selection of classical Italian dishes and drinks. 3 courses will be around 40 to 60 euro per person but you are getting well plated, and portion dishes. No pizza on this menu, If you want a more casual dining experience they have the pizza dining area at a very reasonable price in a section on the left when you walk through the door. Service staff are cheerful and attentive. Makes for a relaxed and nice dining atmosphere. Highly recommend for a good Italian meal.

15/08/2024: Ottima pizzeria, atteso un po' per il tavolo ma non avevamo prenotato e tutto sommato l' attesa non è stata lunga. Pizze ottime impasto morbido e non bruciacchiato ai bordi. Ordinato una pizza vecchi ricordi con pomodoro, fiordilatte e basilico ed una ortolana con rucola, burrata, verdure di stagione e pomodorini gialli, unico appunto i pomodorini erano al naturale e non confit come indicato a menù.

13/08/2024: The salmon carpaccio listed among the dishes of the day becomes a smoked salmon dish that has nothing to do with the fish carpaccio, nor with the menu of the day which usually offers fresh dishes. When pointed out to the waiters, they are not offered to replace it with something else nor is a discount offered at the end of the dinner to mitigate the inconvenience.

14/08/2024: We were there few times with my family and the food was always amazing. Tortelli with ragu, pizza and ravioli are delicious. If you want to eat there, book a table in advance as they are often full :) thank you for your hospitality. Regards, Karolina

09/08/2024: It is a pity that the service was not good and it could have been better because the food was tasty, the children had to wait a very long time for their pizza and even had to cry because they had to wait 1.5 hours to 2 hours, so we asked for a discount If the pizza had been delivered on time we would not have asked for a discount, the children thought it was a drama (3 and 6 years old). As a foreigner I think it is not recommended, but as a local population it is, also due to the language barrier that not everyone speaks English. We were often misunderstood, hopefully this will be improved in the future so that future foreign tourists will have an enjoyable experience

26/08/2024: Siamo stati qui con una coppia di amici a cena. Location carina e gradevole. Abbiamo cenato nella sala interna, che dà sulla parte esterna del ristorante. Non ho affatto amato il servizio, il ragazzo che ci ha seguiti è stato a tratti maleducato e sgarbato. Quando è arrivato al tavolo a prendere l'ordine, stavo parlando con gli altri commensali, al fine di decidere cosa prendere. Mentre consigliavo ai presenti di dividerci due taglieri, che sapevo essere abbondanti, il ragazzo mi ha interrotta apostrofandomi malamente che 'stava per dirlo lui, se lo facevo parlare', quando era appena arrivato e stavamo già parlando guardando i menù. Poi ci ha fatto aggiungere degli sformati all'antipasto, quando non era necessario perché già sostanzioso. Il che ha fatto aumentare il costo senza reale motivo. Abbiamo poi preso una bistecca di Angus, davvero notevole, tenera e succosa, cotta benissimo, più che soddisfacente. Una bottiglia di vino in 4. Onestamente sul cibo posso dire poco perché gli antipasti non erano male, il secondo ottimo, ma l'accoglienza, che per me è fondamentale nell'esperienza complessiva e ne sono rimasta davvero delusa. Il costo è di oltre 50 euro a testa.

27/07/2024: The restaurant is very very nice. The staff very friendly and fast. The food is amazing and the portions are generous. The price is more than fair for being in the center of Florence. We will certainly stop by on our next visit to Florence.

12/07/2024: We were recommended by our hotel concierge at Best Western Plus and the recommendation did not disappoint! From the pizza to the steak florentine and everything in between was amazing! Miriam gave us first class service as well as Dudu! The food was so fresh that you could taste each individual ingredient! During our week long visit in Florence- we dined at Tito’s 3 times! Yes, it is that good!! And being Floridians, we were so happy to be greeted with ICE !!!

28/08/2024: Good morning, the fried polenta is greasy, it's a shame otherwise it would have been good, the pizza with a ciliac base that you made for me with Nutella, the problem was that it wasn't Nutella, if you had told me I wouldn't have taken it.

24/08/2024: I'm sorry I can't give a complete and accurate review. I only know that at a certain point I had to leave due to the heat. So I recommend it in winter or in any case not on very hot summer evenings.

21/08/2024: El servicio por parte de un camerero pesimo, le comento que soy vegetariana y alergica a las nueces y le a faltado reirse en mi cara. No a intentado ni a hecho el esfuerzo de hablar otro idioma. Precio desorbitado para lo pesima que era la comida. No a vuelto a aparecer por la mesa y despues de 20 minutos sin aparecer le hemos tenido que pedir la cuenta a otro camarero. Nos querian cobrar cosas que ni nos han servido, por la poca atencion a nuestra mesa.

06/08/2024: pleasantly surprised. I was worried that it was going to be a tourist trap since its right on the square but I really enjoyed it. I had the spaghetti Vongole (with linguine instead) and the tiramisu and honestly everything was packed with flavor. Loved it. The waiters are also super lovely and easy on the eyes! Recommend!
