I found the service average.
The meat was good and cooked appropriately.
It's a meat-focused restaurant, a grill, so meat lovers can go there with peace of mind and have a variety of options to choose from.
In my opinion, the prices are in line with the products offered; after all, it's fair to pay for quality.
I recommend it.

06/01/2026: Historic place, good pizzas, nice and thin, just what we wanted. Pizza prices are in line with the diameter but not the weight. The "coccoli" starter is out of price. Next time we'll just order the pizzas. Almost €80 for three without beer/wine/Coke and without dessert is perhaps a bit too much. No offense, we'll try again, but be more careful.

20/01/2026: Best pizza in the world. I have yet to try anything other than the pesto pizza but it’s a life changing experience each time you engage with it. Couldn’t recommend more and you’ve wasted a trip to Florance if you haven’t tried this place.

The food was good, but the portions were really small.
The atmosphere wasn't very aesthetically pleasing. A major flaw was the women's restroom, which is located EXTERNAL, completely outside, and is very old and quite dirty.
No complaints about the food, but there are many things that could be fixed.
Convenient location, close to the center!

16/01/2026: The food is a really good size for the price, I’d say. Both my friend and I were able to take half of our pizza home. All the appetizers were delicious. Staff was kind, however they did take a while to give us the check (could have been a miscommunication on our behalf). Overall would go again!
07/01/2026: Truly delicious pizza. The dough was whole wheat, but so soft and delicate that it didn't even feel whole wheat at all when you ate it.
I had a pizza with pancetta, mushrooms, and burrata: everything was excellent.
The other dishes I tried, and the dessert, were also excellent.
The helpful staff and impeccable service are particularly noteworthy.
Highly recommended!

Experience with a little girl
Even though it's not exactly a place for families with small children, the staff was super hospitable: they welcomed us kindly, making sure we had plenty of space and making us feel comfortable without any problems.
A pleasant lunch, we'll definitely return.

02/01/2026: We had lunch on New Year's Day, having made a reservation. The atmosphere was very charming, rustic yet welcoming, and the staff were friendly.
The service was initially quick, but when the place filled up, they struggled a bit, as there were only two people serving (at least that day).
The menu was interesting, featuring traditional dishes with several very enjoyable variations, tasty, and in just the right amount.
The prices were a bit steep, but justified by the quality of the food.
Many homemade dishes were served.
