We came in as a couple, attracted by the menu and the fair prices, and we were very satisfied. Thanks to Salvatore, who welcomed us warmly, and Manuela, who captivated our palates in the kitchen. 🤪 We ordered a menu with a first course, second course, and side dish, and we ate every dish with gusto. I would definitely return.

After travelling all day, we were grateful to find an authentic Italian restaurant so close by to where we were staying. I had a very tasty pasta and cherry tomatoes dish and my partner had a carbonara. Both were incredible.

Amazing rustic trattoria with a variety of options! I got the carbonara and it was one of the better ones I’ve ever had. It was better than most of the carbonara I’ve tried in Roma.

We had dinner at this restaurant and it was a great surprise! The food was very good, the house wine was excellent, and the service was impeccable! The friendly service made all the difference. We loved it!

Tasty local dishes. We tried pasta with whole shrimp and tiaglatele pasta with ragu. Finally, an exceptionally delicious tiramisu. I highly recommend it.

Just wow wow wow!!!! We were so happy to have had this the first day we ended here in Florence. No flair and fuss. Just authentic pasta and we can’t try to taste more of their dishes! Our tastebuds are exploding with flavours and the staffs were so kind and welcoming. It made us really soulful and happy! Best food made by with such authentic energy!!!

23/03/2026: We arrived on Friday evening at this previously unvisited restaurant in the secluded Barberino area. It's small inside but very welcoming, with a little "cave" feel. As soon as we entered, we were greeted by a very friendly lady who immediately assigned us a table and had us order. While we waited, the kind waitress told us about the restaurant's history and the history of their products. Then, after a short wait, our dishes arrived. I had tortelli stuffed with Mugello potatoes and beef ragù, which I shared with a delicious Florentine steak. When the Florentine steak arrived (which we all shared), they also brought some pan-fried chard and fried vegetables. The Florentine steak was perfectly cooked and very tender. We then finished with a delicious tiramisu, which we shared between three people, because we were full. We paid around €150, a fair price for the quality. We'll be back.
