24/11/2024: Pizzeria restaurant a stone's throw from the historic center of Pistoia. Parking possible in the adjacent streets. Seated indoors or on the covered veranda closed in winter. Excellent service. Good food. Average prices. Large environment.

25/12/2024: The worst Christmas lunch of my life. If I could give less than one star I would, we sat down at 1pm and the starter arrived at 3pm, we left at 5pm without having finished eating, we were only on our second course, I'm only sorry for some waiter who apologized putting your face on it. A shame

16/08/2024: I've been there several times but we've never had such a bad time as we did on August 15th. I can understand the amount of people but the staff is totally disorganized. They brought the food an hour and a half after we arrived!! The tables aren't even marked!! At the table next to us they twice brought the same dish they had ordered before. I'm very sorry. We were disappointed

21/07/2024: Very large structure but which should be renovated. Signs of wear and tear in the rooms. After a shower in the hydromassage tub that lasted a few minutes, the bathroom flooded. There were also old leak marks on the floor just outside the bathroom. The girl at the reception, very kind, provided us with a second room to use the bathroom because there was no other triple room available in the structure. The owner never showed up, except at check out because we requested it, and he turned out to be very rude, arrogant and rude.

20/10/2024: For a place next to the station, we had a very good time. Fresh food with dishes of the day (excellent fried chicken) even the tagliatelle with pesto was delicious. The owner was easy-going and friendly as was Eugenia who served us quickly. Good prices.

05/12/2024: I don't recommend it to anyone. It's not a hotel, it's more like an apartment. There was a mosquito in the room in December. The heaters were only on for 2 hours a day, it was cold. Air conditioners are old and not working. There was a damp smell in the rooms, you can smell it as soon as you enter the building and the room. Insulation is bad, noise comes from other rooms. The breakfast is adequate, the only good thing is its location. Not recommended

03/12/2024: Very clean and nice hotel! The best staff there is!!! The super friendly girls who made us feel at home, upon hearing about my mother's birthday they congratulated her and took the time to give her a nice gift! We need more people like this in the world! The breakfast was wonderful and the location was perfect to go to the Museo dell'Accademia to see Michelangelo's David and well connected with means to go to other attractions and museums such as Ponte Vecchio. I would return a thousand times for sure, I recommend.

13/01/2024: Typical Tuscan trattoria where you can eat good meat. Excellent starters (delicious livers), fresh and quality cold cuts. At first the waitress made a bit of a mess with the order but they recovered without any problems. The first courses are a little too "greasy", but the white ragù is very good. Must try!

I think it's one of the best pizzas in ValdEra... without too much fuss... You just have to sit down, order and taste... ...It's a coming and going of workers who bring it home to you... because you are glued in front of your private cinemas knowing that you will receive a GOOD pizza despite being lukewarm and inside the paper (......) it will never be like this one of ours... Freshly baked... Expert dough, perfect cooking, very distinct flavours...at the first bite I understand that tonight I won't dream of oases of water in the middle of the Desert.... prices? To bankrupt the whole entourage... Well done. Honest. This pizza is a happy sobriety

10/11/2024: Small place and you have to wait a bit but the pizza is one of the best I've eaten.... low, crunchy, very stuffed. Digestible and the quality of the products is excellent. Absolutely right value for money. We will definitely be back and with friends.

19/11/2024: Embarrassing to say the least! 4 tables to serve, a few people queuing for takeaway... 55 minutes of waiting for two pizzas. If only they had been good! you couldn't cut them because they were hard, the dough was raw in the center. The inexperienced waitresses, the few orders to be served, as we have seen, someone received them wrong! one of the two waitresses didn't even speak Italian! the owner/pizza chef was trying as best he could to manage the total chaos! imagine if the place had been full! I can't imagine. Last but not least, although the Fork, with which I had booked, allowed me to pay with the Fork pay, the owner did not accept, he says because "it often doesn't work". The expense, for the service and the quality of the food, was also high.

12/09/2024: Sehr nettes Restaurant, wo auch viele Einheimische einkehren. Freundliches Personal, gute Pizzen/Nudelgerichte und schöne Terrasse in ruhiger Lage. Für uns das beste Restaurant in der Gegend!! Vorspeisen vergleichsweise etwas teuer.

09/11/2024: Beautiful village on the fantastic sea of ​​Marina di Zambrone, friendly and always helpful staff, fantastic entertainment even though it was the last week that the village was open (from 7 to 14 September), everything was good apart from the cuisine which was truly indescribable. ..starting from breakfast through lunch and dinner...I still can't explain how you can cook so BADLY in a structure like this🙈

02/11/2024: I was in this village for the central 2 weeks of August, what can I say bar restaurant entertainment are people who are very helpful and good at what they do, cuisine needs improvement in terms of food quality but I give it a pass, truly spectacular crystal clear sea, needs improvement the room services, and we need to improve in cleaning, very little is needed to be at the top as a village, a little more organization on the part of the owners because they give their all for those who work there... I give a special greeting to all the staff are wonderful people❤️💯

03/11/2024: I've been getting pizza from Rugantino for months, always takeaway. Always excellent, good ingredients, light dough balanced between filling and pasta, cooked well. Particularly kind and friendly. Personally I don't find the layout of the room pleasant, but they have a pleasant covered outdoor space.

22/09/2024: Delicious pizza, delicious panelle, top prices, truly within everyone's reach. All the friendly staff. Suitable for groups and families! We'll be back!
