16/03/2026: The vagabond of the past no longer exists!!! Dry sandwich, not fresh!!! Salty, and the most important thing I've never heard of in my life: they don't put sauces in the sandwich. They give you a sachet. 🤣🤣🤣🤣 YOU WERE A VAGABOND ONCE High prices. DISAPPOINTED!!!

29/04/2026: If you're looking for a truly excellent pizza, you've come to the right place. The absolute highlight is without a doubt the pizza dough: it's simply perfect! Wonderfully crispy around the edges, beautifully thin in the middle, and tasting exactly as you'd expect from an authentic pizzeria. You can immediately taste the genuine craftsmanship and love that went into it. The service is a bit of a mixed bag, as it varies somewhat from day to day: if you're lucky, you'll get a server who is humorous, charming, and attentive, which really enhances the evening. On other days, the staff sometimes seem a little unmotivated or stressed. In conclusion: if you can overlook the occasional fluctuations in service, you'll be rewarded with one of the best pizzas in the region. I always enjoy coming here and can definitely recommend a visit to any pizza lover! 🍕🍷

28/02/2026: Welcoming place, great welcome. The pizza was terrible! Pizza like a wafer. There's no mozzarella, and you can barely see the tomato. The price isn't worth the food... Leave while you're still hungry! I don't recommend it...

24/01/2026: I'm disappointed... I've been having pizza at least once a week for years... but it's been disappointing for the last four weeks. The pizza is thin, dry, and barely topped... and yet, until a month ago, it was lovely and soft, made on a pan, and full of oil... just like Pisan pizza!!! This time, it was impossible to eat... it was really dry... I hope, after the phone call to the pizzeria, things will go back to normal.

27/10/2025: The worst pizza I've ever tasted. Unfortunately, when there's a high demand, you work regardless, but in other places this pizza wouldn't be available. The dough is full of oil. It's not very leavened and it's high. The takeaway pizzas arrived cold. The prosciutto was baked in the oven and not added raw. If I'd wanted it cooked, I would have ordered it cooked. It's black and very salty. Congratulations. Next time, we'll get them frozen from the refrigerated section. The latter are of better quality. UPDATE AFTER THE MANAGER'S RESPONSE: After the very kind "pizza&pasta" team's crude attempt to justify themselves based on the product's prominence and clear description, I'm updating my review. The "magnificent" Pisana pizza took two to three working days to digest. Water consumption during the night was approximately 2 L/m. Dear "Pizza & Pasta" team, you would have made a better impression simply by apologizing for the poor product offered to your customers. Just scroll through the list of reviews to find several comments regarding the questionable quality of the prosciutto and salt. No one said the "pizza" was thick because it didn't rise well. The pizza is a salty and greasy mess, undercooked and not risen. I might add, inedible, to say the least. This is certainly not the first time I've ordered a takeout pizza with prosciutto. I've never seen anything like it. Take a look at the photo; you can see the color of the prosciutto; that alone should give you an idea. I'll leave the readers of this review to imagine the flavor. If your philosophy is to ship the raw ingredients separately to obtain an edible product, then by all means, send the yeast in a jar, a tomato press, and the flour separately so you can easily prepare it at home. Dear "Pizza & Pasta" team, not that I expected any kind of polite response from you after the quality of the product I received. 27/10/2025: The pizza was nothing out of the ordinary, but fairly priced. My wife wanted to order hot tea, but this wasn’t on the menu. The waitress kindly ordered tea from another cafe and brought it over for us!

14/10/2025: Stopped by by chance... while visiting Volterra. Superb chickpea pizza. Excellent prices. Stop by, it's worth it.

09/02/2026: Terrible value for money. We ordered five pizzas, one of which was a Margherita, and paid €60.50. And the pizzas other than the Margherita certainly couldn't be called gourmet; they were standard speck, mascarpone, and mushrooms, and cost €13. They weren't bad, but they weren't exceptional enough to justify such a price. We often order takeout and have never spent that much, even on much better pizzas.

06/04/2026: We were a group of eight hungry sailors who came here after a long day at sea, and we all left full and satisfied. The tables were easily arranged for our group. The pizza was excellent: crispy crust, great toppings, just right. I was especially surprised that the gluten-free pizza was also really delicious; unfortunately, that's not always the case. The service was attentive and friendly, the atmosphere warm and welcoming. You can tell that the food is cooked and prepared with passion. For eight people, including pizza, beer, and cola, we paid around €150; I thought the price-performance ratio was very fair. One thing to note: The restaurant is small and cozy, and there's no restroom. If that's not a problem, you'll get really good pizza in a great atmosphere. Highly recommended!

01/06/2026: We've been here on Elba for 12 days now and this was the best meal we've had so far, in a beautiful setting. The price is okay. The service is very attentive.

10/05/2026: We were warmly welcomed and listened to. We had a table outside, but under the mushroom shade to keep warm. I've had the best gnocchi all'orata in a long time. Homemade gnocchi with a delicious sauce and fresh fish. Thank you.

07/01/2026: Pizzeria on the promenade. The pizza used to be good, but I think pizzerias don't exist anymore.

22/09/2025: Service: The wine we wanted to drink, which the staff said was a great decision, wasn't available. The bottle that we then ordered was brought to us open, but we couldn't even test it first, so we had to pour the first glass ourselves. The waiter had problems speaking english and was not flexible at all with the dish selection, since many dishes weren't available. We had to pay inside at the register, so with all that in mind, why does one have to pay cover charge? Food: The mozarella in the caprese salad was very jewy and the olive oil and aceto balsamico came in plastic bags, again why cover charge? The fish was okay but bland. The gnocchi were mushy and the shrimp sauce tasted frozen with a weird rotten fish aftertaste. Also the shrimps were cut open and there were scissors of other sea animals in the dish. We had to return it because it was inedible.
