28/09/2025: I've been eating pizza at this place for years..... this evening I called for 3 take-out pizzas and was told 10 minutes and they'll be ready..... so we rushed to get there and after 40 minutes of waiting I was told that I had to tell the pizza chef and that it was my fault....... this is not at all the way to treat people who pay you and expect a damn decent service....... absolute disappointment and there will be no next time, shame that less than 1 star can't be given.......
17/08/2025: Thin-crust pizza. Service is a bit slow, but the wait is worth it.

09/09/2025: A salami pizza with literally 4 thin slices of salami that is also ugly to look at... I don't understand who taught you how to make pizzas... I remind you that the saying that food should also be eaten with the eyes is not just a figure of speech... there are pizzerias in Arezzo that are definitely better both in terms of service and quality of ingredients.

20/02/2026: We arrived at "La Frana" on the recommendation of our landlady. It was late and out of season, yet the lovely staff were quick to serve us excellent fresh fish, a perfect, dry and delicate fried calamari, and an excellent house tagliolini. The beef and potatoes were also carefully prepared. We had a great time, comfortable, and left satisfied even after seeing and paying the bill. Seeing is believing. ๐ฅ

02/11/2025: Exceptional, lovely place, friendly and very helpful staff. We ate: a truly generous appetizer, chicken tagliata, beef tagata with gorgonzola and walnuts, mixed grill... everything was plentiful. The legendary GIGI's care and passion was evident in every dish. Excellent food quality, we'll definitely be back for the pizza too.
To finish, the punch... expertly made.
