03/08/2024: It is a restaurant for everyone, excellent Tuscan and fish dishes and good pizzas. The one you see in the photo is the Vesuvio pizza and it really looks like the mouth of the volcano. Good. On Friday evening a fun karaoke.
30/07/2024: Purtroppo mi dispiace rilasciare una recensione totalmente negativa ma per 2 volte consecutive la titolare del ristorante ci ha addebitato piatti che non avevamo ordinato.
La prima volta ce ne siamo accorti appena rientrati a casa e di conseguenza ci siamo passati sopra. La seconda volta siamo stati attenti e abbiamo verificato lo scontrino direttamente appena ci è stato dato e anche in questo caso ci era stato addebitato un dolce in più. Da evitare e fare super attenzione

29/11/2024: Not strictly Florentine restaurant but with some dishes that hark back to local tradition, very good crostini with meat sauce, like tagliatelle with the same sauce, a little less exciting "penne alla carretta", pasta with tomato and cream basically... maybe from review.
Service is normal, the guy is kind and friendly.
Normal price for a crostini, two first courses, a second course and a dessert: €52.50.

01/11/2024: Tagliolini with real truffle, freshly grated, beef tartare with truffle as above and tagliolini with porcini mushrooms to lick your lips. Beautiful and rustic environment, attentive and friendly owner. Excellent value for money.

03/12/2024: I've been to this gem of a restaurant several times and every meal has been excellent. Guilio the chef and DJ is fantastic. So friendly and welcoming and makes your meal there an experience. Even turning the restaurant into a nightclub with dancing and singing. He's ruined me for any restaurant back home. Oh and the food is fantastic as well. Great selection of wine and drinks and fresh ingredients simply made into amazingly delicious dishes.

11/08/2024: Very kind and super helpful staff, but the pizza didn't satisfy us, very fine, crunchy and salty, decent pinsa and we will definitely order it again. The strong point is the super seasoning. The pizzas were super seasoned and therefore top, maybe it's just an isolated case.

The portions are adequate for the price.
Overall all pleasant.
16/09/2024: I’ve been to this restaurant more than once, and it never disappoints. The fillet with green pepper was simply mind-blowing, and the risotto with porcini mushrooms was perfectly al dente and incredibly aromatic. Our waiter was Gian Marco, he speaks English and German!
I’m giving it 5!!! Best wishes and luck in everything!
Before choosing a restaurant, I not only read reviews but also check the menu, location, and photos. Most of the time, it's always a great choice!

26/12/2024: The only positive point of the café is the view of the square. The table was not cleared before our visit, still dirty napkins from previous customers. Barely friendly servers. The hot chocolate was good but everything else needs to be reviewed!! I do not recommend!

06/09/2024: Pequeño restaurante más bonito escondido en el Duomo. Tuvimos la MEJOR pasta aquí! Pedí pasta para casi todas las comidas mientras viajábamos por Venecia, Florencia, Cinque Terre y Roma y esta era mi favorita. La carbonara era tan sabrosa y simplemente perfecta. También tenían grandes bebidas y el servicio era increíble. ¡Para aquí si estás en Florencia!

22/08/2024: Really bad. We ordered some pizzas which were frozen ones prepared as bases to put the toppings on. Very hard, inedible. They can't be called pizzas. A real joke. When I complained, they pretended to be offended. Stay away. They think they can make money by making fun of others

31/10/2024: Per due volte abbiamo ordinato pizze da asporto. Oggi addirittura ci hanno sconsigliato la pizza al metro perché i forni erano pieni. Dopo 30 minuti di ritardo telefono e accampano scuse improbabili, quindi per la seconda volta non mi consegnano le pizze! Veramente improvvisati

They denied access to the bathroom to a three-year-old girl.
After having eaten dinner for five people and I am told that the bathroom is not accessible.
I discover that many locals in this little square use this method with tourists
In my opinion counterproductive in a tourist place.
