I migliori ristoranti di cucina pizza e pasta in Toscana

04/10/2024: Peccato, me ne avevano parlato bene e sono arrivata con tante aspettative, che sono andate deluse. Il servizio purtroppo non professionale, la cucina pessima. Ci hanno portato delle linguine ai ricci (27€ il piatto) una pasta incollata degna di un ristorante straniero, con dei ricci in scatola del Pacifico. Amari e immangiabili!!! Cambio di gestione? Risparmio sulla qualità? Boh io non ripeterei.

12/09/2024: Sehr nettes Restaurant, wo auch viele Einheimische einkehren. Freundliches Personal, gute Pizzen/Nudelgerichte und schöne Terrasse in ruhiger Lage. Für uns das beste Restaurant in der Gegend!! Vorspeisen vergleichsweise etwas teuer.

28/01/2025: Hi, I came to this place recently, but it's a shame that it's really different from what I expected. Let's start with the fact that dryers take too long and that the table for folding clothes is too small and dirty. I advise you to renovate this place by changing the dryers and installing better ones like those from Dikin and replace that table with a better one.

23/03/2025: Excellent pizza, we will definitely return, excellent ingredients, perfect dough, an aesthetic gem, a very fresh mozzarella for all the toppings and the name of the restaurant on each pizza. If you really want to find a flaw, a narrow outdoor seat, but it's still worth it. Modest prices for a real Neapolitan pizza.

04/03/2025: Cozy place, delicious food and great service. When I was in doubt between two dishes, I asked the waitress for her opinion so she could choose the dish for me. I didn't regret it, it was perfect. A little Neapolitan corner in Carrara. I recommend it!

13/03/2025: I went for Women's Day, you can't wait an hour in between for a starter! The pizza I tasted was quite good, but no ravioli with the cooking water on the plate, ravioli should be sautéed with the sauce, no pale whites, I ate them out of hunger after a long wait, bad house red wine from the fridge, the setting is nice, but you have to improve so much, so much, bad organization!

09/03/2025: Very nice environment for women's day with small gifts for us. Let's say I want to trust him and go again. The place was full and we waited 40 minutes just for a simple starter. The pizza was good but not as I remembered. They are always kind. Until next time

15/03/2025: As nice as sand in the eyes. Decent pizza, a little small. It's scandalous that they don't let you pay by card. Not recommended, you can find many other pizzerias in Marina Centro with friendly staff and pizzas of the same standard if not better.

23/03/2025: Decisamente inferiore alle aspettative. Antipasto "sardo" con speck, cipolline sottaceto e olive nere denocciolate..?!? Forse unica cosa che ricordava la Sardegna era un po' di pane carasau. Tagliata di manzo di buon sapore ma durissima e porzione scarsa Agnello a scottadito buono ma tre mini costolette erano poco più di un assaggio. Abbiamo chiesto vino rosso in bottiglia, nessuna carta ma ci è stato detto a voce che c'erano 3 possibilità (chianti, cannonau e altro che non ricordo) senza nessuna altra info, neppure i prezzi. Unica cosa decisamente abbondante la spesa!!!

08/03/2025: Excellent pizza (I recommend the BICCE pizza), exquisite desserts, owners who make you feel at home. Every time I have to eat a pizza I am aware of the fact that I have to travel 40 km, but for this one I am happy to do it.

01/01/2025: Ero stata a cena in questo ristorante un paio di volte mangiando sempre bene soprattutto i piatti di pesce quindi quando ho visto il menù per l'ultimo dell'anno non ho esitato a prenotare. Purtroppo la cena si è rivelata pessima, piatti insapore, pasta scotta, pici che dovevano essere in crema di finocchi e cozze serviti senza alcun condimento e papposi, dolce ridicolo un bicchiere di crema, che sinceramente era fatta anche bene, servita con un mini triangolo di pandoro, in pratica un bicchiere di crema da mangiare senza niente, ovviamente impossibile e stucchevole. Ok, il prezzo della cena era contenuto ma questo non è un buon motivo per cucinare male. Inoltre il locale era freddo e c'era corrente d'aria, capirete che la sera di S. Silvestro le signore con gli abiti da sera hanno sofferto il freddo tutta la sera. Che peccato!

13/11/2024: Il locale dispone di una terrazza panoramica. L’interno è un po’ anonimo e scarno. Menu vario e interessante, servizio accurato e cordiale. Ottimi i pigi al ragù bianco e il tortino di zucca. Pessima la tagliata al pepe verde, fredda e dura, immangiabile. È stata però tolta dal conto. Insufficiente il tiramisù.

08/04/2025: Excellent pizza, truly delicious. It's not often I get to eat such delicious pizza! The staff are really friendly and take us straight away to arrive. There are many varieties of pizzas all well cooked and seasoned, you can also ask for some extra ingredients and they will put them, you could even say if you want the crust high or normal they will always find a way to please. The prices are excellent. My favorite pizzeria!!! I.P.
