07/05/2026: When we walked in, they gave us a nasty look... they didn't give us the menu, which, after we ordered, had no ingredient specifications. We ordered two takeout pizzas, which were ready, but the staff was distracted, chatting with customers until the pizza chef had to come out to ask who made the pizzas because they looked forgotten, cold, and with very few ingredients. Not to mention the extremely thin dough. We'll clearly never return.

23/03/2026: We went to this place on the recommendation of a couple of locals, but we were very disappointed. The atmosphere is still nice and familiar, but we were disappointed with the menu: there was little choice overall, and the fish appetizer at 9:30 pm was already sold out; the pizza dough was light but sweet. We chose a four-cheese pizza, which arrived red (a great choice), and a prosciutto and porcini mushroom pizza, which tasted exactly like the four-cheese pizza. I don't know if it was from dinner, but as soon as I got home, I wanted the pizza again. Not recommended

04/05/2026: I had a mixed fried squid and shrimp for about €20. There were two shrimps, but the fried food was very greasy, dripping oil, and very rubbery. I told the waitress, but she didn't even respond.

04/05/2026: On our way back from a camper trip, we stopped for dinner at the Barbarossa restaurant. We had a wonderful time. The seafood dishes were generously portioned, including mussels with pepper, stewed cuttlefish, spaghetti with clams, and cacciucco (fish stew). Every dish was HEAVENLY. Our sincerest compliments to the entire staff. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

14/05/2026: I've personally been there twice and I won't be going back. The first time, I booked pizzas for 8:30 PM, got there at 8:35 PM, and found them ready (and cold)... okay, it can happen. Second time, I arrived 15 minutes before the agreed-upon time, and guess what? They were already there, ready... ready for a quick reheat... but how? How do you manage to work like this? I read about "best pizzeria in the area"... but whoever wrote that, has ever had a pizza in the park, for example? Then they saw me a little shocked, and with a smile they thanked me, etc. But how? CAN'T you see that I'm giving you a dirty look because you have my pizza ready 15 minutes early? Not a single "sorry," nothing... I mean, they're treating you like an idiot. Go there yourself, as far as I'm concerned it's closed. EDIT: In response to management, I find it absurd to have to specify that I want a hot pizza. If I book a time slot, I expect it to come out of the oven right then, not 15 minutes early. Your "logic" is just an excuse to cover up poor service.

21/01/2026: I called and ordered two pizzas, when I asked for the second one they told me that I had to wait longer for the fries, so I said that the fries didn't matter, not the pizza, a pizza arrived and when I pointed it out the guy said that's what he understood, terrible service, I would have expected at least that they would make it even if it was late and bring it to me, plus the only pizza that arrived had sour tomato sauce

28/02/2026: A simple place, with basic but good dishes. Just steps from a natural paradise of rare beauty. Try not to go around mid-August because it gets really chaotic. Overall, for a simple, unpretentious meal, it's fine. I would check the sanitary conditions of the restrooms more frequently. If it's crowded, more thorough cleaning is needed.

She's always in line anyway...*** I'm rewriting the review so the owner understands. The staff works really, really hard. The place is beautiful. What don't I like? First, whether you've booked or not, you'll be left waiting in line outside until you're called. Second, I think they're overbooked and can't handle the influx of people. (In the summer, all the restaurants have shifts for lunch and dinner, so let's be clear.) Third, I didn't like the pizza because of the dough. And fourth, the bathrooms, which are in a small building in the middle of a garden, are dirty because of the uncivilized people? Maybe, but since anyone coming up from the beach or a beautiful garden can access it, it's not just customers who can go there. And in my opinion, the bathrooms are unusable and need to be cleaned. The prices, especially for the food, are very high. Incidentally, my opinion is shared by many people. Read all the people who gave it one or two stars. And the piqued responses speak volumes. Sic... Wonderfully crispy around the edges, beautifully thin in the middle, and tasting exactly as you'd expect from an authentic pizzeria. You can immediately taste the genuine craftsmanship and love that went into it. The service is a bit of a mixed bag, as it varies somewhat from day to day: if you're lucky, you'll get a server who is humorous, charming, and attentive, which really enhances the evening. On other days, the staff sometimes seem a little unmotivated or stressed. In conclusion: if you can overlook the occasional fluctuations in service, you'll be rewarded with one of the best pizzas in the region. I always enjoy coming here and can definitely recommend a visit to any pizza lover! 🍕🍷
