31/07/2025: I usually try to choose places with a Google rating of 4.5 or higher for dinner because I don't have the time or energy to test the cuisines of touristy places. We came here because it's on the main square and there was space between the tables on the far side. The drinks were good, the atmosphere was good, and we finally decided to go ahead and order. The food was delicious, fresh, and very flavorful. So, despite the Google ratings, we had a great time and it's great that we ended up staying. Our waiter was also very nice and fast (Falco). We left feeling full.

29/07/2025: We went there as a family, the pizza was very good, the staff very friendly and attentive. The place is perfect with the most beautiful views.

02/06/2026: The waiters were very slow, we waited a very long time for the menu and after choosing Cia they took even longer, the place is very nice with a view of the port but with plastic chairs and uncomfortable seats... we only ordered pizzas because they told us that for everything else we had to wait

18/05/2026: Embarrassingly high and prohibitive prices. They have a website where everything is correct except the prices, and ordering pizza by checking their website is like shooting yourself in the foot, and you always end up spending 6 or 7 euros more than advertised. The pizzas are terrible value for money: the dough is soggy despite the thin crust, the tomato sauce is bland, and the mozzarella is compact and dry. We've ordered a few times, and they've ALWAYS gotten the order wrong, removing the ingredients listed and charging us (obviously) the price of the pizza if it had been correct. The vegetables are old, and the mushrooms are obviously frozen and pre-cut. I have friends and relatives whose pizzas have been overcharged by a euro for pepper, oregano, or oil on the pizza. I've had white pizzas paid as if they were a Margherita base and topping (obviously never a negative error), and the owner has tried to cheat several times. The pre-made pizzas are cold and old, a tourist trap. I will never go back there again, years ago it was very good, now I end up spending 25 euros for 2 pizzas.

16/05/2026: At 6:30 PM I ordered a slice of pizza 🍕 with fries and sausage for my son. They charged me €4.50. I asked twice just to be sure. The pizza was dry and the price was exorbitant.

28/05/2026: This place is a gem and their food and service top notch. The food was delicious we had the spaghetti carbonara, pasta pesto, crema catalán and lemon tart all absolutely delicious and so affordable I couldn't believe it. The portions are very generous and you will leave full and with a smile. The service very straight forward not many pleasantries but very efficient. Everything taste homemade and is fresh you can hear the chef whining the eggs to make the pasta. The desserts are somewhat ready in the fridge but they need refrigeration. Overall a great experience and we will be back.

25/04/2026: I came with my friends while we were having a layover... (We had to wait an hour at the station so we decided to get a coffee from this bar/restaurant) So I asked for a coffee and my friends asked for two cappuccinos and each one a drop of water! BUT how come a drop of water costs 50 CENTS?!?! Okay, we said: "We don't want to drink anymore" and he replied: "Oh well, in the end we paid, it doesn't matter, but I mean, I want to say, never drink cappuccino from this bar because they use milk that isn't fresh at all, in fact it might even be expired... a bar that charges money just to use the bathroom and no service or welcome!!!!! At least nowhere in Italy do they charge 50 cents for a drop of water!

22/05/2026: I found myself with a pizza that was a boy 😂😂😂 at 1 PM on a quiet Friday. It's obvious they were bored in the kitchen... or because I'm lactose intolerant and I asked them not to put mozzarella 🤷‍♀️ Anyway, the pizza wasn't even that great: sour tomato sauce, as you can see, 4 vegetables placed crosswise, and a thin crust with a very crunchy crust. The dough was very different from the one used many years ago.

01/05/2026: It's my favorite place, one of those places from your childhood/adolescence that stays in that pure corner of life where you need to escape every now and then. I returned for Easter Monday after years. The formula is the same. Choose from the menu, writing down what and how much you want, write down your name or Fantasia's name (how often in the '90s did I hear the Baggio table called), pay, and they'll call you when it's ready. I love their focaccia. The same ones I've always had. And the fried food too.

27/05/2026: They had a written reservation for months and simply ignored our group of 25 people with children.

23/05/2026: Worst Place ever. Messed up our reservation wasn’t able to solve it. Left the entire group outside ignored.

20/09/2025: A restaurant surrounded by greenery where good food reigns supreme. Professional service with a touch of lightheartedness makes it even more appealing. The desserts and pizzas are excellent.

15/08/2025: A very cute place nestled in the greenery of the Torre del Lago pine forest. Fast and friendly service. The tordelli with ragù are simply fantastic, and the pizzas are also very good. Easy to digest and crispy dough. Unfortunately, I forgot to take photos of the dishes, which are truly worthy. Recommended!

07/04/2026: The new chef has radically transformed the experience: the cuisine has gone from mediocre to excellent. Fresh pasta takes center stage, complemented by high-quality fish sauces and solid meat options. A marked improvement in quality and technique, while maintaining absolutely fair prices. A must-visit destination for gourmets.

14/11/2025: A small place where you can enjoy amazing chicken. Excellent for both dine-in and takeout. The pulled pork is also very good. Very attentive service.

19/10/2025: I'm sorry, but I absolutely don't recommend it. The staff is untrained and sometimes rude. The pizzas are frozen. The tablecloths weren't changed from the previous customer (stains and crumbs everywhere). The glasses are full of limescale.

13/05/2026: We had a wonderful meal. We received a very warm welcome. Thank you for this delightful experience. We will gladly return.

11/05/2026: A wonderful traditional family run restaurant in the heart of Cortona. Great meals and friendly staff, Well worth a visit.

16/05/2026: Easter lunch 2026, a total disappointment.....starters arrived after an hour and after having asked for more.....the first and second courses were poor.....in the end they ran away without even having a coffee.....it couldn't have been worse.

15/05/2026: Amazing service even with personalized dishes. Good, fair prices! The lady serving all the guests is unbeliavable wishing to please all the requirements of the guests. Coming any time 😄

15/06/2026: My friend's zucchini flower pizza was practically black, burned all over on one side... my pizza was incredibly salty... the staff was shy, as if we were doing them a disservice... Never again

26/04/2026: Very friendly service, short wait time, takeaway was no problem, and you could practically watch the pizza being prepared. The taste was okay, nothing special but quite solid.
