14/03/2026: I went there for a pizza that didn't quite live up to my expectations...too thin, it broke completely, practically no ingredients: barely visible tomato, mozzarella that didn't quite reach the right flavor, vegetables that were half raw and barely present.
Present, sterile place.
Sterile, young and nice but perhaps inexperienced staff.
Inexperienced.
30/11/2025: Nothing to say about the restaurant because everything was good, the only inconvenience was the parking, because we had to leave the car and face a very steep climb.

08/06/2026: We went there by chance with friends who knew the place... there is a vast menu... we had different dishes... all good and excellent presentations... from pizza to fish to meat... nice place... nice staff... I can't tell you the price... because dinner was offered to me😅

A tiny chicken breast and a side of vegetables that contained four small slices of zucchini, a tiny piece of bell pepper, and four very small slices of eggplant.
I went home and ate because I was so hungry.
I'll never go back.

18/05/2026: The pizzeria with that name no longer exists. Ten years ago, we were at the campsite opposite. Today, we wanted to go to David 2, but the shutters were down, and a local resident confirmed that this pizzeria is no longer there. A new pizzeria has opened at the campsite instead.
29/03/2026: The owner and staff are incredibly kind and friendly. The pizza is light and never burnt, and the wait is almost non-existent. I recommend David 2 because it's a relaxing and welcoming place, thanks to the owner and staff. With David 2, your evenings won't be a simple stop-off. Giorgio and his staff manage to work professionally and communicate with customers at the same time (a huge strength). You never get bored with them, and customers quickly become friends. David 2 is truly a guarantee for anyone. See you soon ❤️🙂.

I dined there for three days, trying different dishes, and they are simply wonderful!!!
The waitresses are Brazilian, extremely polite, and ready to help with any questions!!
The house wine is perfect!
The view is perfect!
A must-visit spot, a stop, and a great meal!!!

02/08/2025: For the quality of the sliced meat, I would give it 6 stars going to the checkout, but I can't understand how a green salad can cost 9 euros when a sliced meat costs 18. I repeat, the sliced meat deserved 23 euros too... so it would be more correct to then apply €4 for the salad.

20/02/2026: We arrived at "La Frana" on the recommendation of our landlady. It was late and out of season, yet the lovely staff were quick to serve us excellent fresh fish, a perfect, dry and delicate fried calamari, and an excellent house tagliolini. The beef and potatoes were also carefully prepared. We had a great time, comfortable, and left satisfied even after seeing and paying the bill. Seeing is believing. 🥂

04/05/2026: I had a mixed fried squid and shrimp for about €20. There were two shrimps, but the fried food was very greasy, dripping oil, and very rubbery. I told the waitress, but she didn't even respond.
04/05/2026: On our way back from a camper trip, we stopped for dinner at the Barbarossa restaurant. We had a wonderful time. The seafood dishes were generously portioned, including mussels with pepper, stewed cuttlefish, spaghetti with clams, and cacciucco (fish stew). Every dish was HEAVENLY. Our sincerest compliments to the entire staff. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
