21/11/2025: I ordered a pizza via Delivero. I got a buffalo mozzarella, and my friend got a buffalo mozzarella with cherry tomatoes, arugula, and sausage. Delivered in a torn box, the dough was poorly leavened and heavy (if you understand dough, you can tell by the crust in the photo). The buffalo mozzarella looked strange, but I thought it was because of the heat from the box, which was so full of tomato sauce that the dough seeped through to the center and flaked the box, and to top it off, it was burnt underneath. A few hours later, I started vomiting repeatedly, with excruciating stomach pains. If you're looking for food poisoning, this is the place for you. Otherwise, I advise you to stay away.

Overall, for a frugal, unpretentious place, it's fine. I would check the sanitary conditions of the restrooms more frequently. If it's crowded, it would need more thorough cleaning.

She's always in line anyway...*** I'm rewriting the review so the owner understands. The staff works really, really hard. The place is beautiful. What don't I like? First, whether you've booked or not, you'll be left waiting in line outside until you're called. Second, I think they're overbooked and can't handle the influx of people. (In the summer, all the restaurants have shifts for lunch and dinner, so let's be clear.) Third, I didn't like the pizza because of the dough. And fourth, the bathrooms, which are in a small building in the middle of a garden, are dirty because of the uncivilized people? Maybe, but since anyone coming up from the beach or a beautiful garden can access it, it's not just customers who can go there. And in my opinion, the bathrooms are unusable and need to be cleaned. The prices, especially for the food, are very high. Incidentally, my opinion is shared by many people. Read all the people who gave it one or two stars. And the piqued responses speak volumes. Sic... 22/09/2025: We were absolutely satisfied. While we were waiting at the port, we enjoyed some delicious food and drinks here. The service was good and extremely friendly. The pizza, if you like thin, crispy crusts, was delicious. Personally, I'm more of a fan of Neapolitan-style pizza, but I would come back anytime for this one, just for the taste. We highly recommend it 😃.

11/11/2025: First time and last. The place was cold. I understand that since it was Monday night, they didn't have reservations, but they should warm up the place at least a little since it's open. The pizza was rightfully cold. There were six of us in the entire place, zero consideration. The coffees were brought with the dishes still on the table, which can happen, for goodness sake, with a packed house. I understand the tiredness; it's Monday, but this job requires kindness, smiles, and a lot of attention to customers. I speak from personal work experience.

This area also boasts vast sandy beaches, which at the end of the season, with the beach resorts closed, transform into the perfect place for a relaxing after-lunch stroll, just steps from the restaurant. A truly complete experience, combining good food and the beauty of the landscape. The welcome was warm from the start, even for our large dog, who was welcomed and made to feel at ease. It's rare to find such pet-friendly establishments without sacrificing elegance or quality service. Lunch satisfied all the family's tastes. We started with a mixed seafood appetizer with balanced, fresh flavors. Next up was a crispy fried fish and vegetables dish, light and well-executed, and the dish I was most excited about: a clam pasta dish that lived up to every promise: flavorful, fragrant, and perfect. Definitely the highlight of our lunch. We concluded with a tiramisu without coffee, colored with alkermes: an original, delicate twist that's definitely worth trying again. The staff were attentive, friendly, and helpful. The atmosphere was relaxed and sunny. We'll definitely be back: Osteria al Pontile is a perfect example of how good food, hospitality, and the beauty of the area make Versilia a special destination in every season.

20/12/2025: I gave it one star because you can't give a zero! I ordered three takeout pizzas for 8:30 PM, I arrived to pick them up at 8:40 PM, and they still weren't ready. They told me they'd be ready in 10 minutes, but instead I had to wait another 30 minutes—shameful and terribly organized!

13/12/2025: I ordered the pizza from Deliveroo, so I won't talk about the temperature, but beyond that, there are some issues I think you should address to improve the quality. First of all, the pizza was raw around the edges, rubbery and burned on both the top and bottom, making it feel like you were eating coal. The toppings on the pizza were random and practically empty. The mozzarella and tomato were in the center of the pizza, ignoring the edges. The ingredients were pre-packaged and without even the slightest bit of choice. If I were you, I'd change the name from a pizzeria to a pub, because to be called one, the pizza shouldn't be excellent, but at least cooked, not burned. Highly discouraged. Neapolitans and Sicilians, listen out, outlet alert!
