We visited this restaurant because of the sea-view parking (we landed in Livorno with our camper and rested there for a bit in the morning waiting for them to open). I must say we were very welcomed: fresh fish, lovely tables overlooking the sea, reasonable prices, and friendly staff. By eating there, we didn't pay for parking, which for a camper would have been €20 for the whole day. We'll gladly return.

On our way back from a camper trip, we stopped for dinner at the Barbarossa restaurant. We had a wonderful time. The seafood dishes were generously portioned, including mussels with pepper, stewed cuttlefish, spaghetti with clams, and cacciucco (fish stew). Every dish was HEAVENLY. Our sincerest compliments to the entire staff. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

We wandered in by chance and ate excellent cacciucco in a welcoming setting right on the sea. The quality was good, the price was fair.
Excellent service.

Restaurant with a seafront terrace. Excellent selection of seafood and generous portions.
The spaghetti with clams was delicious, with plenty of fresh clams; the scampi and salmon risotto was delicious; the mixed fried fish was light and not greasy.
The desserts were also good.
Fast and efficient service.
Pleasant atmosphere with background music.
Overall, we were very pleased and will definitely be back.
