28/12/2024: Good place, and good food. Large and welcoming rooms.

25/12/2024: Today was a disaster! Staying at the table for more than 4 hours for a fixed and simple menu was tiring, I couldn't do it anymore. There was no organisation, for me the problem was in the kitchen. The waiters were there but they were walking around empty. And that's it! The restaurant was full. Maybe on a "normal" day it would have been something else...maybe!

29/12/2024: I had good expectations about the pizza but unfortunately I left disappointed. I got the real hoax. The dough is quite good with a nice high crust but in my opinion the cooking was completely wrong. The pizza arrived to me with the bottom almost completely burnt and the inside a little chewy. I could have sent it back but since there were a lot of us and it was already 11pm I didn't want to wait any longer to eat (but we know how bad it can be to eat all that burnt black). Unfortunately, it wasn't just mine that burned. Sin.

25/12/2024: The Phoenix is ​​always a confirmation. The appetizers are nothing short of sensational, perhaps more so than the pizza itself, which is still really good. Note of merit to the “Sacher” panettone made by them, I really liked it. At the end they also gave us a little discount which never hurts. Passed with full marks.

28/12/2024: The owner was super friendly, and the indoor space was cozy enough for a quick dinner. The pizza has a very thin crust that makes it very light and super easy to digest. It was also very tasty, and did not give any thirst sensation in the following hours. The price was very affordable. We paid slightly more than 20€ for 2 pizzas and a bottle of coke (1 liter).

19/06/2024: Great pizza spot outside of the hectic centre of Florence but easy walking distance from there! We had a Vegetariana and a Diavola with a mixed salad to share. The dough was beautiful - one of the best we've had in Florence. The cheese, sauce and toppings were all great too and good to see it cooked in the stunning oven!

16/10/2024: Good pizzeria in Paganico. Friendly service and good ambience. Pizza was good but not fantastic, calzone had a bit too much dough and wasn’t as light as I personally prefer it. But this is probably a matter of taste. Recommendation to go there when you are around. Best during summer as the outside is quite nice. During cold periods places indie are limited so better reserve a table.

02/12/2024: I was really happy to bring my friends to this restaurant. I've come here other times and the pizza is truly one of the most special you can eat in Florence. The dough is a cloud and the proposals all have a touch of originality. Coming here is a joy!

26/11/2024: Everything really excellent. Environment, food, staff. The fact that there are many gluten-free alternatives is very positive, which is no small feat. Honorable mention for the grilled potatoes which are spectacular.
