27/02/2026: Since you asked for a reason for my rating, here it is: I'm the customer on Saturday, February 21st, who you placed at table 00. As we told you when we paid the bill, we ate the pizza in 10 minutes because, being right in front of the door, we were freezing. And honestly, that's inconceivable from my point of view. The fact that the table was called 00 makes it clear that it's a non-existent table... All you had to do was call and say you didn't have a table.

26/04/2026: It was so delicious that I ordered more as soon as I finished two. Truly the best pizza I've had in Italy! However, the service isn't friendly, and since it's a takeout-only place, you have to eat it on the street.

29/03/2026: The service and cuisine were impeccable, with unforgettable pici all'aglione and ossobuco, paired with excellent, expertly recommended wines. We finished with a selection of cheeses, the result of Tiziana and Stefano's meticulous research into local products. Everything is made with love and expertise, and it's exactly what you get on your plate.

23/02/2026: A well-maintained and clean restaurant in the center of Chiusi, with a beautiful frescoed dining room. The ingredients are all top-quality...excellent food and impeccable service. I highly recommend it.

15/04/2026: By far the best pizza in 20 years of coming to Italy. 25yr old sourdough starter, organic flour and freshly cooked ingredients. This is in a different league to the usual pizzas especially in central Florence. Owners were super friendly.

05/04/2026: Carefully prepared and flavorful dishes, you can feel the attention in the kitchen 😊 Francesca was truly fantastic: kind, smiling, and always available, she made us feel at ease right away! We also greatly appreciated the vegetarian and vegan options 🌱 and the artisanal gelato, truly top-notch (even the vegan version!). Highly recommended, we'll definitely be back!

22/11/2025: We came in as a couple, attracted by the menu and the fair prices, and we were very satisfied. Thanks to Salvatore, who welcomed us warmly, and Manuela, who captivated our palates in the kitchen. 🤪 We ordered a menu with a first course, second course, and side dish, and we ate every dish with gusto. I would definitely return.

03/05/2026: Very good! The food is excellent quality, the burgers are very large and well-filled, the bread is made with focaccia dough and is very good. The burger was cooked to perfection and the sides were original and well-made. The staff was very kind, helpful, and friendly, good company, and quick service. We had a great time.

23/03/2026: We arrived on Friday evening at this previously unvisited restaurant in the secluded Barberino area. It's small inside but very welcoming, with a little "cave" feel. As soon as we entered, we were greeted by a very friendly lady who immediately assigned us a table and had us order. While we waited, the kind waitress told us about the restaurant's history and the history of their products. Then, after a short wait, our dishes arrived. I had tortelli stuffed with Mugello potatoes and beef ragù, which I shared with a delicious Florentine steak. When the Florentine steak arrived (which we all shared), they also brought some pan-fried chard and fried vegetables. The Florentine steak was perfectly cooked and very tender. We then finished with a delicious tiramisu, which we shared between three people, because we were full. We paid around €150, a fair price for the quality. We'll be back.

04/04/2026: The food was 10/10, great prices for fantastic ingredients (porcini mushrooms, truffles). The waitstaff and chef were incredibly friendly and catered to every need. I would highly recommend it. Reservations are recommended as it's very popular.

30/04/2026: Nice place, good food! The pizza sushi is really good. Maybe a little pricey, but I understand that quality comes at a price and that the current times have made us accustomed to seeing prices soar. I recommend it anyway!

27/04/2026: Recommended by friends, we went to this gourmet pizzeria. We started with the montanarine, which were wonderful, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. We then continued with two authentic gourmet pizzas. The dough was excellent, light and crispy. We may have chosen two pizzas that weren't entirely our cup of tea, but that's just our taste. Next time, we'll choose more classic flavors. We highly recommend trying the experience.

28/03/2026: After enjoying the pizza, panna cotta, and espresso, one can't help but feel religious! They must have come from heaven!!! And besides the delicious food, the service was top-notch. Even without a reservation, they always went out of their way to find us a table with genuine warmth.
