05/07/2025: Five of us went there twice for dinner, each time making a reservation for the morning. This is especially necessary on weekends. The ambiance in the heart of the old town is great. The service is very good, and we were also impressed by the pizzas. A standard pizza costs 8 to 10 euros. There are also specialty versions (e.g., with truffle), which range from 10 to 16 euros. The waiters all speak good English. We didn't wait long for our food, even though it was full. I can 100% recommend this restaurant!

10/08/2025: We stopped by while touring Italy, and this place is a true gem! The cuisine is traditional and authentic, with handmade pasta, locally-sourced meat and self-produced fruits and vegetables. Every dish we tried was delicious (trust me, I was born in Florence!). Antonella gave us a warm and welcoming vibe. She was attentive and funny. The atmosphere has traditional charm and modern touches. If you’re looking for top-notch Tuscan cuisine and service, this is the spot. We can’t wait to return!

26/08/2025: The food was delicious; we had a great meal. The fish was some of the best I've ever eaten, and the pizza was also excellent. The cover charge was a bit pricey (€2.50 per person), and honestly, €6 for a portion of fries seems a bit much. Otherwise, everything was perfect, the staff was super friendly and helpful!

03/06/2025: In questo posto mi è stata rubata una felpa ,c'era un testimone che ha visto l'unici clienti rimasti ,dietro da una parte erano in 4 , uno di loro si è staccato dal gruppo e è venuto a sedere dietro il mio posto dove avevo la felpa, era una serata molto informale quindi il mio amico testimone non ha pensato che potesse succedere ma si sbagliava Il propietario ,amico di questi che mi hanno rubato ,ha detto che di sicuro non sono stati loro perché li conosce, Forse un ufo è atterrato e ha rapito la felpa x esperimenti, o forse mentono non posso dimostrarlo perché non ci sono le telecamere , Certo da un propietario che difende i suoi amici ti aspetti almeno che ne risponda lui, ma vogliono giocarsi la carta che io non l'avevo e che mi sono inventato tutto. Purtroppo x lui le parole della sua cameriera appena mi sono accorto , dopo cena sono state ' si la maglia viola , ti ho visto entrare con quella.' poi non so se ritratta anche lei ,spero e penso di no] Mi domando che se a una signora rubano una borsa ,gli chiedono se davvero l'aveva? 17/08/2025: I think it's the best pizzeria in Pistoia. The restaurant is very unique and welcoming, as are the staff, who managed to find us a table within 10 minutes of our call. I found the pizza dough very digestible, and it was cooked perfectly.

17/08/2025: Ferragosto lunch, a very welcoming and clean location, excellent service with friendly and helpful staff. The seafood menu was truly delicious, with a warm seafood appetizer: black tortelli stuffed with grouper in a shrimp ragù (delicious), and the crispy, dry fried fish with a lovely variety. The prices were reasonable, especially considering it was Santa Maria. Highly recommended.

07/08/2025: We organized a blind dinner with a couple of friends and I must say that it exceeded expectations. A really nice and welcoming place. Large motorcycle parking. Nice outdoor area for summer dining. Staff always smiling, polite and ready to smile. And what can I say about the food... excellent, I would say we ate for 10 and even the wine did its part! We'll be back soon!

14/08/2025: An evening for four people. Let's just say I wasn't very satisfied, unfortunately, because I booked a table that was basically two round tables next to each other, making it rather uncomfortable for four people. The terrace, which is a very nice setting, had a constant noise from a huge fan, which I understand is useful, but there are much quieter options that can overcome this problem. The appetizer, cured meats and fried pasta, were okay, the fried mushrooms were very good, the pizzas were of embarrassing quality. They seemed frozen, small, and tough, and weren't pizzas in taste or shape. The cuts of meat were good. I expected more from what I'd been told, but nothing exciting. The service was friendly, the staff were good and friendly. I think they need air conditioning inside, and they shouldn't make pizzas at all, or at least change the way they make them, from the leavening to the cooking and everything else. I'll be back to give it a second chance, perhaps to try the steak menu, hoping it'll be of a higher quality.
