31/05/2026: Very nice atmosphere. I don't like how the raw ingredients are processed, the pan pizza is not to my liking.
24/05/2026: I went last night for the first time in 12 years... we ate the pizza that was recommended to us: the dough was excellent, but there was too much mozzarella, which was rubbery and made the pizza heavy. It remained compact. Prices were average. This isn't a harsh criticism, but rather a recommendation if interpreted correctly. The waiter, although very kind (poor, that is), seemed a bit too much for the number of people there. I did, however, see impressive platters with very fresh cured meats and delicious pecorino cheeses; who knows, maybe we'll go back.

26/05/2026: A pizza place that offers both pizza with gluten or gluten free. Not only that, but one can find also gluten-free focaccia and also gluten-free beer. We ordered gluten and gluten-free pizzas. They were sublime. I strongly recommend for gluten-free options.

10/07/2026: Very good rectangular pizza, not overly generous in size. The round pizza is more affordable. The chickpea pie (cecina, with an accent on the i) is a must-try.
08/07/2026: I loved this historic restaurant in Portoferraio, which I'd heard about many times: the cecina was really good.
It's a cult place on Elba.

11/07/2026: I don't think it's still possible to offer a pizza like this today. Thin, crispy, tasteless, with very low-quality ingredients. The service is adequate and the atmosphere is nice.
25/06/2026: Thin, crispy pizza, generously topped in the center and lightly on the edges, overall decent. They don't serve fries, a questionable choice for us. Fast service, sticky table. Worth the price.

21/04/2026: For years now, this has been my go-to place for takeout pizza. The dough is fabulous and easy to digest (the specialty doughs are extraordinary), thin and crispy, and delicious. The takeout service is excellent...always on time, even with the limited space available for Saturday reservations. The app you download to your phone allows you to manage your order and customize your pizza. Daniele is quick, attentive, and you can tell he's passionate about what he does. I highly recommend it.

The wait staff were excellent: kind, courteous, and always attentive. The atmosphere was informal, making us feel right at home!
17/05/2026: The food quality was excellent, but the wait times between courses were unacceptable: we waited almost an hour between the first and second courses.
It was very busy (Sunday lunch), and I completely respect the work of others, but we didn't receive even a half-hearted apology for waiting so long.
Two people at our table received their second courses shortly after us, and after waiting only 15 minutes after the first course.
They probably forgot our order, or something went wrong. I would have expected at least an apology for the wait.
I repeat, I respect the work of others, and I understand that Sunday lunch is very busy.
The food quality was excellent.

21/06/2026: A positive note is the outdoor plaza where you can dine peacefully with friends and perhaps enjoy a bit of fresh air.
The nights were rough, the organization was top-notch; don't you dare order starters and pizzas that would require you to finish dinner after three hours.
They can't handle the orders.
I understand they're volunteers, but it takes a bit of organization.
The quality/price ratio is very good, however.
The pizza is edible.

14/07/2026: The food was run-of-the-mill, completely indifferent. A few bites of chicken with plastic, pre-fried potatoes and minimal greenery. I was charged for the cover charge twice, even though I was alone. The service was slow. The only positive thing is that there is an open space.
