24/10/2025: Excellent seafood restaurant. The spaghetti allo scoglio is truly delicious, and the Medina desserts are fabulous. I absolutely recommend them.

04/09/2025: We went to this place for fish, because we'd been advised it was very good, plentiful, and reasonably priced... But in our case, that wasn't quite the case. We had two regular salads for €6 each, but I can assure you it was just a handful of salad, although good because it contained garden produce, but the quantity was really small. We then had two spaghetti allo scoglio, with only one peeled shrimp, five or six shellfish to clean, good but not enough, and finally the spaghetti was really small, about 50g. To finish, we had a dessert: custard with a few berries, obviously, served in a small bowl, and only a bottle of still water. So, to sum up: Salad €6 x 2px Spaghetti with seafood €16 x 2px Still water €3 Dessert €6 Coupon €3 x 2px TOTAL €59 In conclusion, we woke up hungry, so we wouldn't recommend it. Total €57

13/01/2026: My wife and I had a wonderful and, above all, enjoyable evening at La Pergola. We opted for the pizza tasting menu and it was the perfect choice. High-quality food, excellent wine, followed by a delicious dessert. We were thrilled and will definitely be back – GRAZIE!

30/12/2025: We went to this restaurant thanks to the recommendation of our hotel and were truly satisfied. From the service to the food, everything was excellent. As soon as we arrived, Sara gave my girls a chalkboard each, which they spent the entire evening playing with. Sara and Gaia, the wait staff, were also very kind and attentive to our every need. The products used in the kitchen are top-quality, and the respect for these ingredients and the care taken in their preparation were evident in every dish we ate. I highly recommend it and thank all the staff at Il Talismano for a delightful evening.

11/12/2025: We stayed for one night and I must say that we had a good time, excellent welcome, spacious and very clean room, well heated all night, abundant breakfast and all good things, shared bathroom with other rooms being the first time it was an inconvenience for us, but it's fine anyway since it was only for one night. Fair price. I recommend it.

Located practically steps from our hotel, we dined there almost every night, allowing us to sample a large part of the menu. It's a reliable, welcoming place with consistently high quality. What we loved: - The Pizzas: Absolutely excellent with a thin and perfectly crispy crust. The pizza with fresh burrata and arugula is a pure delight, visually stunning and very generous. The classic Margherita and the mushroom and ham pizza are equally delicious. - The Pastas: Authentic cuisine. We particularly recommend the ravioli with ragù (meat sauce), which are flavorful and comforting, as well as the simple yet perfectly executed spaghetti. - The Desserts: Don't leave without trying the panna cotta with red berries for a refreshing touch. The sweet chocolate pastry is also a delightful surprise. (Tip: avoid the tiramisu; the sponge isn't soaked enough and the cream isn't set...) The setting is typical of an Italian trattoria with its exposed beams and open kitchen where you can watch the chef working at the pizza oven and rotisserie. The welcome is always friendly, even when the restaurant is full. In short: Whether for a quick pizza or a full dinner, La Piazzetta is a sure bet in Florence. Unbeatable value for money in the neighborhood!
