21/03/2026: Wow, this cecina is so good! I admit it, I'm from Pisa and I came to Livorno for pizza. Do I regret it? CERTAINLY NOT! Brought here by a dear friend, five of us had dinner to spend a quiet evening together, as we do from time to time. It was a more than welcome discovery. I went there after a day spent out and about without a moment's rest and with a measly sandwich for lunch just to put something to my stomach, so when I got there, I was definitely hungry. I left full, satisfied, not weighed down, and with a smile on my face. Andrea is a top-notch host. He's very attentive to what he does, in love with his work, and with a great attention to his customers and all their most unlikely cravings. Oh right... Passion, so much, a rare thing these days in these places. Very fair and modest prices. Spending €24 each for everything we ate and drank, including desserts and coffee/punch, is truly nothing. The place is small, but very personal. Carefully and unmistakably decorated, there was truly a touch of Andrea everywhere. Reservations are recommended, even just out of respect for their organization. The fact is, I ordered a "Lo Squalo," a decidedly rich and flavorful pizza. I asked for a modification due to my inability to appreciate gorgonzola, but Andrea offered to replace it with another dairy-based ingredient, which I definitely found useful and tasty during the pizza tasting. The only real problem there was one: the chickpea cake was MORTAL. It was our appetizer (with the addition of eggplant, both spicy and mild, kindly offered by Andrea), and nothing, it did any harm. I was tempted to get up after eating it and cancel my pizza so I could continue eating more! Well, I'm obsessed with cecina, so it was truly love at first bite! To finish our dinner, after we ordered dessert, Andrea even offered us an amaro, which was a welcome and much appreciated (King Kong ♥)! Andrea's wife and the other girl (alas, I don't know their names) who served us throughout the evening were also very kind and helpful. Added to the list of places to return to ♥

23/03/2026: I really liked it. It's cozy, colorful, and has a truly Italian feel. As for the food, I'll say this: "The wait wasn't long, the food was delicious, and the price wasn't high." I recommend it.

17/10/2025: Perfect express fish soup! Don't complain about the 40-minute wait... or make a reservation! Thanks to the staff who start working at 7:00 AM to prepare the homemade bread you can enjoy at dinner ❤️

10/10/2025: What can I say? The chef, with whom we personally reserved a table yesterday, has learned his craft. The "fish soup" is top-notch. The tomato sauce "soup" has a truly perfect balance between the acidity of the tomatoes and the sugar, which brings them to life. Simply brilliant. Mama Sita, in a nutshell. It couldn't be better. It was just as delicious from bite to bite as you couldn't achieve it yourself. The recommended wine complemented the taste experience positively. We had the soup for one person and shared it because we wanted a second dish. We had the homemade ravioli. That was the crowning glory. The homemade sauce, too, was a gourmet's dream. A Michelin-starred restaurant could add this chef to its menu once a month. Provided the best fresh produce is used. He buys fresh produce every morning, as he told me. So make a reservation and enjoy—it's worth every cent. And to top it all off, there was a lemon sorbet. For the lady at the table, it's normal, and for me, it's vodka and a cafe doppio. Unfortunately, it's not in the picture.

22/01/2026: Kudos to the owner for his exceptional kindness. We celebrated our mother's birthday and had a wonderful meal. Highly recommended. BRAVELY GOOD!

27/02/2026: The pizza dough was thin and easy to digest, but the mozzarella was so flavorless that it even overpowered the tomato flavor. I honestly wouldn't go back.

11/03/2026: We had dinner with the family. We ordered three pizzas, and each one was very good. I recommend it.

06/03/2026: Delicious pizza, but unfortunately, very poor service. We were the first to be seated at 7:00 PM, and the person at the cash register rudely told us we had to vacate our table by 8:00 PM. We replied that it wasn't a problem since we had a movie. Pizzas took over 40 minutes to arrive, for two simple pizzas—after rushing us to vacate the table at 8:00 PM. They were completely forgotten and messed up with takeout, even though we were the first ones seated in the restaurant. It's a shame because the pizza was really delicious, but they were completely disorganized.

03/04/2026: We had gluten-free pizza. It's a pre-made Margherita, and you can order it with extra toppings. It's cooked in the same oven as the regular pizza. The regular pizza was also good.

07/09/2025: We found it by chance on our way back from a weekend in Orvieto. We ordered the mixed crostini, tagliatelle with rabbit ragù and crème brulee. The food was homemade and delicious, and I'd definitely return. The service was neither excellent nor infamous.

06/09/2025: It's a great idea to get off the highway and eat here instead of at a rest stop. It's a small place, but perfect for a quick stop and some typical dishes without breaking the bank.

21/03/2026: Very delicious food, perfect pizzas — large and extremely tasty, the best I’ve ever had. Everything else we tried was also perfect and affordable. Locals come here, highly recommended.

05/04/2026: My family and I happened upon this place by chance, having lunch on Easter Sunday. The food was very good, and they prepare everything freshly, so if you have to wait a few minutes, it's simply because they don't have things prepared days in advance. And that, in my opinion, is a great plus. The owners are very friendly and helpful, as are the waiters. The place is well-kept and clean. If we ever come back, we'll definitely be back!

18/03/2026: I usually come to this restaurant for fish. Personally, I think it's the best in the area. The mixed antipasto is noteworthy. The wine list is well-structured. Last time, I also tried an excellent rum paired with dark chocolate.

06/04/2026: The pizza was good, the zonzelle were excellent... The staff, despite the chaos, were very kind and courteous. The price was average; in fact, I'd say excellent value. Every year, it's a great place to stop by for aperitifs or dinner in a friendly and pleasant atmosphere. The owners are incredibly kind. The products served are excellent. A must-try. I recommend it, you won't regret it.

27/07/2025: Ottimo l'antipasto , il primo e il secondo tutto a base di pesce ....servizio impeccabile e super organizzato nonostante il ristorante fosse pieno, che dire tappa consigliata!

13/07/2025: Excelente comida a un precio razonable, de gestión familiar. Andrea es Italiano de tercera generación dirigiendo este restaurante. Gran servicio y comida! Teníamos pastas, parmigiana de berenjena y ñoquis. Teníamos pastel de abuelas y tiramisú de postre que eran excelentes. Este tiramisú fue diferente a otros que hemos tenido en nuestro tour de comida y vino de Umbría y Toscana, que termina en Roma. ¡Ambos fueron increíbles! Sin duda recomiendo este restaurante!
