We were immediately greeted with exemplary elegance and kindness by Mr. Giuliano—a truly special, friendly, and hospitable person who made our arrival unforgettable. Special praise goes to our waiter, Simone, whose courtesy and cheerfulness are among the most genuine I've ever encountered. We ordered two pizzas in a packed dining room, and in less than 10 minutes they were served: light, crispy, and of superb quality. My sincere compliments go to the entire team, especially pizza chef Marco—a true master of his craft, who elevated the evening to an authentic gourmet experience. 14/11/2025: The A.T.F. Service store is located adjacent to the central Piazza Togliatti, home to Scandicci's weekly market. The store offers expert repairs or replacement parts for Folletto and Thermomix appliances in a reasonable timeframe. I had several parts replaced on my Vorwerk Thermomix because they were worn. They ordered the missing parts and then completed the complete assembly. The organization was excellent, and the staff was very helpful and generous with advice on any repairs or replacement parts. The store staff was very kind and professional.

21/03/2026: Wow, this cecina is so good! I admit it, I'm from Pisa and I came to Livorno for pizza. Do I regret it? CERTAINLY NOT! Brought here by a dear friend, five of us had dinner to spend a quiet evening together, as we do from time to time. It was a more than welcome discovery. I went there after a day spent out and about without a moment's rest and with a measly sandwich for lunch just to put something to my stomach, so when I got there, I was definitely hungry. I left full, satisfied, not weighed down, and with a smile on my face. Andrea is a top-notch host. He's very attentive to what he does, in love with his job, and with a great attention to his customers and all their most unlikely cravings. Oh right... Passion, so much, a rare thing to find in these places these days. Very fair and modest prices. Spending €24 each for everything we ate and drank, including desserts and coffee/punch, is truly nothing. The place is small, but very personal. Carefully and unmistakably decorated, there was truly a touch of Andrea everywhere. Reservations are recommended, even just out of respect for their organization. The fact is, I ordered a "Lo Squalo," a decidedly rich and flavorful pizza. I asked for a modification due to my inability to appreciate gorgonzola, but Andrea offered to replace it with another dairy-based ingredient, which I definitely found useful and tasty during the pizza tasting. The only real problem there was one: the chickpea cake was MURDERFUL. It was our appetizer (with the addition of eggplant, both spicy and mild, kindly offered by Andrea), and nothing, it did any harm. I was tempted to get up after eating it and cancel my pizza so I could continue eating more! Well, I'm obsessed with cecina, so it was truly love at first bite! To finish our dinner, after we ordered dessert, Andrea even offered us an amaro, which was a welcome and much appreciated (King Kong ♥)! Andrea's wife and the other girl (alas, I don't know their names) who served us throughout the evening were also very kind and helpful. Added to the list of places to return to ♥

30/03/2026: The pizza by the meter is good, the service is a bit slow, but the place is large and often hosts large groups. I recommend it for large dinners.

03/05/2026: The restaurant is very cute and friendly; I really liked the colorful chairs. The staff is super friendly; you ask for pizza and they bring it to you. The pizzas are the highlight. Not very big, but with tons of mozzarella and quality toppings. Nothing to complain about, very, very good. The only difficulty was when it came to flushing the toilet. Flushing is incredibly difficult and even a little dangerous, but you easily forget it if they offer you a melon.

24/03/2026: It's always a pleasure to return to this restaurant every time I travel through Italy. If I can, I go to eat the grilled Fiorentina steak with all their other dishes.

02/05/2026: We had a truly excellent experience at Ristorante Antico Caffè del Sonno. After an embarrassing and unacceptable situation caused by a serious service issue elsewhere (at Bidiba, where we'd initially planned to go, the lady on the phone had taken our reservation without informing us that they would be CLOSED on the requested day: we were coming from Livorno...), this restaurant literally saved our day. Despite the hour and the difficulties, they welcomed us with great availability and professionalism, allowing us to salvage a birthday party that would otherwise have been completely ruined. The food was excellent, carefully prepared and of high quality, the service attentive and friendly, and the hospitality truly impeccable. A place we not only recommend, but that fully deserves a top rating. Thanks again for turning a difficult day into a pleasant one.

02/05/2026: A truly wonderful experience! We were greeted with great kindness and immediately made to feel at ease, allowing us to enjoy an excellent lunch on a holiday. The meat was simply fabulous, excellent quality and perfectly cooked. Special thanks to the waitress, very kind and always attentive, and to the manager, super friendly and courteous, who helped create a truly pleasant atmosphere. We will definitely be back very soon and highly recommend it to anyone who wants to eat well and feel welcomed with a smile.

06/05/2026: Very nice place on a rainy day. The pizzas were delicious. I had to get my own olive oil, but when you add a little olive oil to the pizza, it becomes - mama mia. The only remark - when you eat a little, they try to tell you that it's time to go, not to linger too long, which is annoying. But everything else was very good.

01/05/2026: The food was good and the wine was suggested well by staff (although I later found out that having wine with Pizza was wasn't typical for Italians!) The service was fair, the staff were reasonably attentive. They did a good job of helping us select food and drink. Atmosphere was nice! We sat outside but it wasn't tight like many of the places you can eat outside in Volterra. So you didn't feel cramped while you dine.

30/04/2026: The rating isn't for the quality of the food (very good pizzas), but for the reliability (0). Two home delivery orders placed in the last two months. In both cases, we never received the delivery. In the first case, they canceled the order after an hour's delay; in the second case (today), we canceled it ourselves after almost an hour and a half of waiting. This isn't how it's done.
