19/10/2025: We stumbled upon it by chance, obviously after reading the reviews, and we had a great experience: both with the traditional dough and the turmeric dough (which was delicious), the pizzas are thin and crispy. The owner is kind and helpful, and will bend over backwards to accommodate your needs. Highly recommended!

22/11/2025: We'd been recommended a place to eat in the square, and the terrace looked lovely, but inside it was filthy, and the waitress smelled awful of sweat! It was really unpleasant because she was in the dining area the whole time, and I know that puts you off eating! She was wearing wool gloves, which was completely unhygienic, and a fleece jacket. There were wine stains on the floor that hadn't even been cleaned up. And the bathroom… well, you can imagine… The pizza was €10, but the quality was terrible. I'm sure there are much better places to eat.
13/11/2025: Good tasty food and service. Very nice location. Plenty of room inside as the evening was getting too cold for us to sit outside.

14/10/2025: I discovered this bakery by chance near my work. It stocks a wide variety of sweet and savory items. The service was prompt. Prices aren't cheap. It's definitely worth a try if you're in the Novoli area.

There are a few tables inside, a quiet atmosphere, and friendly staff.
07/07/2025: My boyfriend is from Umbria and he says this pizza is true to the original! Maybe a little too thin for me, but still very good. There is always a good variety of choices.

12/08/2025: I recommend changing the air conditioning. With these abnormal temperatures, a place that's in the sun all day, with glass walls... small... I highly recommend it. A few more precautions. Also, it's a bit expensive. We're in Pontedera on the main street, not Viareggio!!!!

30/11/2025: This is our fourth time at Nika. A family with three small children. We booked at 6 PM. We arrived at 8 PM (the time we booked). Our table was assigned outside, under the awning (which has several holes in the corners), and the heating was on when we sat down. On November 30th, it was 3 degrees Celsius outside. It felt like being outside. We asked to move to a table inside (there were two for five people), and to seat the next customers (who hadn't arrived yet) outside, when the place warmed up a bit. The answer: a firm no. We left, having lost five customers (and connected friends) overnight. They used to be more customer-focused, but now they can obviously afford to treat them like this. Regards

I've tried many pizza places by the slice, but none matched these standards. The pizza slices were always too small or too thin, not worth the price. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!!

03/11/2025: I'm sorry for some of the negative reviews. The place probably had staffing issues. My wife and I had a great time. Good food. Fast service. Rustic, traditional atmosphere. We had tagliatelle with white sausage ragù, tagliolini with truffle, and roasted potatoes. Everything was good, not a top-notch because it felt like it was reheated, but if you want to eat right away, you have to accept the compromise.
15/10/2025: This restaurant is located in the center of Bagni di Lucca, in front of the theater. It's a lovely place, and the owner is friendly and attentive to the customer's every need. The food is good.
