Stayed three nights with my partner. The rooms are decent, the TV were mounted almost in the ceiling tho.. In the bathroom we had mold in the ceiling that the janitor “fixed” by rubbing chlorine on it. Which is a big downside. Otherwise the staff is super friendly, the breakfast is very basic and small but acceptable. depending on room you get it might be very noisy. There is a big hallway entrance that is very loud when people come and go. Busy street outside with shops and people walking. The location is amazing, ten minutes walk to the Dome. If you stay here you must try the restaurant on the corner on the same street, the place is called Il Vezzo! The Florence steak was priceless. Don’t buy your drinks at the “supermarket” next door. PAM Local 5 minutes away is a crazy cheap alternative.

The location of the hotel is very convenient. The staff is very kind! I recommend it if you want to stay for a few nights because the rooms are a bit small and uncomfortable, but still have everything you need. Furthermore, they are very clean if a little dated. The really bad flaw is the soundproofing, you can hear EVERYTHING and even well. I recommend earplugs for light sleepers. However, I find the quality-price ratio adequate.

The hotel is located near the station and the historic center of the city. The room was clean and had everything you needed and the breakfast was good and varied. But the greatest value of the hotel is its staff, very kind and ready to help if necessary! Thank you very much for everything

Small hotel 10 minutes from the station and the city center. Small rooms and bathroom, but with everything you need, good cleanliness. Quite varied breakfast with mostly croissants, muffins, donuts, biscuits, bread and jams. Very friendly and hospitable service. The only negative note is that the hotel is located inside a very old building in which there is an unpleasant smell on the stairs. Recommended if you don't have big demands, but are looking for a good compromise within walking distance of everything.

Excellent experience at the Camilla Guelfa hotel, room a little small but well arranged, excellent service and location, breakfast was excellent and very helpful staff.

We stayed one night in this B&B. Very central and convenient location for those arriving by train or car (close to many garages). Basic rooms (for those who write that there is no bidet, the bathroom is still equipped with a shower), excellent cleanliness, and equipped with a smart TV. Excellent and well stocked breakfast. What makes the difference is the extreme kindness and helpfulness of the staff, in particular in our case Alice, the delightful breakfast lady, the gentleman owner whose name unfortunately we don't remember but whom we thank anyway. The only unpleasant note was witnessing the rudeness of a group of guests who, in addition to having taken the monopoly of the seats for breakfast (as well as the jar of biscuits), who arrogantly at the reception lashed out against those who even today on Sunday working with a smile and patience. I specify that for €40 each (in our case) with breakfast included including juices, milk, toast, cold cuts, cheeses, Nutella, jam, butter, hot croissants, muffins, donuts, cake, hot drinks dispenser, very central, WiFi , you couldn't even expect gold in the rooms. For that there is the Four Season for €1000 per night. If we pass through these parts again, we will choose you again. Keep up the good work.
