13/01/2026: An evening with friends for pizza and more, a place with plenty of tables, and a friendly, attentive staff. Excellent, mouthwatering potato chips, delicious fresh fried artichokes, lobster gnocchi I thought were excellent, the blue crab gnocchi were a must-try, and the linguine with clams and bottarga. The pizza was not bad, huge, and the chocolate and orange cake with flaked almonds was also excellent. Still white wine and coffee were also included. I must say the service was prompt and the price was excellent, a good balance between quality and price. We had a great time.

17/12/2025: We had lunch with very good fish dishes, tagliolini with lobster, starter and fried food, really excellent.

23/02/2026: Located near the Montecatini Terme highway exit, this pizzeria offers a wide selection of first and second courses, including seafood. The pizza is excellent. There's plenty of parking nearby. The location is very nice, although a bit noisy. Prices are average.

31/01/2026: Terrible experience. Waiters under pressure, clearly nervous, and treated unpleasantly by their superiors in front of customers, creating an awkward and unprofessional atmosphere. Prices were decidedly excessive for a quality that didn't even begin to live up to the hype. Money wasted. Never again.

09/02/2026: A little gem in Seccheto on Elba Island, a restaurant with simple furnishings, well-spaced tables, and a tidy, clean atmosphere. The menu is classy and substantial, with a young chef whose creativity and professionalism are astonishing. The dining room staff is attentive and very knowledgeable. Excellent value for money. A wonderful discovery! Highly recommended.

27/01/2026: We used to come to Elba every September. We didn't go for five years, and here we are back in 2025. Vecchio Forno was one of our favorite restaurants on the island. You could eat fresh, local produce there. In five years, things have clearly changed. New management? New owner? In any case, there's very little fresh produce. The fish is frozen. There are no vegetables, or very few. When there are, like that tiny zucchini cake appetizer whose price is as exorbitant as its size, they're cooked and you can't recognize the look or taste of fresh produce. In short, the entire menu is designed to manage stock from the freezer as easily as possible. To top it all off, there was a plastic lid in the tiramisu. In short, an establishment to avoid. It's a shame they destroyed this place, which prided itself on serving only fresh, local products.

21/02/2026: We visited this restaurant for lunch and had a truly enjoyable experience. We opted for a meat-based menu: my wife had the tasty and well-seasoned pappardelle with wild boar, while I chose a rosemary-sautéed veal steak accompanied by sautéed chicory, all cooked to perfection. ​The restaurant's highlights: ​Impeccable service: the young man who served us was extremely kind and professional, making us feel immediately at ease. ​Value for money: We spent €42 for two, a very reasonable price considering the quality of the ingredients and the service we received. ​We will definitely be back, perhaps to try the pizza! Highly recommended.

04/12/2025: I come here specifically for the pita bread... like nothing I've ever found here. The pizza by the meter is delicious and you can make it with different flavors to your liking. It's best to book because it's always very busy. Recommended.

12/03/2026: The dough at Pizzeria Antica Porta in Florence is known for its high digestibility, achieved thanks to a long leavening process and the use of sourdough starter. They use stone-ground flours, often enriched with wheat germ, and offer special doughs, including an organic version with 5 grains, turmeric, and poppy seeds. Highly recommended!

30/08/2025: We sat in the garden which has real character. Plenty of pizzas on the menu to choose from and very tasty. Good value for money and we would definitely go back if in the area again.

26/12/2025: Christmas Lunch 2025. My wife and I enjoyed a fabulous Christmas lunch, prepared with every possible care. We felt pampered and at home. The appetizer was generous, with delicious cheeses and mozzarella. The homemade tortellini and tordelli Lucchesi were truly excellent. Generous main courses included a spectacular grilled beef fillet. We couldn't finish the main course, which consisted of suckling pig with artichokes, which the owner kindly packaged for us to take home. The service was attentive and thoughtful, and there was always wine in our glasses. To finish, sparkling wine and Beppino Occelli's panettone with a delicate mascarpone cream. We will definitely be back soon, as the owner is also a master of pizza, which she makes herself using excellent, high-quality ingredients and various select flours. Richard and Giusy from Livorno.

14/04/2026: Excellent value for money. Slightly out of the way, so very quiet and pleasant. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the service is lightning fast! I had a delicious Margherita pizza for just €6.50—it was simple yet amazing! If you're passing through and want a great meal, you can go there without hesitation.

13/04/2026: The place is small and cozy. The pizza is one of the best in Pisa, in my opinion. The dough is light and easy to digest. They have a selection of quality craft beers that's definitely worth trying!

01/02/2026: What can I say? I went there recently. The welcome was fantastic, very friendly, fast, and always on point. They make sure you don't miss anything. We ate well. We ordered the appetizer Nicola with affection, cheese, and tomato and bean bruschetta. The flavor was fresh. The cured meats were good and flavorful. The bruschetta was delicious and well-topped. The cheese was tasty, although a little fresh for my taste, but it had a good flavor. You can taste the flavor of our land, Arezzo. Then we had pizzas in various ways. The thin pastry was good, well-cooked and topped with equally good toppings. The price was fair. I recommend it. The only thing that's a little lacking, although it's clean and tidy, is the atmosphere. Otherwise, we had a great time and had lots of laughs with the owners, who were truly hospitable and kind, and the lovely waitresses.

19/04/2026: Excellent experience at this restaurant overlooking Piazza del Campo. The appetizer for two was very varied, with many different cured meats and cheeses. I recommend it. Considering the location, the prices are very fair. We'll definitely be back.

11/04/2026: The best Margherita pizza we ever had! Also, very interesting point view on the square from the angle position, especially at the tower. There are many pizzerias in Siena, but you have to try this one :)
