26/04/2026: Rather than having a star rating, it should be protected by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site. The food was excellent, the restaurant was very elegant and well-kept, the service staff were extremely efficient, and the price/portion ratio was excellent, which is not to be underestimated these days. Always recommend generous portions, I'll keep an eye on you ;-) Thank you, and keep up the good work.

30/04/2026: This place is special to us. We're neighbors, and we're lucky to have them nearby for lunch/dinner or last-minute takeout. The pizza is our absolute favorite, but all the food is delicious. Attentive and polite staff, good wines, fair prices. Thank you!!! Benedetta and Sean

28/04/2026: We went to dinner here in July, over the weekend. They made us sit down and wait a long time, both for the order and for the food. I had an octopus risotto, which was very salty. I hope it was just that one bad night, because I've had better meals there on other occasions. Three stars for encouragement.

13/05/2026: We chose this restaurant while strolling through the town center. We found the food excellent, both in quality and quantity. The cuisine is reminiscent of Lazio cuisine. It's small inside, but they also have outdoor seating. I recommend it.

10/05/2026: A small restaurant with spectacular cuisine. Definitely the best cacciucco on Elba, but reservations are required. The staff is polite and friendly, very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended!

23/03/2026: A very charming place with vintage furnishings that create a very beautiful and welcoming atmosphere. The staff is knowledgeable and professional. We stopped for breakfast and complimented the cream brioche, which was delicious and fresh. Prices are average for Florence, perhaps even less than other places. It's a place where you can also have lunch, with the in-house cuisine certainly of excellent quality. If we were to return to Florence, it would be one of the places we would gladly return to. Highly recommended

04/04/2026: I went for dinner on a Friday night; there were eight of us with reservations. We were made to wait 10 minutes past our reservation time, but that didn't bother us. Once seated, they brought us the menus fairly quickly and immediately asked us to order. From that point on, a long wait of over an hour for our pizzas began. After a 45-minute wait, the waiter came to apologize to us at the table, saying that several dining rooms were full, but honestly, that's no excuse to give customers. If you can't manage the dining room, you shouldn't have all these tables. The pizza arrived, and it was truly disappointing. The food was flavorless and poorly prepared. The calzone was practically an industrial calzone (flavorless dough, clearly industrially cooked ham, rubbery mozzarella, and a meaningless tomato on top), and the "Arabic bread" pictured on the menu was completely different from the one that actually arrived, which was neither good nor bad. The place itself is nothing special, quite rustic and noisy. On a positive note, it was clear the waiter was working hard.

30/03/2026: The pizza was really good and beautiful, it looked like a picture hanging on a wall. The dessert was excellent. The atmosphere was a bit noisy, but that was probably due to the bears, who had no respect for others. Prices were expensive for a pizza and a dessert.

07/03/2026: Dinner for 2 starters, first course wine and grappa, coffee €100 seems like a high price for the quality and quantity of the dishes

02/12/2025: I went to dinner with a group of 14 friends with a set menu that included an appetizer, two first courses, and dessert. We spent €65 each on pizza-style food and didn't even order a second course. I felt cheated; I didn't complain to the owner only because I didn't want to upset the friend who brought us. Avoid going there, be careful! To be clear, we had lunch with poor-quality prosecco; four people had an aperitif, then some had coffee, some grappa. But for a quality meal costing €30 per person max, we couldn't have doubled the price, even if we'd drunk Bellavista.

18/04/2026: The pizza was delicious. The chicken cutlet was also good. I would gladly return.

08/04/2026: The food was amazing, especially the “I Pici All’ aglione” (best pasta we’ve ever eaten!). The prices were good, approx 10-11 for the pasta we ordered. The staff was kind and welcoming. Only problem was that there was a cover charge even though no bread was served (2€ per person). But overall great experience!

24/04/2026: Anyone visiting Pistoia should definitely go to La Cantinetta. Everything is perfect: a beautifully curated food and wine list, a cozy atmosphere, and, most importantly, impeccable service. The friendliness and expertise are second to none. The same goes for the food: the risotto was perfect, the filetta di manzo outstanding, and the pizza was also very good. We ate there three times, and it was always incredibly delicious. The value for money is excellent. Many thanks to the staff who made this possible and gave us three wonderful evenings!

11/05/2026: For me, this is the best pizza in Pistoia. Neapolitan, but not like a rubbery, bloated "canotto" pizza. It's crispy, rich on top, with excellent mozzarella and tomato sauce. What more could you ask for? The atmosphere is intimate and not at all crowded. I've only been here twice, but I'll definitely be back, especially to try their other specialties.

27/04/2026: Today, a Monday like any other, I was craving a good pizza. Being someone who loves to experiment and always try new places, I decided to search for some new restaurants on Google Maps. To my discontent, I see that many pizzerias are closed on Mondays until I finally come across this pizzeria. Even though it's a bit far from my house, I like driving, especially at night, so I decide to call to see if they were actually open and how soon they could make me 3 pizzas (it was 8 pm, so I was a bit discouraged because I thought it would take an hour or more). Instead, to my surprise, in addition to having confirmation that they were open on Mondays (yay!), the wait time was only 15 minutes (yay, double!), so I order the pizzas and arrive there quite a bit after the scheduled time (oops). Despite this, the guy who served me was very nice and didn't give it any weight. Furthermore, to my surprise, the pizzas were still piping hot and gave off a delicious aroma that filled the car! I'm still checking the pizzas in the car because, unfortunately, they've often been the wrong ones or burned. More than anything, I was checking the focaccia, which I ask for at every restaurant strictly undercooked and with only salt and oil. I wanted to see if they'd been good enough to make it exactly as I'd asked for...and yes, it was exactly as I'd asked for, both in appearance and taste, and the texture was delicious! Soft, fluffy, and nice and thick, just how I like it! The other pizzas were also delicious, but unfortunately I don't have any photos because they were so good I devoured them in a second. If I really have to say it all, I took a photo of a slice of focaccia just to remember this wonderful day. I'll conclude by saying that this place is truly worth a mention, not only for the delicious pizza, but also for the brand-new location, which is very beautiful, even with the neon signs that add an extra touch, and also for the fact that they're open on Mondays! That's no small feat. Thank you for this wonderful (and delicious) unexpected experience. See you next time!
