17/11/2025: Nice and elegant place, but very cramped. It felt as if we were sitting at the same table as the people next to us; the noise was so loud we had to raise our voices. I didn't get a warm, welcoming feeling, dear guests; the attitude was quite cold. But we can overlook it because we ate very well. Why am I giving so few stars then? Even though someone had been warned that we had to leave the table after a certain time, at the exact moment I wanted to order something else, I found myself being kicked out because other people had to be seated; our time was up. On Saturday nights, I want to stay at the table, enjoy the time and the people there. It's not for me. But anyone who wants a great burger 🍔 has made the right choice.

04/11/2025: Personally, we didn't enjoy it. We ordered a seafood risotto, which arrived completely overcooked and had a rather questionable flavor. A plate of pasta with an inedible sauce and pizzas that were barely adequate.

02/10/2025: Pizza was okay and cheap. But make sure to ask about the price of the drinks before ordering. If a mid size draft beer appears with 6 € each on the bill while a half liter bottle is tagged for 3 € on the fridge, it leaves you with the impression of being fooled...

28/09/2025: We waited an hour for our food. One of us was served half an hour before the others. For €15, we got three small, dry pieces of fish. However, the organic Chianti wine was very good. The server was very pleasant. We didn't order dessert.

18/10/2025: We tried the "unlimited" option for €19.90, which allows you to choose up to four dishes per person (a limited-time offer). We ordered a few fried foods and pizza. The fried portions weren't huge, but they were still very good, especially the sweet potatoes and the nuggets. We thought the dippers were the ones with the skin on, but they actually contained regular chips. As for the pizza, the crust was quite light and crispy, more reminiscent of Roman pinsa. Overall, it was good. The staff was friendly, and the place is very unique!

27/09/2025: The pita bread and pizzas are very good, but they're expensive. There's no draft beer, and a €2.50 cover charge is too much to eat with just a placemat and paper napkin. There are better options in Pistoia.

24/09/2025: Excellent experience. Looking at the place from the outside (it was originally a bakery), you wouldn't expect all the rooms inside (and even a few outdoor tables) to be so charming. The staff was very friendly; before the pizzas, they brought us some really excellent schiacciatina slices, a particularly appreciated gesture that not everyone does. The pizzas were truly exquisite, slightly larger than the average size, and were truly delicious. They even passed the "night test," where we didn't need to drink 14 liters of water to digest them. What can I say? We'll definitely be back.

Attentive and appropriate service for each customer. Welcoming and welcoming. Reservations are recommended as seating is limited.

18/11/2025: The kindness of the waitress who served us deserves praise, but not only for the pizza and the interior space. I was hit from behind with the kitchen door at least three or four times, which isn't ideal while eating.

31/10/2025: Yesterday I was having dinner there with friends and had an embarrassing experience, to say the least. On a normal evening, during dessert I took a bite and found a piece of glass in my mouth (they tried to justify it by saying it was plastic, but to me and my fellow diners it looked like glass, but in any case the fact remains), to which they tried to justify themselves by saying these things happen, nothing more. Faced with my shock, they didn't even offer to buy me dinner (the bare minimum on such an occasion), but instead said the price of dessert had been deducted (an insufficient gesture, especially after a few poorly formulated excuses), which was also unbelievable, given that my fellow diners and I actually paid more than others at our table who had left early and paid first. Dismayed and disappointed.

09/09/2025: Ristorante Corsini is a small gem nestled in the splendid setting of Corsini Park, beneath the medieval towers overlooking Fucecchio. The location is unique: nestled between history, nature, and a romantic English garden that creates a truly special atmosphere. Reserving was quick and easy. I asked for a table inside, and the manager, with great kindness, seated us in a cozy and intimate room. The welcome was perfect: as soon as we were seated, we were served a warm schiacciata, which already gave us a hint of the quality of the dinner. We started with an appetizer of coccoli and prosciutto, delicious and served with great care. Then came the star of the evening: the Florentine steak, brought on a hot cutting board to keep it at the perfect temperature. A true poem: tender, juicy, flavorful, with that salted butter sensation that only a few chefs can achieve. The wine list is interesting and well-thought out; we chose a Chianti, perfect for pairing with the meat. To round out the dinner, we were more than satisfied with a homemade dessert prepared by the chef. The service was impeccable: attentive but never intrusive, making us feel at home yet pampered. The value for money was excellent: €60 per person for appetizers, steak, dessert, and wine is more than fair, especially considering the quality of the food and the beauty of the location. A restaurant worth discovering and one that I will definitely be returning to. Kudos to the entire staff!

09/09/2025: The croissants are excellent, but they sell out quickly! The staff is friendly and smiling. The cappuccino is good. The wine and, above all, the place is frequented by people who are always ready for a chat and a laugh. I stop by whenever I pass by. I recommend it.

14/06/2025: Posto eccezionale!! Si trova proprio dentro le mura di Giglio Castello e mi ha colpito per la professionalità e cordialità del personale, sempre attento alle esigenze dei clienti. Pizze buonissime e location suggestiva, immersa tra i vicoli! Tornerò sicuramente!
