03/11/2024: not very serious, I'll start by saying that the same thing happened the year before, but we decided to give it another chance this year. we booked a month in advance for 16 people, at 9.30pm. when we arrive we see that there were two tables free for 9.30pm but our name was not there, we had to wait until 10.15pm for our table which was occupied to be freed up, they then got two courses wrong and for one course they arrived when we had almost finished eating, to say that an ingredient was missing, without bringing an alternative. anyway never again! not even a discount...

29/12/2024: Premise...it was 9.30pm on Saturday but it seemed like it was 12.00am on Tuesday, so little was the desire to serve us and there was little leftover products. We wanted 4 5&5 with French bread and a small pizza, they immediately inform us that the French bread is finished and the pizzas available are only the large ones...ok go for the flatbreads and large pizza. The order is taken from us in bits and pieces by 3 different people: the pizza chef takes the pizza order from us, a girl asks for a drink from our companions sitting at the table (with my friend and I there in front of the counter impassed and confused) and another sales assistant takes our order and prepares the 5&5. The latter begins with the first of the 4 and succeeds in the INCREDIBLE feat of filling the Schiacciatina in reverse, i.e. with the cake on the part with the crust and the crumb of the Schiacciatina on the outside! (Maybe he was from Mars and had never eaten a flatbread in his life) Fortunately the pizza chef corrects her and from the 2nd onwards, the girl manages to fill them correctly except for forgetting the pepper which I kept reminding her to add. My friend asks to go to the bathroom, answer: clogged, not usable. There seems to be a bit too much unavailable stuff at this point. We sit down and eat our 5&5 (decent but nothing special honestly...tasteless aubergines) the minutes pass and there is no sign of our pizza, which we had seen being baked 10 minutes earlier. I therefore decide to turn and smile at the waitress, who intuits, remembers the pizza and asks the pizza chef... he immediately signals to the boy in the kitchen to prepare another one for him, giving ours for dead (charred) but then one Once he took it out of the oven he must have thought it wasn't that bad and decided to serve it to us half burnt. What can I say? The only positive aspect is the income statement... for the rest: first and certainly last time by the much renowned Seghieri.
