04/12/2025: My family and I ate here for lunch for a whole week! We wanted to try the entire menu and were more and more satisfied each time. It's hard to find such kind and helpful staff, and we never waited more than 10 minutes for our food. We'd return to Pisa just to eat here again!
02/12/2025: Regardless of everything... if you go to a restaurant you can't eat pizza... if I go with a friend who wants steak and I can't have pizza... they force you to choose one thing or another... so I gave up a forced dinner... according to me it's not okay... will there be freedom of choice? No, they force you.

13/05/2025: Pizza al Taglo Da Gottero is a simple yet inviting place, where the delicious aroma of pizza wafts from the air at lunchtime. It's not huge, but it's still very good, hot, and crispy. Prices are in line with local pizza-by-the-slice standards. Service is fast, as they have the pizzas ready at the counter and just need to be heated up.
In my opinion, it's a great place if you're in the area and want something hot and quick.

22/10/2025: Well, let me put it this way: it was the worst restaurant of our 14-day vacation. Actually, it was the only one where we didn't like it. Some of the portions were quite small, and the wine, unfortunately, wasn't particularly good either. The waiters sometimes ignored us completely, and while they agreed to a special request, they ultimately didn't follow through.

02/09/2025: Very good takeout pizza, both thin-crust and thick-crust. Arrived hot, crispy, and well-topped. The delivery guys are always friendly. Great prices: two pizzas for €17, one with ham and mushrooms, and one with buffalo mozzarella. We try to tip the guys who deserve it.
