08/01/2025: The pizza dough is excellent, unfortunately the seasoning is not as good. I had a pizza with provola, Tuscan sausage and black cabbage pesto: all the ingredients, scarce to be honest, were drowned in the tomato sauce which covered all the tastes. Slow and disorganized service.

12/12/2024: A small welcoming environment hides a fabulous pizza. The "Borgaccio" is highly recommended: the sweetness of the onion accompanies the bacon with a nice boost of spiciness given by the nduja. Highly recommended!

31/10/2024: Last year, in the same place, we ate the best pizza in Italy and drank many liters of the house red super wine... this year, a big disappointment, and we came to Voltera just for the pizza. The wine tasted very bad, almost not drinkable, and the pizza was a severe disappointment, not even close to last year's gastronomic pleasure. All in all, we don't come anymore!

13/02/2025: I spent a nice evening with friends, the place is beautiful, the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Refined menu and a wide choice of wines.

01/04/2025: The pizza varieties were great, we tried three of them, and they also had a juicy dish with peas and cuttlefish. It was incredibly delicious. Thank you. We liked it very much. I definitely recommend it.

02/11/2024: Great smooth and strong espresso that doesn’t even need sugar to taste good. Wonderful cappuccino with the most delicious tasting milk ever! Italian whole milk surpasses American milk in taste and quality. They also have gluten free hazelnut flour biscotti that is great to dip in your coffee. Makes me feel not so sad about not being able to eat all their yummy looking pastries. You can also get a caffe affogato, which is icecream in coffee. Yes, they serve icecream as well! Two of the women who regularly work here are friendly and professional. I just witnessed one on an early Saturday morning effortlessly and efficiently help a rush of customers, all by herself! Oh and dog-friendly, as is much of Italy. So different from the US!

02/11/2024: We were guests with a large group in September 2024, very hospitable and friendly staff, everything was arranged and organised. For us, a big 10 for hospitality.
