The lack of communication in languages ​​other than Italian doesn't justify the lack of commitment and assistance in choosing dishes and side dishes. 21/09/2025: The dishes were average in variety. Seafood was unavailable… the pasta with mushrooms was overcooked and the mushrooms seemed to be frozen. The meat dishes we ordered were basically good, but served without any accompaniments, and no one offered any advice on what to pair with them. And now I come to the service. The service was unsatisfactory; it seemed like a punishment, there was no assistance in choosing dishes, and basically no communication in any language other than Italian. We didn't order dessert. I don't recommend it.

15/10/2025: Excellent experience here. Food was excellent and the service was above and beyond from Aldo, Ambra, and Maicol. Had great conversation with them and made some great friends! Also did a cooking class while at the resort - was a once in a lifetime experience with Carmelo and Ambra. Absolutely recommend!

17/11/2025: Nice and elegant place, but very cramped. It felt as if we were sitting at the same table as the people next to us; the noise was so loud we had to raise our voices. I didn't get a warm, welcoming feeling, dear guests; the attitude was quite cold. But we can overlook it because we ate very well. Why am I giving so few stars then? Even though someone had been warned that we had to leave the table after a certain time, at the exact moment I wanted to order something else, I found myself being kicked out because other people had to be seated; our time was up. On Saturday nights, I want to stay at the table, enjoy the time and the people there. It's not for me. But anyone who wants a great burger 🍔 has made the right choice.

06/12/2025: Historic trattoria among the Carrara marble quarries, with a magnificent view of the quarries. Simple table settings on marble tables. Simple menu of typical local dishes. Generous portions. Simple but attentive and efficient service. Fair prices with a perfect value for money. We'll be back. We had a hard time finding it because it doesn't have a sign, but now we know where it is! Highly recommended if you're in the area!

09/11/2025: Arriving at 8:30 PM, we ordered an appetizer and two first courses. The tables next to us were being served as expected. The appetizer arrived. At 10:00 PM, having not heard anything about the first courses, I got up and went to ask about them. "Sorry, sorry, there was a mix-up," I was told. The two dishes finally arrived at 10:30 PM, quickly prepared, and it was obvious. We finished the first courses and the pizza we had requested. After 30 minutes, I got up again and asked if someone could take our order for two desserts. In the end, I got really impatient because I was scolded for getting up too many times to request non-existent service. It's Saturday and we do everything express. And this is just for my table? What does that mean? You don't go to restaurants on Saturdays and you have to ask if someone is passing by to order? It's beside the point to say we're not a 5-star restaurant. What does that mean? This is about respect. It was an evening that left me with a bitter taste in my mouth.

30/10/2025: A good family-run restaurant where you can have lunch until late (3 pm). It wasn't our first choice, but we have no regrets: pleasant service, well-prepared pasta, and delicious homemade tiramisu. It's clean and well-located (at the back of the promenade, but very close), away from the crowds. Prices are reasonable. The music was a bit loud, but perhaps that was because it wasn't very busy on that Thursday in October...

25/10/2025: Seriously inadequate in every way. I chose it with my family somewhat by chance, strolling through the inner streets of Viareggio. We ordered spaghetti allo scoglio with shellfish that hadn't been cleaned properly, and a seafood pizza that was actually a marinara with tiny octopus added—embarrassing. Given the time and the child's hunger, we didn't leave. The service was poor, and the staff lacked training (drinks were wrong and remade, the bread basket wasn't fresh and contained one slice and two crusts, the waitress chewed gum, and I'll leave it there). The atmosphere is a bit noisy (tables a little too close together), but I'll save it since it's a pizzeria. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. I've definitely found better, much better, in Viareggio.

12/09/2025: Excellent wood-fired pizza. Great variety of flavors. Low prices. For example: marinara €4.50; margherita €5.50; margherita with buffalo mozzarella €7... I haven't seen prices like this since last century. I feared a "temporal fracture," but when I got home and saw the gas prices, I reassured myself.

29/09/2025: We went to this restaurant for pizza; there were eight of us. The pizza was also good. We arrived at 8:10 PM and ordered within 10 minutes. Our pizzas were brought just a few minutes later. They barely let us finish eating before they snatched our plates from under our noses. They asked if we wanted anything else. After we hesitated, they clearly told us they needed a table. In effect, they politely sent us away after only 45 minutes. If you decide to eat out, it's also to spend time together and chat. If you have multiple seatings, you need to make this clear when booking! Which didn't happen. A negative experience.

Last time, I had dinner with friends from abroad. I took them out for pizza, confident it would be delicious, and they served us pizzas so thin, so thin, the only way to eat them was to fold them in 4. My complaints were quickly dismissed by a waiter, and 20 minutes later, a curly-haired girl arrived, even making jokes in the manner of a joke. This really pissed me off. There's no point in offering coffee, which included some half-witted jokes. I'd be tempted to give you a 1 for the problem-solving skills of the wait staff.

The option to top everything with flavored oils recommended for each type of pizza is a real treat. The staff's friendliness and "Neapolitan" attitude are truly gracious. Worth it.

03/09/2025: We came today to get some fried pizzas because we saw the €3 discount on fried pizza. I'd like to point out that the ad didn't mention the following clause: the discount is only valid if purchased by different accounts, so we had to pay full price for three pizzas (we were told we had to pay by then because the pizzas were already being cooked). This behavior was very annoying for us regular customers. I don't know if the restaurant has changed management considering the new staff, but I hope it doesn't happen again. Maybe next time I'd suggest you clarify the terms of the offer. Thanks.
