07/12/2025: Excellent pizzas! The tomato sauce is among the tastiest I've ever had; they just need to add a little more garlic to the marinara. Otherwise, the pizzaiuolo is top notch!

07/12/2025: A restaurant for locals, but in the heart of Montelupo. We ordered pappardelle al chingiale with chocolate flakes and black olives, a combination I'll definitely be adding to my recipe repertoire, and an incredible lasagna. The half-liter of table wine was also very good. The service was excellent. Everything was 10/10. The atmosphere was warm, elegant, and welcoming. I'll be back for the juicy bisteca fiorentina, which looked so tempting. I highly recommend it if you're in Montelupo or the surrounding area. The prices are very reasonable.

01/12/2025: I still don't understand why they give everyone three cones outside of Bologna. The ice cream is mediocre, not creamy, too sugary, and the quantities in the cup are clearly wrong.

15/12/2025: A rustic yet welcoming place. The service is simple, but the food is good. The pizza is also interesting, very thin and easy to digest. Worth a try for a reasonably priced dinner.

26/12/2025: I was there at Christmas and I was really sick. The pasta was raw and salty. The mussels were not cleaned. The waiters were rude. I will never go back.

26/12/2025: Christmas nightmare. Foreword: I know eating out during the holidays is never a good choice, but since we've been going to the restaurant for years, we thought we'd made the right choice. We arrived at 1:00 and sat down; the à la carte menu was limited. We ordered, dishes arrived one at a time, and the waiters were extremely disorganized, not noticing anything. Bread was missing, as were water and wine; practically every 5 minutes we had to call a waiter for something. The meat appetizer was €14, with exactly two slices of prosciutto (the menu said "cold cuts"), a mozzarella, two crostini, and jam (what's jam for if there's no cheese?). Seafood appetizers: salty clams, uncleaned mussels. Poor-quality fish. First courses: all salty and undercooked. The fried fish was a good thing. We asked for dessert, which was brought to us, and it arrived exactly 15 minutes later. When it was brought to us, they asked if we wanted sparkling wine, and we agreed. It was also brought 20 minutes later, after dessert, obviously after being pushed. In short, we got up from 1:00 AM to 5:00 PM, not because we took too long, but because the wait was exhausting. I'm disappointed because it's obvious that the waiters have changed over the years, but above all, the product is no longer the same. I don't recommend it.

04/01/2026: Personally, the best kebab I've had in Pisa, with fresh dough and freshly made rolls. I've eaten there a hundred times, and I've never had a bad experience. The staff is also incredibly friendly.

02/01/2026: A welcoming and refined atmosphere. The pizza is amazing: the dough, even the whole wheat one, is easy to digest and topped with quality mozzarella. You can tell the ingredients used are carefully selected and all excellent. FAIR PRICES!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!

02/01/2026: We dined at Pascià on New Year's Eve, sitting on the heated outdoor veranda. Unfortunately, due to the constant traffic through the often-open sliding door, the temperature was quite low, and we had to keep our jackets on during dinner. The space was also very cramped, with tables too close together, so at our table, for example, we couldn't sit across from each other. We noticed a price difference between the online and paper menus, which should be addressed. Overall, the prices are above average (tiramisu €8, 1/4 of house wine €7). The pizza was good and the dough was well-made, but considering the setting and the cost, we'll carefully consider returning in the future.

21/09/2025: If you work with the public, you also have to behave appropriately. When I called for takeout pizzas, the girl on the other end was very arrogant. I asked for a red-bottomed pizza because I can't eat mozzarella. When my husband got home, my pizza had a margherita base, so I basically didn't eat it. It was also burnt underneath. Never again.
