Regular customer for years, very good food, both pizza (I recommend the Rolex) and hamburgers and desserts, the owners are kind and welcoming

We're not there yet. I've always enjoyed my stay here, but last night was a disaster. No one greeted us upon arrival; waiters walked by without a good evening or any information. After a 15-minute wait, they asked if we had a reservation, and after another 10, they showed us a table. Unfortunately, they obviously sat us at a makeshift table, in the middle of a step, and it was quite uncomfortable. The light above the table was infested with flies; the manager tried to find a solution by turning off the light and installing a mosquito coil. We began taking our order, but suddenly (despite having asked beforehand) a table seemed to become available, and they moved us. There were three free tables next to us, which suggests they were there before, and it's absurd that the move hadn't been considered beforehand. Everything arrived, except the drinks after the prosecco we ordered. We asked for them to be brought to us. Considering that we had a reservation at 9:30 PM, we dined at 10:15 PM. No complaints about the food, it was delicious. The service was inattentive, rushed, and indifferent to the customer. So much so that, at €32 per person, we weren't even given a symbolic €2 discount, but were simply asked the usual automatic question, "Is everything okay?" This would have been a kindness that would have made up for the evening's problems, caused by having our table in a makeshift space (given the restaurant was full). Customer service is another matter entirely. In the end, everyone pays the same.

Excellent pizza, good service, friendly staff

Excellent burgers and pizza with meatballs, excellent desserts, delicious, cool and breezy place, we've been for 10 ... I'm updating the review... From 5 to 4... Pizza with meatballs has disappeared, they don't make it anymore 🥺 ... Excellent thin crust pizza... Fabulous desserts... Yogurt mouse with strawberries, amazing! 4 stars because my only pizza that I always chose is no longer available, what a shame!

The burgers and pizza are delicious, I highly recommend it! The second shift is better, though, as it's very crowded on Saturdays.

Probably the best burger place in Prato. Besides the burgers, everything else is good, from fried foods to pizzas and sandwiches, and not to mention the desserts. The only downside is parking, but you can find a spot quite close by. Highly recommended.

The place is a bit hidden and parking is difficult, but the atmosphere is well-kept and there's outdoor seating. They make excellent pinsa and really interesting sandwiches.

Very good burger, I would definitely go back.

The pizza and desserts were delicious, the service was adequate, the price was reasonable, the atmosphere a little noisy, but still recommended.
