Amazing Pizza! Had a salad and calamari as starters. Then came the star of the evening, the pizza. I had the signature pizza, with pistachio pesto, Mozzarella cheese, ham and mushrooms. Absolutely delicious. Was the first time I tried this type of Pizza. The hosts Pepe & Eliana were very nice, we were joking and talking. Very welcoming and warm atmosphere. We will visit again if we come back to Sicily :)

Delicious pizza and super friendly staff. The hemp dough is sublime. I recommend the ricotta and salted caramel pizza for dessert—it's truly delicious. We'll definitely be back.

We were invited to this pizzeria for the first time. Despite being practically fellow countrymen, I was unaware of its existence. A very quiet place with friendly staff. But what amazed me most was finding an excellent pizza. With two variations of classic and hemp dough. I wanted to try it for the first time. Despite my requests for special doughs, their dough, while very light, is crispy yet melts in the mouth. This is also thanks to the 72-hour dough leavening. In conclusion, the excellent dough combined with good ingredients made the experience very pleasant. I'll definitely repeat it soon.

Our first time at Archi. First of all, the gluten-free pizza is made by them and is delicious, the best in Floridia. The regular pizza is also delicious. Besides the cute little robot, Ylenia is very friendly, the service is excellent, and the wait isn't long. 🫶🏻😚 Chef Peppe, as well as the pizza chef, are truly excellent and very knowledgeable...
