I highly recommend it for those who want to eat well, featuring traditional Modica dishes. Affordable prices, welcoming and friendly staff. A quaint restaurant in the heart of Modica Alta, highly recommended.

28/01/2026: The place is very nice, and the owners' courtesy is always outstanding. Ten of us arrived on our motorcycles without a reservation, and their organization was impeccable. As always, I had divine couscous, and my friends enjoyed the entire meal without leaving even a crumb. We'll definitely be back in the summer to appreciate the new location even more.

09/03/2026: We had lunch yesterday with my family of 9 people. Very slow service, overcooked risotto eaten only because we were hungry, not to mention the fact that we ate separately, the first courses arrived in installments, to some half an hour earlier and to others half an hour later, my 2-year-old son asked for a penne with tomato sauce to arrive first but it arrived almost last, he asked for 4 glasses that never arrived, I end up saying that we will never return.
08/03/2026: We had lunch at this restaurant today. We arrived at 1:20 PM, and by 3:15 PM they had only served an appetizer. We were forced to leave. Two hours for an appetizer. Prices were too high. The appetizers were mediocre. Not recommended.

The pizza is truly excellent, with fresh, quality ingredients and a light, tasty dough. You can taste the attention to detail in the preparation.
A special thanks also to Aurelia, who served us with kindness, professionalism, and always with a smile, making us feel at ease right away.
The quality-price ratio was also excellent. Definitely a place to return to and one I recommend to anyone passing through Calatafimi Segesta! 👏🍕

The service was pleasant from the moment we walked in; the waiter was friendly and attentive, without being intrusive. The prices also seemed reasonable for what they offer and for the area. The place is simple but cozy, perfect for a quiet meal. Overall, a very pleasant stop if you're craving a decent, well-made pizza.

07/08/2025: After two weeks in Taormina, we discovered this hidden gem on our last day and what a wonderful surprise! The warm, welcoming atmosphere created by the kind family who runs the place made us feel right at home.
The food was exactly what we needed: comforting and full of flavor. The vegetable soup was absolutely delicious, the lamb cotoletta was tender and perfectly cooked, and the tagliatelle and swordfish rolls were just fantastic.
On top of all that, the prices were the best we found in Taormina — great quality without the tourist mark-up. I only wish we had found this place sooner! Highly recommended.

The downsides would be the lack of a chef in the morning hours, probably his schedule starts in the afternoon and the lack of some dishes on the menu.
