27/09/2025: The atmosphere is discreetly furnished in a nautical style, with indoor and outdoor tables on a nice veranda. The staff is well-trained and ready to accommodate your requests. The restrooms are clean, although not overly large. The fish caponata is truly exquisite, as are the paccheri allo scoglio, with fresh cherry tomatoes. Overall, the prices are fair for the quality of the dishes.

24/09/2025: A beautifully decorated place where everything breathes the sea. Lovely interior and fantastic food! The service was also excellent! Definitely recommended for a stop for lunch or dinner!

28/05/2026: We were hardly bothered by the train running right across the campsite. The pitches were large and neatly maintained. We even got a double pitch. The pitch is on concrete, so it is hardly possible to hammer pegs into the ground. If you want to use an awning, ask for a pitch on grass or something similar. The sanitary facilities were spotlessly clean. I just don't understand why there is no toilet seat on the toilet. It took some getting used to that toilet paper was not allowed to be thrown in the toilet. In summary, a customer-friendly, neat campsite. We found it a nice bonus that the village of Finale offers some catering establishments within walking distance.

26/05/2026: Nice parking spaces downstairs (not the ones on the concrete slab above), friendly staff and a great pizzeria right next door (definitely eat there, the wine is delicious and reasonably priced, pizzas from €7)

07/08/2026: 10/10 would recommend. Seriously, as an American, I’m so use to food that is overly processed and extremely salty. This was the complete opposite. Pizza was perfect, pasta was amazing, the bread was fantastic. The servers were outstanding and the price was so extremely practical

25/07/2026: Valentino’s in Motta, Italy was absolutely amazing. From the moment we walked in, it felt like home. The owner was such a kind gentleman, and his daughters were incredible and welcoming throughout the entire experience. Our waitress was bright, bubbly, and made the night even more enjoyable. The food was delicious and cooked to perfection. I played it safe with my order, but after seeing and tasting everything, I definitely regret not trying something more traditional and authentic to Italy. That just gives me another reason to come back. Even the house red wine was outstanding and paired perfectly with the meal. This place truly delivers amazing food, warm hospitality, and an unforgettable atmosphere. I will definitely be back… a lot.

16/08/2026: Excellent pizzeria in the historic center, very friendly staff. Quick delivery. The pizza tastes like cheese! Recommended for anyone visiting Sciacca and looking for a good pizza. A great place for families with small children.

15/08/2026: We went there rather spontaneously, as we arrived late in Sciacca and were hungry. The pizzeria was packed with Italians; every evening they lined up waiting for a free table. Large groups, small tables, you name it. They only serve pizza, in every imaginable shape and size. And it was simply delicious. You can choose from three sizes; I had the Piccola and was quite satisfied. The regular size is about the size of a plate. They also served house wine. It's incredibly inexpensive, too. It's usually difficult to get a table without a reservation, but we were there during peak season, and a lot of Italians vacation in Sciacca.

05/03/2026: The best pizza I've had in Sicily so far... 🤗 I had a little trouble finding my accommodation. The Swiss German-speaking owner was incredibly helpful. A very friendly person!! If I ever go back to Salemi, I'll definitely eat here again!!

27/01/2026: Having trekked through much of Italy, I was craving some good ol fashioned chicken after a sea of pork Happened upon this quiet joint in the small town of Salemi and they made my wish come true. The chicken wings were fantastic and cooked to perfection. The chicken burger was delicious with the perfect amount of sauce! 10/10 would recommend, a must visit!

09/05/2026: During our week-long stay in Acireale, we ate here twice. The restaurant opens early in the evening, which is a big advantage if you don't want to eat too late. The service is very attentive and friendly. But all of that would be nothing without the fantastic food. We had grilled seafood with a tomato and onion salad and pasta with pistachio pesto and Sicilian antipasti (caponatina). For dessert, we had an iced lemon with sorbet. The food arrived quickly, and the portions were very generous. There was no cover charge (as is usually the case here). Each time, we were also given a delicious sample. The delicious warm bread was also replenished every time. We highly recommend that everyone experience the first-class service and fantastic food for themselves.

20/03/2026: Excellent place, both as a restaurant/trattoria and for pizza. It has an outdoor area with several tables right in the pedestrian area. Excellent food, tasty and generous portions. The staff is very polite and helpful, the dining room is well-kept. Clean and tidy, even the bathroom, though a bit small. In the summer it fills up with tourists, so reservations are required. Average prices. Money well spent.
