Visited this restaurant and had a thoroughly enjoyable pizza , the waiting staff were friendly. Definitely worth a visit.

We had dinner at this restaurant and had a fantastic experience. We ate wonderfully: the dishes are true Sicilian tradition, rich in flavor, made with fresh, top-quality ingredients. From appetizer to dessert, it was a journey of authentic flavors that made you fall in love with this region even more. ​The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the staff was incredibly kind and attentive to every detail. If you're looking for authentic Sicilian cuisine, prepared as it should be, this is the perfect place. ​We'll definitely be back. Highly recommended!

The traditional pasta was quite good. The portion was so large that it seemed like it could be shared. However, the waiter with glasses and short hair was extremely unfriendly. I don't usually leave reviews, but I am leaving one because of this person. The other waiters were friendly.

Delicious food and friendly service. We ate here several times while in Catania. Delicious pizza, amazing seafood risotto, and huge portions – we always left full and satisfied. I highly recommend this restaurant!

We've now felt right at home at Antica Sicilia. It's become a regular stop whenever we want to enjoy excellent seafood, always fresh and prepared with great care. But it's not just the seafood that's captivating: the menu offers a wide selection of delicious dishes, sure to please every palate. The welcoming atmosphere, the quality of the ingredients, and the friendly staff make every visit a pleasant experience. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants to eat well and feel welcomed like family.

10/06/2026: The food was good (we tried the mixed cooked antipasto) and two types of pasta of the day. The only thing we didn't like was the octopus salad. The problem with the place, in my opinion, is the location, which could be improved both aesthetically and, especially, in terms of soundproofing. Having gone on a very busy day, I can understand the stress of the waiters, but having to wait 30 minutes and asking for the bill four times at the table is simply out of the question. Unfortunately, the bathroom only had one working sink, and there was a line to wash our hands.
24/05/2026: The food is good, I have to admit! The fish is fresh and delicious. It's a shame, however, that they don't offer a good alternative for those with specific allergies, gluten intolerance, or lactose intolerance. At a banquet where the daily menu is the same for everyone, you're forced to eat less than those who don't have these conditions. You stand there waiting for something you can eat while everyone else has devoured undoubtedly delicious dishes, because their answer is... this is what comes out of the kitchen and it's the same for everyone! So, my poor unfortunate soul, if you want to eat at this place, bring your own food because you won't eat it all! Not even dessert! Because they can't help you with that. Unfortunately, it was a banquet, and I couldn't help myself and choose another place more suited to my needs, but I think it's not a bad idea to try to adapt to what is increasingly common. It wasn't nice to see others eating and feeling inadequate! In the end, I got a risotto when everyone else had already finished dinner, and I was just getting started... But at least it was good!
