08/08/2025: I admit I only discovered this place this August, since I often frequent other pizzerias in Nicolosi, and I must first list a few advantages that immediately caught my attention: the place is located just outside the heart of the town's nightlife, about 400 meters before the ice rink, on a secluded side street that allows you to avoid the city traffic that is especially prevalent on summer evenings. Once we arrived, we were welcomed into a large, secure parking lot just steps from the entrance. The tables are all set out on a spacious terrace, well-spaced from each other, so you can peacefully enjoy your meal and the fresh air. The service is very attentive and precise; our orders were taken shortly after we were all seated, and the pizzas arrived quickly. The pizzas were well-topped; my "Dottoressa" had generous toppings that left me satisfied, and although the place originated from a bakery in the town of the same name, I didn't mind the bakery's typical dough, even though I'm not a fan of it. Overall, I recommend the place.

31/07/2025: Wonderful experience at Le Vele Residence&Pool! We passed amazing days with my wife and my sons! The rooms were very comfortable and quiet, the location is very nice, and the hosts are wonderful! Highly recommended!

05/08/2025: The person at the reception was not polite to us and other customers. They charge 15% service fees but quality of service is not up to the mark. They forgot to serve coke we ordered when we reminded them it appeared twice in the bill so we had to convince them that the first one though ordered was never served with other drinks. The person transacting the payment was very irritated with us at no fault of ours. He then spoke to his colleagues who were having late dinner to resolve it as he could only speak Italian. It was not a customer friendly experience. There was nothing special about the pizzas served here. The street ambience was quite good.

31/07/2025: This pizzeria and diner is always crowded. Service is quick and the staff is friendly and helpful. The pizza and arancini are both good. The fried calzones are excellent. The only drawback: you need to reserve a table for calzones and arancini, otherwise there's a high probability (if not certainty) that you won't be able to order them at your table. Recommended.

20/07/2025: It's our regular stop before heading to the beach: wonderful breaded pastries, the best in the province. The staff is always smiling and cheerful. I recently tried their breakfasts too: they're spectacular.

16/07/2025: Fried ricotta ravioli at 8:30 in the morning... Exaggerated!!!!

29/07/2025: What can I say? Fresh and good food, fair prices, and attentive service. Top-notch fried food. The tuna was good; perhaps I would have left out the onion, but it was still very good. The swordfish was excellent. The wine list was extensive and honest... Why not come back?

29/07/2025: The staff were rude, especially the owner. We had a very long wait to be served, even though we arrived before many others. The buscate sauce was very good and tasty. The busiate were overcooked. An experience not to be repeated. This place is not recommended.

02/08/2025: We love this restaurant! It is always a must when we come to Pizzo. The view is exquisite. Waitstaff are helpful and friendly. The food always offers something new! This time, in addition to the regular tagliatelle pistachio & gamberi and Cozze pepate which are amazing, we tried the polpo spiedini. Perfectly cooked, beautifully presented. Also love the wines alla spina that are local and match perfectly with the food.

28/07/2025: Amazing experience. Best pizza in whole Sicily. I suggest crema de funghi and also the one with nduja (quadri) where the crust is also filled with cheese and ham. We came here 3 times in 5 days stay in Palermo. Definetely a must visit. Note: The pizzas are quite big, if you are not fully hungry then you wont be able to finish 1 pizza on your own.

28/07/2025: Amazing pizza- the best so far in Palermo that we’ve had- loved the variety of different styles of pizza to have! Our server, Pietro, was fantastic and happy to help. Would highly recommend to anyone coming to the area!!

21/02/2025: Quiet and pleasant bar with terrace, well located, in a square with atmosphere. We ordered tea and they served us a wide range of teas to choose from and some cookies that were delicious 😜😜 Very friendly service, fast and everything clean and impeccable. I recommend 💯

31/05/2025: Very good pizza for takeaway. They taste great and are reasonably priced. Especially recommended for people who have their boat in the marina.
