We had a wonderful meal at Carlo's. All the dishes were excellent, and we highly recommend the restaurant. His mother does the cooking. We were treated like family… the price-performance ratio is good.

I visited the Carlo Magno pizzeria and restaurant in Isola delle Femmine and was truly won over. The pasta alla Norma was spectacular: al dente, flavorful sauce, light fried eggplant, and abundant salted ricotta, one of the best dishes I've eaten in Sicily. The Sicilian cannoli to finish was perfect: crispy shell, fresh ricotta cream, and not too sweet. Friendly service, a family atmosphere, and fair prices. A place where you can taste the care and attention to detail: I'd go back tomorrow without a second thought.

08/06/2026: We ate at this lovely restaurant on June 7th. The food was delicious. The prices were very reasonable. If we return to Palermo, we will definitely eat at this restaurant again.
05/06/2026: This is very special. Every dish had to be shared with assorted mmmms. Don't think, just snatch up a table.

13/01/2026: Excellent restaurant, quality ingredients, warm welcome, and friendliness. A wonderful experience.
11/11/2025: The intention was to have "something" for dinner without going far from the hotel, but that "something" turned into appetizers, a main course, and desserts... a feast! We were very pleasantly surprised: an original and perfectly cooked assortment of antipasti. The same goes for the pasta and the ricotta mille-feuille. The waitress who served us was in complete control of the dining room; very quick and efficient, always with a smile. We were very surprised that a restaurant of this quality is so hidden away.
