21/09/2025: We went into this bar for a coffee, but the service was terrible. The baristas are in a hurry, they don't fully listen to your order, they make different things than what you asked for, then they redo everything with an annoyed expression and roll their eyes. At the cashier, they overcharged us: instead of 3 coffees and 1 cappuccino, they counted 3 coffees and 2 cappuccinos. Pay more attention.

They were stingy with the quantities, and the kebab tasted like rubber, and I was sick for several days... 30/11/2025: Simply embarrassing. I was talking to someone outside when, twice, the staff interrupted me, asking me to close the door "because the air conditioning was on." Too bad there were at least ten people crammed inside and it was still unbearably hot. Perhaps the air conditioning was only working for them, because the customers certainly didn't see the benefit. The way they spoke to me was incredibly rude: brusque, unkind, and with an attitude that made you feel out of place even just breathing. I don't know what their idea of ​​customer service is, but it's certainly not what you'd expect from a place that wants to work with the public.

19/10/2025: Rude staff. I ordered a pizza with Zola cheese and prosciutto, and it arrived with mozzarella. Once cooked, the pizza chef claimed it was with Zola cheese. The bathroom door was always open, with no sign indicating "WC." After repeatedly asking for it to be closed, the owner claimed people were rude, instead of installing a spring for the automatic closing. Avoid this place.

11/10/2025: Waited 1 hour to eat 4 pizzas, we sat down at 7.35pm and the pizzas arrived at 8.35pm, a ridiculous table for 4 people, there was no room for the plates, lots of waiters going around the tables but no one helping the pizza chef who is as long as an aquaressima, rubbery dough and mozzarella, prices too high for what they offer

07/05/2025: Nice youthful place, good ice cream and coffee. Outdoor seating. Courteous staff. From the outside it isn't obvious that they sell ice cream, at least... it took me some time to understand. Thumbs down for the cost of water which costs twice as much as diesel: 1.50 half a liter for an essential good I find it a bad way to make money. Unfortunately it's not the only one in the centre, there are those who do it for 1 euro anyway

15/08/2025: I've never written reviews for any restaurant, but I feel compelled to. I ordered two pizzas a couple of months ago, €38, heavily topped, and so large that I couldn't even finish them, even folded in the box due to their size. Since we were so happy with the service months ago, and since we were new customers (I'm not mistaken, we even had a discount with a flyer handed out with the discount), we ordered three more pizzas this evening, almost €50, literally without toppings, thin as a sheet of paper, the dough half-raw, full of oil, and a burnt edge, and one of the pizzas was even missing one of the chosen ingredients. I ordered a beer, which arrived hot and undrinkable, and the Coke was ice cold; I don't see the point. I don't know if the management or the chef has changed in recent months, but this evening it felt like we'd bought the lowest-quality frozen pizzas on the market, put them in a box, and delivered them. It's a shame. Judging by the photos on the website, you'd expect excellent quality pizzas. Unfortunately, from what I've seen, not all that glitters is gold. This will be the last time we'll order from you.

12/10/2025: Disappointing Experience I had noticed this restaurant some time ago and had fond memories of it. Management had recently changed, I was told, and with it, the atmosphere. I booked through the link here that redirects to TheFork on Google, which asked me for confirmation just hours beforehand. However, when I arrived, the person at the door reacted rather arrogantly, saying that nothing had been found and that "he already told them to remove it, but they don't listen" (almost blaming me, as if it were my fault). No apology, just an annoyed tone, despite the reservation being perfectly visible on Google and no one asking me about it. Once we were seated, the waiter served cutlery and placemats brusquely, slamming everything on the table (buccheri, bread, wine) and huffing and puffing. Frankly, I felt more like a burden, as if I were a nuisance, than welcomed. The pasta e fagioli had an acidic aftertaste and wasn't to my liking; To be fair, I'll refrain from speculating on the reason, even though I have my own idea, but I preferred not to continue with the dish. No one asked why it had remained almost untouched. The other dishes, as noted in other reviews, were poor value for money. The only positive note: the two waitresses, very courteous and helpful, made things a bit easier. In short, I was attracted by the old reviews and photos of the dishes, but I think the atmosphere has changed, and the management certainly has. Personally, I don't think I'll return, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

03/10/2025: The quality has dropped quite a bit. The appetizers are still good, but the first courses are tasteless, often bland. Very limited vegetarian options. Even the wines don't seem to be that high quality. They're also expensive. It's a shame because this place seemed promising at first.

11/11/2025: Until a few months ago, I would have given zero stars: the breadsticks were soggy and tasteless, and the lady at the counter was incredibly rude. In the last few weeks, for some reason, I wanted to give it a try. I've been back two or three more times, and I must say there's been a noticeable improvement in flavor and texture (although the occasional breadstick is a bit softer, but nothing like last year). The lady who now greets customers is very courteous and kind. My rating is 3.5/5, but I'm rounding up.
