13/10/2025: Stopped by on a cloudy afternoon, central location, clean and tidy, the owner was really kind in warming the glass before pouring the drink so that it wasn't too cold, fair prices for both the drinks and the coffee, recommended.

15/07/2025: Without a shred of humanity. If you don't buy anything, they won't let you use the bathroom, even if you've already gone through the door. You can't think only of profit!

13/11/2025: Today I had a wonderful breakfast at Dolci & Dolci. I don't usually eat breakfast at a café... I hate the frozen croissants they usually serve in cafés, especially those with all those greasy, sticky creams. For me, dessert is sacred; it absolutely must be made to perfection, so I wanted to play it safe and chose what I think is the best pastry shop in Chieri and the surrounding area. In addition to a wonderful pastry that took me back to France with its crispness and flavor, I drank a wonderful cappuccino, but above all, I was amazed by the kindness of the girl at the counter and the owner, who were so grateful when I complimented them—well-deserved. It was truly a small joy more than a breakfast, and well, maybe I'm the weird one, but I'd rather spend a few more euros and enjoy something that truly satisfies me... Congratulations again ❤️

27/10/2025: Delicious cake, shame about the service. I had ordered a cake for 15 people, repeating several times that there would be 15 of us, asking several times if it would be big enough for everyone, but the girl reassured me that at least one slice per person would be enough. When I went to pick up the cake, it was tiny. They made me a cake for 10 people, taking the liberty of removing five people without asking me, without warning me that it would be so small. They even showed me that they had crossed out the 15 on the order sheet and written 10 over it, so they made up for it by making me another smaller cake. I had ordered a cake for 15 people and left there with two cakes, which wasn't what I had asked for, spending €70. As for the taste, there's nothing to complain about; the cake was excellent.

08/12/2025: I'm shocked to see the photos of the pizzas from two years ago; at least they looked that way. Nowadays, if you buy ready-made, rolled dough at a discount store and make it at home, it's definitely better! But the worst thing about this place is the service. €12 for a Margherita pizza, which is nothing like pizza, and they take your plate away while you still have your hands inside and a bite in your mouth! 24 people for a birthday party with a pretty high bill, and they charge us for the cover charge for four missing people, but they still take our table away from us, forcing us to eat crammed together, with the corner of the table on our chests... The bouncer, when we complained, replied, "Don't come again!" Don't worry, there's absolutely no danger!

08/12/2025: We went to Boccaccio 80: we had booked for 30 people, but in the end we were 24. The location is beautiful and the waiters very kind, but unfortunately the pizza was raw and some people felt ill. When it came to the bill, they charged us extra covers even though we had provided the actual number of people (nothing booked at the door) and the cashier refused to correct this extra service. Furthermore, the cutlery and glasses were stained with lipstick. We pointed it out and they changed the glass! It's a shame, because the setting is pleasant, but the food and the management of the bill were disappointing. Very high prices for discount-store quality food! Furthermore, for this birthday party they put two separate tables for us instead of making one big table! Recommended for an after-dinner drink!

23/07/2025: Not recommended. The quality has dropped significantly in the last few months. Before, the food was decent, served on glass plates and with unlimited drinks. Now, it's cold, tasteless pasta, a cake that tasted like extremely dry sponge, and paper plates. And there are no longer unlimited drinks. For €9, you can eat better elsewhere!

22/09/2025: It took them twenty minutes to bring us 2 sandwiches and 1 tramezzino. One of them was burnt and was in front of us, scraping the burnt sandwich so as not to make it obvious, we asked for a refund.

20/08/2025: The quality of the products is excellent but the Venere risotto with salmon, celery and pineapple was not good at all, the rice was mushy, undercooked, even considering the Venere type, and the combination with celery and raw salmon was not the best, I'm not fussy but this is the truth.

23/08/2025: Yesterday we had lunch at this place. I don't recommend it because the food is poor and the bill is expensive.

17/08/2025: Dinner with my husband and daughter... Good pizzas, good duck pappardelle, but the portion was small for a €15 dish. Medium beers were €7 each, no comment. The service was too slow and disorganized. Won't go back.

31/08/2025: Hi everyone, I sincerely don't recommend this place... I had a Fassona beef burger and it was beyond disappointing!!! I told the owner about it and he responded rudely. I hope they get a full recovery, because going there takes guts.

22/06/2025: I regret having to give only one star to this place, which I have always appreciated and enthusiastically recommended to friends in the past. Unfortunately, my recent experience was disappointing. I ordered a sandwich, specifying that I wanted to remove two ingredients. However, after reporting the error, the same sandwich was brought back to me, with the additional ingredients of the sandwich that was supposed to be... thrown on the plate, without even a fork to pick them up. This type of service is not acceptable. It is essential that those who work in contact with the public know how to welcome and satisfy customer requests, otherwise I would have made it at home which perhaps would have been even better. Even the beer that was served to me was not the one I remembered, being watered down, and the hamburger was inedible: overcooked and full of spices so much so that my partner and I had to leave it on the plate. It is a real shame, considering the quality of the meat used. I sincerely hope that this was just an unlucky evening and that it does not happen to other customers in the future. However, in light of this experience, I no longer feel like recommending this place. It's a shame, because the environment was very promising. I hope this review can serve as a starting point to improve the service and experience you bring to customers.
