14/08/2025: It's not difficult to change the opening hours online, and if someone turns half a cross because they see you're open and then when they arrive you're closed, it's obvious they'll leave a negative review.

The fact that there's only one person at a peak time like 8 a.m. is already a sign of poor service... if they then waste time making doodles (figs with tape) on trays of dry pastries, it leaves me astonished. Most of the time, they don't even have the foresight not to cough on their hands and then serve people. Should we ignore a frozen walnut brioche for €2? 3, and I mean, three mini pizzas for €25/kg? I don't think I'll repeat this experience...

16/10/2025: The quality of the place is questionable. The burger bun was too dry, and the patty itself was completely flavorless. At places like this, a burger is always served with at least fries, but here they're a separate item on the menu. The only thing I liked about your place was the interior! If someone asked me if I'd ever return, I'd say a resounding NO. I'm only giving two stars for the pleasant atmosphere; the food doesn't even deserve one!

20/07/2025: A family-run trattoria run by the mayor. Authentic, simple, and delicious cuisine. Excellent! The ladies in charge of the kitchen and table service are wonderful!

26/10/2025: Terrible experience, zero courtesy, zero desire to treat customers well. A smile or a kind word would have been enough, but instead it almost seemed like they were doing us a favor. We did them a favor by leaving without ordering anything there, since the guy who "welcomed" us (he did everything but greet us) probably didn't want to work that evening. I understand the confusion, but unfortunately in this line of work, even if you have a thousand problems, you have to know how to treat the customer.

16/10/2025: Very well-maintained restaurant, fast service, affordable (tip: there's a 20% discount on whole chickens on Tuesdays), and generous portions. I highly recommend both the chicken and especially the legendary, delicious potatoes. I'll definitely be back.

22/08/2025: Excellent lakefront restaurant. Accessible from both the Rose campsite and the external road. Excellent dishes with a good seasonal selection. Good wine selection. Very friendly and professional service. Donatella, the chef, besides preparing excellent dishes, is friendly and welcoming. A lovely place for both lunch and dinner. Highly recommended.

06/08/2025: The pizzas were a decent size, but the quality was very, very poor. The spaghetti portion was so small that I asked if they were serious. On top of that, they charged €13 even for the even smaller children's spaghetti. In short, nothing is right here. So, not recommended at all! There are very good alternatives not far away.

12/07/2025: How to find this club is a magic or mess - maybe they dosen't exists or exists for local people! When I was at Monday, nothing was there ... no ads, info. where it is and anything. My view is: this is random storage adopted to dancing, but if it's not reality, please comment how it works. My recommendation: please upgrade open hours info at Google Comments, this is standard in Europe, really!

15/09/2025: I was at the Santa Andrea Hospital in Vercelli, and while waiting for my partner to leave the operating room, I decided to eat. I went into Deliveroo and wrote down all the ingredients, measurements, and quantities of what I wanted in my poke. With additions and service for a small poke, I paid €22. My surprise when the poke arrived was that it contained almost nothing inside, as if I had bought the smallest portion they offered. The dish itself contained none of the extra ingredients I paid for, and it was missing, and it wasn't good at all. The rice looked like it had been made two days earlier. 20/07/2025: It's embarrassing that almost all ingredients have to be paid for with a 50 cent surcharge... truly terrible service, especially since we're talking about things that are included in other places...

30/03/2025: I've been living in Galliate for a year, and I was depressed because no pizzeria satisfied me in the slightest. Then I went to this place to get take-away pizzas to eat together with a group of elderly people with reduced mobility. I was really satisfied with the quality of the ingredients and the imagination of the pizzas. Excellent vegetables, fresh ingredients, Neapolitan pasta, well-leavened dough doesn't make you thirsty. Finally a good pizza in Galliate. EDIT: Unfortunately I have to change my review because, a year later, we returned with the whole family - 6 people -. The pizzas were all very burnt, the only one that survived was the fried pizza, which was excellent. Sin! I'll come back only when I want to eat fried food, but for wood-fired pizzas I'll look elsewhere.

31/08/2025: Excellent quality products. Very welcoming atmosphere, overlooking the beautiful lake. The specialty of the menu we tried was the fruit gelato, a dessert made of hollowed-out fruits filled with flavored gelato. Prices were decidedly high. Service was meticulously maintained. Parking and accessibility were adequate, including for those with disabilities.

13/07/2025: Excellent, high-quality fish, well-prepared. Air conditioning could be improved. Friendly staff. Well-organized and delicious dishes. The wine list is extensive in every sense.

05/11/2025: I went there a few days ago to buy dinner. The staff was really kind and polite. They were able to advise me on which promotion would best suit my needs. Santa Rita products are always a guarantee. I recommend them.
