04/01/2026: This was our first time here, but I don't think we'll be back. We bought half a kilo of pastries for €30, which means a kilo would have cost a whopping €60. The quality of the pastries was good, but average, definitely not consistent with the high price. The service and attention to detail were excellent.

20/10/2025: A slight bitter taste remained. Two days ago, we bought a package of chestnut chocolates from Cuneo. We paid 32 euros for 450 grams. That means a kilo of chocolates would cost more than 60 euros. What's gold?! We have a lot of experience with Piedmont chocolates (Lindt, Venchi, Cunesi, Limonesi, Oliva, etc.), but this has never happened before. It's all a bit sad.

12/10/2025: Evening venue in Gaglianico, in the province of Biella. Excellent for evenings spent with friends. It offers all kinds of events every evening. Welcoming and with a wide variety of menus.

13/03/2026: We went to RoadHouse in Settimo on Thursday the 12th for lunch. I ordered two tagliata, which arrived on a hot ceramic platter. Unfortunately, the tagliata were cold, and to avoid having them put the meat back on the grill to reheat them, we ate them like that. The meat was good, but it was a shame it was cold. It must also be said that the arugula on the plate was old, and two cherry tomatoes were out of proportion. Considering we paid 50 euros for two tagliata, two chips, and a bottle of water, I think the least they could do is improve the service.

12/03/2026: Unfortunately, overall, I found it worse than it was years ago... too bad. The teriyaki sauce was more like BBQ sauce, and the meat tasted very garlicky. The service was slow, not in terms of the welcome, but rather in terms of the preparation of the dishes in the kitchen.

02/03/2026: Very friendly staff The place is nice, average for Panfè places, a little more spacious than others (e.g., the one in Piazza Carlo Felice). The products are always Panfè's, a little expensive, but decent.

21/02/2026: Too slow at the counter, absurd. Coffee poor and watered down. Otherwise, it's useful for a quick grab, but nothing special!

12/03/2026: We stayed at the B&B Vineria Porrati using a Smartbox we'd received as a gift, but unfortunately, the experience was disappointing in several ways. When I called to confirm the reservation, I was initially told, with obvious annoyance, that there was no reservation. Only later did the situation become clearer. When I informed them we'd be bringing our dog, we were asked for a €20 supplement for a single night, accompanied by unpleasant comments about previous guests with pets. Let me start by saying that our dog is well-behaved and didn't cause any problems. Upon arrival, we were assigned a room in an annex, which was significantly smaller than those shown in the Smartbox photos. From what we could see, the other rooms didn't appear to be occupied, so we felt this was unfair to those using a gift box. Furthermore, the room was poorly maintained: there wasn't even soap in the bathroom, so it wasn't even possible to take a proper shower. Finally, the Smartbox package also included a small gift (a pack of cookies), but it wasn't delivered to us despite it being explicitly stated. Overall, we felt a certain lack of helpfulness and care toward guests staying through Smartbox, which is a shame because even those who use a gift deserve the same treatment as other customers.

26/08/2025: The owner was unfriendly (I didn't feel welcome). My room smelled of stale smoke, and there were holes in the towels and sheets. The breakfast was barely adequate. Poor value for money. It's a shame; the hotel has a nice atmosphere, but everything else is lacking.

05/11/2025: I recommend it, they also have good coffee and they give you a cookie, included! 🍪😋

17/09/2025: Avoid this gas station. Rude and arrogant staff: when I asked for AdBlue, I was rudely told to go to the machine. I decided to leave without refueling and went to another gas station, where I immediately found professionalism and courtesy. A terrible experience, a very negative review.

27/02/2026: Passing by. The lady was wonderful in every way. The agnolotti were fabulous.

20/01/2026: Good food, excellent service, and excellent atmosphere. The daily menu is also reasonably priced; I'd pay more, but I'd still recommend a more extensive daily menu. Kindness and courtesy round out my overall impression.
