16/06/2025: Tried for aperitif, possible to request pizza platter for 11 euros or two buffet plates with various dishes. Tried the first option with a nice variety of pizza.

09/06/2025: A good place for coffee or other drinks. The selection is large, also in terms of snacks, but I haven't tried them. There is a QR code on the tables that, after scanning, allows you to place orders by phone. The app does not include all the items available in the cafe from the menu, so if you want to order something else, you have to use traditional waiter service.

17/06/2025: Clean friendly service from Alesio. Reasonable prices and made to order pasta which wasn't on the menu. Would recommend and we will go back if ever back in Arona.

La caray combina carnes y pescados como platos principales destacando la Tagliatta di Scottona alla griglia. Calidad/precio muy correcto por lo que es recomendable en la zona

19/05/2025: I don't know what the food is like, I only stop by for a coffee if I take my car to the nearby garage. What I can say is that the Italian waitress is kind and finding smiles and education in the restaurant business is now a utopia. I'm sorry if the management is very mediocre, as written in some reviews, but the work done with love also deserves praise.

12/04/2025: very chosen place for lunch break. classic "Chinese" bar offering a super abundant lunch menu for the price of a meal voucher. be careful, as mentioned, the portions of the tris dish are enormous but the food is very seasoned and the oil seems to be that of brake fluid

02/06/2025: I'll start by saying: really good ice cream and excellent quality. Unfortunately, the service and the general experience drastically lower the rating of three stars and for three reasons. 1) I paid €8.10 for two cones, one with 3 flavors and one with 2 flavors. €4 per cone. With a price like that you would expect at least a certain type of quantity which instead left a lot to be desired (it was very little) 2) the prices, both for cones and cups, are not displayed to the public, therefore one cannot regulate one's own availability. 3) the lack of professionalism of the guy, I assume the owner of the shop, not only was he busy chatting with other acquaintances while he was serving us but he didn't even tell me how much I would have to pay I had to look at the small print on the POS. Furthermore he was very annoyed at the time of payment, probably tourists annoy him, too bad they also live off that.

16/06/2025: They knowingly served moldy parmesan. The chef had carefully inspected the cheese, which made me suspicious, since he did it standing at the counter. The food was frozen products. The service was very friendly, the waitress was very sorry, but that doesn't help when the management behaves like this. She showed him the moldy parmesan, but there was no reaction from him. Never again!!!

02/05/2025: Perhaps there was a lack of staff... they seemed improvised, after almost 40 minutes the food arrived and not the drink, friendly but not attentive staff, food without praise without infamy, minimal portions, 1 starter, second course 2 slices of loin with a spoonful of fennel... perhaps a little above average compared to everything.

20/03/2025: Professionalism is now optional! Friendly staff as always.. as a regular customer!!! I ordered some zeppole to celebrate with my family. I'll go pick them up, we eat them and what's inside? EGNOG CREAM!!!! Are we kidding?! Without having told me anything about this variant I bought them for children. Obviously no one ate them as the alcohol was evident and I had to throw them all away. Waste of money! I think you have to say if you make something different from the original recipe and not pass them off as normal zeppole. I'm not the only one who's had this happen to me, but other friends have also found the surprise. So from here it is clear that they did not inform anyone of this variant. NEVER AGAIN.
