15/11/2025: A historic trattoria since 1962, a true reference point for those who love simple, authentic cuisine. I was here recently and had a truly wonderful experience: the food is a fixed price, with generous portions and excellent quality. From Monday to Friday, the restaurant is always busy, a sign that the food is good and the price is right, while Saturdays are also a great day to bring the family. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the service is friendly and fast. My favorite dish was the polenta with cod: flavorful, made the old-fashioned way, and truly delicious. A trattoria worth a visit. Highly recommended!

25/10/2025: A very nice restaurant in the center of Novara. Excellent food, with attention to detail and high quality. Lovely people, friendly staff, and courteous service. Highly recommended are the caramelized pumpkin with shrimp, the veal with tuna sauce, the octopus, and the prawns. Prices are reasonable considering the excellent value. The restaurant got very noisy when a table of fifteen arrived, and since the restaurant is quite small, it was difficult to communicate. For two, we spent €115, including a bottle of wine. Recommended for a romantic and chic dinner for two.

Each dish, despite its apparent simplicity, reveals meticulous attention to detail: clean flavors, impeccable techniques, and a balanced flavor that highlights the quality of the ingredients without unnecessary artifice. You can sense the hand of those who know their craft well and cook with respect and expertise. Service is another strong point. The staff stands out for their courtesy, attentiveness, and a natural empathy that makes you feel immediately at ease. Never intrusive, always there when needed, capable of transforming a meal into a pleasant and harmonious experience. Even our little furry friend, Ashley, was welcomed with warmth and attention. In a world where special effects are often sought, this restaurant wins you over with its authenticity: honest dishes, expertly executed, and a warm welcome. A recommended stop for those who appreciate simplicity done well.

16/11/2025: The place is very welcoming, decorated in a style that is both rustic and contemporary, very original, clean, and well-maintained. The owner's welcome is very pleasant, with a smile, courtesy, and friendliness. The small menu features fresh, regional dishes, with the chef's work of very high quality—a real treat from start to finish. The price-quality ratio is good; perhaps (but I'm a real foodie) I would have greatly appreciated 10-15% more on the plate. It was adequate, but just barely. The only real drawback, in my opinion, was the young waitress. Polite and professional, certainly, but distant, exuding no warmth or friendliness. At one point, she even sat at the very top of the steps overlooking the dining room, feet firmly planted on the ground and arms crossed in front of her (a defensive posture), remaining motionless for at least five minutes, boredly observing the room like a soldier. I strongly sensed her displeasure at being there with us, the customers. What a shame. Nevertheless, aside from this minor setback, I recommend this restaurant to anyone passing through Arona; it's well worth it!

03/11/2025: Only twice a customer. The first time, we were a group of 11, and none of us were satisfied (plus, I found hair in my sandwich). The second time (I didn't find the hair anymore), but the quality was still poor. ...but they charge very, very well. The staff at the counter were very friendly.

14/10/2025: I often stop here with my friends (when the Polytechnic allows it, unfortunately) and we've always found the staff welcoming. It's a great place to stop if you're looking for a quick lunch (they offer set menus and sandwiches) or even for graduation parties!

The staff is friendly and always available, making you feel right at home. The pizzas are exceptional: light dough, fresh ingredients, and tasty combinations. 30/11/2025: The kebab roll menu costs €9, but the quality of the roll is terrible, with a very thin, unhealthy dough. The toppings are very unusual (not in a good way). The only "positive" note is the fries, which aren't bad, but they're served cold with low-quality sauces. The service is the worst: the order was taken in a chaotic manner, which inevitably led to a series of errors in both the quantity and the changes to the rolls. Finally, we had to wait 30 minutes to try this "delight." Absolutely NOT RECOMMENDED. Another very serious issue was the failure to issue a receipt, not just for me but for all my companions. This place is definitely one to avoid.

03/08/2025: Very nice place, but the aperitif was €18 and they only brought us peanuts and chips. There were two of us, so it was €9 per person.
