I had dinner last night, and the food and service were top-notch, not to mention the bill, which I'd say was more than fair considering we're just outside Turin and there are much more expensive places with significantly lower quality. We ordered: Bra sausage appetizer (not the original recipe, 100% beef), focaccia, and caramelized onions, unforgettable, wonderful. The two first courses were missing something: - tajarin pasta with 24 Piedmont egg yolks and truffle butter, raw Bra sausage (top quality) and hazelnuts, despite the quality of the pasta, were dry as could be. - linguine with artichokes, where the artichokes themselves were bland and completely missing. The salt for the first courses deserves some credit, as it was slightly lacking. - a decent bottle of Prosecco. Two coffees. Worth mentioning is the glass bottle of water included with the menu. Bill €59.
