22/06/2025: To be avoided, booked a table for six people in the outdoor area well in advance but, once we arrived we discovered that the table was not there, the lady who had taken the reservation told us: the table was taken by other people who sat down without asking. Even though there were tables outside, free and without reservation, she refused to set the table so we left.

06/06/2025: Terrible experience, waitress with glasses, low ponytail and absolutely rude bangs, the waiters forced us to take an extra large bottle because for them one was too little, there were 9 of us, we knew what we wanted and we found their manners very inappropriate. Too much waiting for the dishes Highly not recommended, difficult to communicate with people at the same table.

15/05/2025: Really disgusting fish. I've had stomach pains for a week from eating their sushi. I'll never set foot there again. The owner is really rude. Don't go there.

16/06/2025: I WENT A FEW WEEKS AGO AND I HONESTLY HAVE TO SAY, EXCELLENT PLACE, REALLY GOOD PIZZA, EXCELLENT PRICES AND VERY KIND STAFF, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. I WILL BE BACK SOON

19/05/2025: I went a while ago with my boyfriend and we left almost all the pizza. Mine simply tasted bad. My partner's, sausage and broccoli, had boiled spinach on top, instead of broccoli. I've seen other reviews from a month ago that say the exact same thing but we went there a year ago and will never go back. It's obviously just a habit. The staff was very friendly with us but we didn't appreciate the pizzas. The ingredients tasted bad and weren't the ones listed on the menu. We didn't complain just so as not to ruin our evening but the very little money we spent still seemed wasted. With a little attention they could easily make at least a decent product

08/07/2025: Dinner with friends, the staff rushes us to sit down (7:03 PM) and is not very sociable, never mind. Tüpin for typical gnocchi, portion that seemed very small to me, other dishes served on 60s canteen style plates, divided into 3 compartments. Good polenta, veal and wild boar just passable (too salty), and digesting them was difficult! The apricot dessert was good, the ice cream that accompanied it was not. The bill was not a gift. We won't be returning.

25/05/2025: Finally a restaurant in the area that really does Chinese cuisine, excellent food, fair prices. All the dishes have their own different flavors and all are excellent, a delight for the palate!

13/05/2025: 2 weeks after our dinner at this restaurant, I am still salivating over their food! The spices they used at every dish lingers through your taste buds. Everything we ordered during our stay, both dine in at the restaurant and porta via were fantastic. Their mapo tofu is a must try! We’ll definitely come back.

25/05/2025: Clean and welcoming place. Traditional Piedmontese dishes, prepared with top quality ingredients and cooked as they once were. Homemade ravioli del plin, which are truly delicious even if enjoyed without condiments. Also business lunches. Normal prices. Recommended

02/03/2025: Piccolo ristorante a carattere famigliare, consigliato da amici, ci siamo trovati subito a nostro agio, cordialissima la signora che ci ha accolti nonostante non avessimo prenotato, gentilissimo e premuroso l'addetto ai tavoli. Abbiamo pranzato con una bella selezione di antipasti della casa buonissimi, i plin al burro e salvia e al ragù erano favolosi! La cucina è casalinga. Ottimo vino della zona. Prezzo abbordabilissimo, Un grazie di cuore.

23/07/2025: Our visit was overall disappointing. I had the Caprese salad for €9.50. I expected a simple but fresh salad. What I got was a single tomato, half a ball of mozzarella, no seasoning at all, and one basil leaf on top. No oil, no salt, no herbs. It was unfortunately not even remotely worth the price. The only reason I chose this salad at all was the extremely limited selection of vegetarian dishes. For vegans, it’s not even worth looking at the menu. My boyfriend had the Penne al Salmone. The portion was tiny, but it was served on a huge plate, which made the whole thing look even more absurd. He was still hungry after eating. If you’re really hungry, you won’t get full here. The first server was friendly, which was fine. Later on, however, we had to deal with an older waitress. Communication in English was a bit difficult, which is completely understandable. What is absolutely unacceptable, though, is unfriendly behavior and a clearly annoyed hand gesture when we explained that we only speak English. That was disrespectful. The only nice thing was the view of Lake Maggiore. But that alone is not enough for a good restaurant experience. The price-performance ratio is off, and the atmosphere was disappointing. We wouldn’t return and wouldn’t recommend it.

22/07/2025: The price/performance ratio is good. The pizza is delicious and tasty. The service is also good. The view over Lake Maggiore is perfect.

16/05/2025: Great bar/café for a break with friends. The cocktails are very good, very wide selection, and platters of homemade petits fours are offered. I recommend it.

14/05/2025: Nice atmosphere but too noisy. Service a bit slow for an aperitif. Drink full of ice. Appetizers nothing special.. Focaccia, cold pasta, omelette and salad. A bit expensive

05/07/2025: Historic pizzeria in Borgo San Paolo, we are in the 80s even today, a place that should be deeply renovated, the farinata is not bad, you have to like the pizza, thin, biscuity, honestly I don't mind it, the prices are below average.

25/04/2025: Mezz’ora per prendere un’ordinazione, 45 minuti per portarmi l’antipasto, per poi sbagliare. E portarmi prima il primo (dolce) e poi l’antipasto. Aspettato e chiamato il cameriere per farmi dare l’acqua e pane e grissini. Organizzazione pessima. Non si abbandona mai il cliente.

22/04/2025: Non é la prima volta che ci fermiamo a mangiare in questo ristorante, e confermo la qualitá del cibo e le porzioni adeguate. Purtroppo, in quest’ultima visita con amici, c’è stato uno spiacevole disguido nell’arrivo delle portate. Per uno degli amici, la sua prima portata é arrivata quando tutti noi altri avevamo giá ricevuto e consumato le due portate ordinate, mentre la sua seconda, un piatto di tagliatelle, non é proprio arrivato, spiegandoci che ormai avevano giá buttato via l’acqua della pasta. Devo dire che alla cassa si sono scusati e ci hanno fatto uno sconto di circa 9%, tuttavia in sala mi sarei aspettato una maggiore attenzione ed impegno per risolvere l’inconveniente.
