24/07/2025: My kids and I happened to stop by this bar for some ice cream. We're not from the area. The guy at the counter greeted us with an incredible smile and even said good afternoon. We felt welcomed, and you could tell he loves his job and interacting with the public. Thanks, the snack tasted better.

Destaque para granita all’acqua tonica, lime e caviale beluga, que, no meu entendimento, já mereceria outra estrela!

20/06/2025: Excellent lounge Bar with great service and ambiance. Great for an Aperitivo before Del Cambio or wherever. Drinks here are creative and delicious, my Whiskey Che Passione was great.

12/09/2025: I came for an aperitif-snack for my graduation. From what we'd agreed, they seemed very helpful, and the location was certainly beautiful. Unfortunately, however, the service was nonexistent: the waiters ignored us for half an hour, I called the waiter twice for drink lists, and I received ONE list for 30 people. We still had a long wait before receiving our drinks. Even though I'd ordered the sweet and savory aperitif option, the portions were very small, certainly not proportionate to the price we paid per person. So, pros: location, good food. Cons, which unfortunately had a significant impact: very slow service, very small portions.

04/08/2025: Restaurant with a charming little room. Good food with excellent antipasti. Michettin salati with fried pizza dough served hot: a delight with typical ham and mozzarella. A very good piece of grilled beef on a cast iron plate and a very healthy and hearty Greek salad. Dessert with nougat parfait and iced coffee. A very good Sunday experience!

25/07/2025: Welcoming place and excellent meat! The Strambino Bistro is a pleasant discovery for those who love well-made burgers as well as grilled meat. In addition to the tasty sandwiches, I tried the mutton arrosticini: tender, flavorful, and well-cooked. You can tell they use local, quality ingredients. The place is clean and tidy, and the staff is friendly. A lovely local restaurant where you can eat truly well. I give it 4 stars, but I'll gladly return: the fifth is close!

19/08/2025: A place frequented mostly by local workers due to its daily fixed-price menu for €12. The dishes are simple, but the portions are more than generous and tasty. I've been there several times as a worker myself and have always had a good experience. The staff is friendly and the service is fast. A must-visit for lunch in Arquata Scrivia.

28/07/2025: Unfortunately, one of the worst experiences I've ever had, especially given the owner's attitude. My wife ordered a piadina with shredded horse meat and zucchini: the dish was presented in a very sad way, with two lettuce leaves, three pieces of bread, and a slice of piadina that was practically empty and not proportionate to the price. We even found a hair in one of the two hamburger buns. We pointed it out to the waiter, who, impassive, simply disappeared into the restaurant without any reaction or apology. When it came time to get the bill, we mentioned the incident to the owner, who—with a truly disconcerting attitude—replied: "What does this have to do with us? It's the butcher's fault." It's a shame that the sandwich was served by them and that responsibility towards the customer can't simply be passed on to others. A real shame. We definitely won't be returning, nor will we recommend it.

12/07/2025: We ordered the horse meat piadina from the menu, asking for just one to share, but the waiter immediately told us it was a small portion and suggested we each order one. Trusting him, we ordered two. When they arrived, we were speechless: it was only a quarter of a piadina, really very little, completely out of proportion to the price. Before writing this review, I pointed out to the waiter that the wording on the menu could be misleading, as it's not a real piadina, but just a small slice. The response? "That's how we get them from the butcher." I understand, but at this point it needs to be clearly stated on the menu, otherwise we risk disappointing customers.
