16/06/2025: In 2025 you can't run out of mint for the mojito. Very rude waitress. An hour passed before we were taken into consideration. They came to take our order only after the third prompt. There was no mayonnaise for the fries either.

14/05/2025: Tried for dinner, excellent value for money for an informal and welcoming environment. Ordering at the table via easy app and guarantees speed of service, without taking anything away from the family welcome of the host and staff. Nice the possibility of composing your own crepe as you like.

15/07/2025: We were pleasantly surprised by the service and the room overlooking the lake and the islands. This hotel is run by the fifth generation of the family, and it shows; we were warmly welcomed, with half-board options featuring typical Italian cuisine and a wide selection at breakfast. The hotel is located near Baveno, well-located for exploring the lake.

30/06/2025: Family-run hotel that is worth a visit for what it offers. A warm welcome from the manager and the excellent staff. The room is equipped with many comfort details, projecting the 4-star level (nothing is missing). The location directly on the lake with an equipped relaxation area is fantastic. Large and varied breakfast (sweet and savory). I would also like to compliment the chef for how she cooked the scrambled eggs! Large private parking. The provision of bicycles for guests allows you to easily reach Stresa and Baveno (closest towns), if not further. For the professionalism, courtesy and friendliness shown by the management and service staff I could and should only say Thank you. High Rating

29/07/2025: We simply used the bar, but aside from the underlying annoyance, I was struck by the lack of hygiene. Ice was scooped into glasses with the help of hands, after clearing a table of dirty dishes, and two people were charged, touching money... flies everywhere, excessive prices, receipts not even mentioned.

13/03/2025: Quiet restaurant, with a menu of few but essential dishes to enjoy a very tasty and pleasant dinner for 2 or with friends. Given the few seats, it is advisable to book. The cost is proportionate to the quality and therefore excellent. From a dinner at the beginning of the week, February 25th. Compliments to the Chef. Until we meet again

15/07/2025: The pizzas looked wonderful, and I'll be back to try them. The linguine in crosta disappointed me. The pasta was overcooked and the toppings so-so. The shellfish were good and well-cleaned. The fish was missing. The place was nice and welcoming. Good service.

26/05/2025: I have ordered the cake here on a couple of occasions and overall the quality is good: soft dough, pleasant fillings and even the pastries are fresh. However, there are aspects that can be improved. The decorations, such as the wafer roses, seem to be those easily found in the supermarket: from a pastry shop I expect more artisanal and refined details. The staff is not always friendly either: the approach is sometimes cold or hasty, which does not make the experience particularly pleasant. Furthermore, the possibility of paying with the POS is not offered, something that is expected from any commercial establishment today. Overall decent, but could be improved both in the presentation and in the service.
