La Bottega Dal 1983 In Alessandria

Quando ho voglia di pizza, non ci penso due volte e la scelta ricade sempre sulla Bottega. Qui la farinata è un must . Come fai a non prenderne almeno 3 fette a testa ???? È buonissima . La pizza è super. Io prendo sempre quella al tegamino ma anche quelle alla griglia sono eccellenti. Gli ingredienti sono sempre freschi e di qualità e oggigiorno non è scontato . Ad Alessandria ho provato altre pizze ma poi sono sempre regolarmente stata male, sicuramente per la lievitazione fatta male o le pizze crude. È una pizzeria prevalentemente da asporto ma ha una saletta dove gustare la pizza in loco, e in estate mettono il dehor. Aggiungo che se è lì da 40 anno senza cambiare gestione…. Un motivo ci sarà ….!!!!

I passed by chance with my wife. It didn't impress me at all. Then the prices all seemed a little strangely high for the product we were eating, then I realized that instead of charging you a cover charge, if you eat them at the table it costs you more. The room where you eat is a hole.

Io una pizza cosi croccante anche quando si raffredda non l'ho mai mangiata buonissima ...pizzeria super consigliata
