01/05/2025: This cafe restaurant serves simple but very tasty Chinese food. Everything's is freshly prepared, skillfully cooked and tasty. Excellent value for money. Many people do just a takeaway, but the others are so friendly that it's a waste not too have a seat and enjoy.

06/07/2025: Horseback riding: an experience with room for improvement. We recently visited the agriturismo for a horseback riding experience. Unfortunately, despite having a confirmed reservation, something was forgotten and we had to wait about an hour before starting the activity. While waiting, we noticed a certain mess and less than optimal cleanliness in the areas surrounding the agriturismo. This is a shame, because you can feel the presence of objects and details that could be very nice if better cared for. The restaurant, on the other hand, seemed to be very busy, suggesting that the cuisine is of a good standard. As for the horseback riding, the experience was overall pleasant and the route very beautiful. However, we were a little perplexed by the fact that we were not provided with helmets, with the explanation of "heat". Although we understand the intent, the feeling that they were not perfectly clean reinforced our preference not to wear them. Special praise goes to the guy who accompanied us: he was extremely kind and full of energy, running alongside us for the entire duration of the journey, demonstrating true strength. The only small criticism concerns the post-ride aperitif: perhaps it would have been preferable if it was served by someone who was not recovering from such intense physical effort, and therefore sweaty. Also, the food was poor, 3 pizzas for 12 people. In summary, the place has great potential and the horseback ride was truly enjoyable. We strongly recommend paying more attention to order and cleanliness to make the overall experience even more excellent.

03/07/2025: Wonderful experience immersed in a small village in the lower Stura valley. We found this place through a book that tells the story of small Piedmontese mountain families. Driven by curiosity and the desire to try horseback riding, we were pleasantly surprised by the beauty of the place and the kindness of Aurora, the head of the family, and Davide, the son and responsible for the horses. The latter has a lot of passion and love for these beautiful animals and made us feel at ease from the beginning to the end of the walk, which lasted about 2 hours. Aperitif and dinner were truly appreciated and delicious, all strictly homemade and cooked with love Tidy and very nice bedroom, with the presence of a small balcony and internal mezzanine. Optimal cleaning We will definitely return but above all we recommend anyone who loves the mountains and their authenticity to come and try this experience

19/04/2025: We stayed at Piòla d'l Punt Masin, and we tell you only one thing: book. Because the Sinoira snack at Emiliano's is not just food — it's a journey through time. A real tavern, full of objects that tell stories, home scents and authentic flavours. It's a bit of a village tavern, a bit of a historic bar-trattoria, a bit of a museum of real life. We ate very well: cheeses, cured meats, homemade goodness and zero kilometer products. All genuine, prepared with love, in an atmosphere that seems to have come from another era. This place doesn't want to know about living in 2025. It's stuck between the 70s and 90s — and thank goodness. A space-time capsule where time stops and chatter flows. In the meantime, local faces pass by, with authentic stories, plots and ways of doing things. But be careful: Emiliano cooks in his own way, without menus or frills - like in the past. Whoever understands this takes home a rare experience.

09/08/2025: Salads are tasteless, the choice is small, vegetables are chopped roughly, the serving is unappetizing, there were hard remains of cabbage on the plate. Pizza was disappointing - tasted like frozen, in Germany the Turkish pizza is tastier. Service is sluggish, without much desire. I do not recommend.

09/06/2025: J’étais déjà venue au Pastificio Defilippis et j’en avais gardé un excellent souvenir. Cette fois encore, l’expérience a été très agréable : les serveurs sont vraiment gentils et ont réussi à nous trouver une table alors qu’on n’avait pas réservé. Le cadre est charmant, bien décoré, on s’y sent bien. La cuisine est toujours aussi bonne. La première fois, j’avais mangé des pâtes à l’arrabbiata que j’avais adorées, et j’étais venue exprès pour les reprendre — mais ici la carte change souvent, donc il faut savoir qu’on ne retrouve pas forcément les plats d’une fois sur l’autre. Ce n’est pas un restaurant de « classiques » comme la carbonara, le pesto ou le ragù : ici, on trouve plutôt des recettes originales comme des pâtes aux courgettes ou aux fruits de mer. C’est une cuisine qui sort de l’ordinaire, raffinée, bien travaillée. En revanche, les prix sont un peu élevés (comptez facilement 17-18 € le plat), et les portions sont assez petites — on a encore un peu faim en sortant. Donc le rapport qualité-prix peut paraître un peu juste. Mais les desserts sont très bons aussi, et l’ensemble reste une belle adresse si vous cherchez un resto de pâtes un peu différent à Turin.

22/06/2025: What a fantastic place and team the food is amazing all made with fresh local ingredients, we visited OX Burger on a Sunday for a fabulous burger lunch we had pleasure of meeting the owners of the restaurant Ppoala & Chris plus beautiful family . The place was quite busy with people of all ages. with a nice feel to it with great tunes but not too loud it's well worth a visit if you are in the area. 🍻 Cheers

14/07/2025: We stopped for breakfast before a hike. A bit cold, typical of mountain places, but still friendly. Good croissants; I love cafés that understand that satisfying everyone's tastes is impossible, so they offer empty croissants (regular or whole wheat) that they fill on the spot with whatever you want. Good coffee and cappuccino. Immaculate bathroom; we were probably the first ones in, but you can tell it's very well-kept and cleaned frequently.

18/07/2025: Characterful atmosphere, professional and extremely friendly staff; we enjoyed a family lunch with excellent Sicilian dishes, such as macaroni with pistachio pesto, delicious arancini with vegetables and provola cheese, and extraordinary desserts, like the classic cannoli. I highly recommend it!
