27/07/2025: A good restaurant, especially a pizzeria. Nice. Welcoming and clean. The pizza is good, as are the appetizers, first courses, and second courses. Well-organized, they also have karaoke and commercial music. The staff is knowledgeable and qualified. The only flaw is that the tables and seating are narrow; to fill the room, they squeeze the seats and you feel too crowded. If you're in the area, go and taste their products.

29/06/2025: We have dinner here every now and then. The pizza is very good, the pizza chef is nice. If I have to find a fault, sometimes they are slow in the service, but I still feel like recommending it.

23/06/2025: Terrible experience. It's a shame because the father, who entertained us (inappropriately) at a barbecue in the Pratomagno area (between Arezzo and Florence) during a summer weekend, had spoken highly of it. All that will remain is the terrible memory of a disappointing day of chatter.

26/07/2025: I came for the yellow night on Santo Stefano and for dinner we always choose this place. Very friendly staff. Whole wheat pizza is delicious and digestible. Thanks and many compliments to the girls and pizza chefs who always provide excellent service. Highly recommended.

02/06/2025: My husband and I stayed these two days, they made us feel like family, they were all super kind, warm, helpful. The cleanliness, the rooms, the food, the service, the view are excellent, nothing to complain about. If you want to spend some relaxing days I recommend you go there you will not regret it. We thank everyone who works in the hotel for having made us spend two wonderful days.

04/08/2025: I'm sorry, but the food was terrible. We mentioned that the tuna and salmon tartare smelled bad, but they obviously pretended not to understand. They don't joke about raw fish. The staff was rushed, non-Italian, and definitely underpaid, given the way the service was performed.

22/06/2025: I was very disappointed by the crocche' sold as fresh, that is, made on the spot, instead it arrived reheated. In the Neapolitan tradition, reheated crocche' does not exist, so I cannot go beyond 3 stars. The crocche is fried on the spot, also because it does not take more than 3/4 minutes to cook it. As for the cuzzetiello, good but nothing special, maybe it could please those who try it for the first time. It did not excite me. A little poor in content.

28/06/2025: Super expensive! It's 8€ per aperol spritz and they give you broken up stale bread with it. I suggest going a block down towards the Dora River and paying half of that at the bar. The atmosphere inside the place is kinda nice....too bad I paid almost 20€ for 2 spritz....never again.
