11/08/2025: A pleasant surprise found thanks to Google, where my dad and I stopped for a sandwich and beer! Besides the classic "mountain" sandwiches (about €8), they also have more sophisticated options (I had the multigrain one with salmon, ricotta, sun-dried tomatoes, and salsa verde—delicious). The coffee was piping hot, just the way I like it. The girl and owners were incredibly kind. I'll be back with my colleagues!

28/06/2025: What can I say!!! For two days in Turin, two dinners and a lunch!!! Excellent service, impeccable but not intrusive, dynamic and young. Good in the dining room and towards deliveroo. I tried bruschettone, pizza and chicken burger. My companion cacio e pepe, pasta alla norma and cheeseburger. All well cooked and in excellent portions. Congratulations, keep it up. Prices in line pasta €13, low and crispy pinsa-type pizza (I like it) €9.59 coffee €2 cover charge €2 bruschettone €8.50 hamburger with really crispy, well-cooked matchstick fries €15. We didn't try the desserts, since Turin has excellent pastry shops, the sugars were already over the range.

27/07/2025: Excellent value for money in this friendly restaurant, ideally located at the foot of the Sacra. Piedmontese cuisine is featured prominently, including a delicious roast veal. The desserts are homemade: special mention goes to the apple tart and bunet, a Piedmontese specialty that I highly recommend!

07/08/2025: The food was good, though not as plentiful as I'd been told. The desserts were good. The place is average but welcoming. A few flaws will make me unlikely to return: they don't allow pets, even on the outdoor terrace, and it's one of the few places I've found so impeccable, despite the fact that European regulations do not prohibit such a ban. They also don't offer Satispay, even though it's not mandatory.

03/08/2025: Christian and his stuff are very professional and very nice people. All food was delicious but my favorite today was the "Tagliata di tonno in crosta di sesamo" absolutely PERFECT! A+ highly recommended

23/05/2025: Lunch break today in Rho in the province of Milan, trattoria pizzeria il faro. The place is not very big but it is very clean and tidy with tablecloths on the tables, we took the fixed menu for 10 euros including risotto with shrimp and lemon and as a second course the octopus carpaccio with rocket and parmesan all very good and as a side dish tomato salad with onions. The staff very attentive and thoughtful, paid parking on the street.

08/07/2025: Good conversation. Well-made pizzas; unfortunately, I don't really like pizzas with a crispy crust (I prefer a soft, Neapolitan crust, but I see it's often used that way these days), and here it's quite thin and dry. Good pizza dough. Clean, unpretentious place.

26/06/2025: When you arrive in front of the restaurant, there is already a lovely atmosphere with a terrace and its fairy lights. We ate in the veranda, which was very pleasant because it was airy. The service was impeccable and the waiter went to great lengths to translate the different menu options for us, all of which were very tempting. We finally opted for a delicious starter and two equally good pizzas. There was a great atmosphere in this restaurant, we could hear singing in the kitchen and the service was always attentive and very kind. This is an address that we will keep in our notebook because it is with great pleasure that we will return there on a future visit to Omegna. Thank you for this pleasant evening spent with you

27/03/2025: Sono stato oggi 27 marzo 2025 a pranzo con un gruppo di 45 persone. Avevo sempre sentito elogiare questo ristorante come un posto dove si mangia molto bene. Oggi invece è stata una grande delusione. Questo il menu : Un tortino per antipasto ( difficile da digerire), un risotto, una fettina di arrosto con due pezzi di patate ed un cucchiaio di spinaci. Dolce finalmente buono. Vino solo rosso, acqua e caffè. Il tutto a 35 euro a persona ! Devo invece elogiare la simpatia e velocità della cameriera .

This (referring to the dish on my plate) is a reinterpretation of panzanella." So, this was the extraordinary display of ingenuity from an employee of this historic Turin restaurant, responding to my complaints about being served a dish that could be described as anything but panzanella. Now, I say: do you want to offer a revisited panzanella? Just write it on the menu! What's the point? Instead, write "panzanella," and then it's only natural that I expect a panzanella, not a questionable jumble of random ingredients that have little or nothing to do with panzanella. As a reminder, for those who don't know what we're talking about: panzanella is a typical Tuscan dish. It's made with stale Tuscan bread soaked in water, red onions, cucumbers, plum tomatoes, oil, vinegar, basil, salt, and pepper. At Cantine Risso, however, I was served a plate with pieces of fresh toasted bread, Pachino cherry tomatoes, celery, white onion, and Taggiasca olives! Following the refined reasoning the host proposed, could I then order a plate of Pasta alla Norma in Trento and be served fusilli with speck? I repeat, to avoid any misunderstanding: you are completely free to make pasta with potatoes and mussels with pumpkin and salmon trout, but the customer MUST know what they're ordering. I'll conclude by saying that after this surreal explanation, the host offered to change the dish, and I accepted. Otherwise, the location is beautiful and evocative, the table service is quick and courteous, the wine list is extensive, and the price is a bit above average for similarly priced establishments. I'll gladly return to see for myself whether mistakes teach us lessons, or whether they'll diabolically persist in offering their revisited Panzanella (write it on the menu!!!)

30/07/2025: My girlfriend and I came a day before our dinner unfortunately they were about to close, but a young gentleman @Jacopo took my name without put it in theirs system for a reservation next day at 8 pm, and he did remember so we did got our reservation next day, and it was a 🔥 experience i love it, the atmosphere its magic, i know everyone wants a lake view,but this restaurant its a great place to have a couples night ♥️ love it!!!🍷😍

29/07/2025: The restaurant is located in the courtyard of an old townhouse and is very nicely decorated. It serves mostly meat, which we actually like. We opted for the meat with bones for two people. Two major drawbacks: we waited 1.5 hours for it; if we'd been told, we would have chosen something else. When the platter arrived, it came with 10 slices of potatoes and three small spoonfuls of vegetables as a side dish for two people.

30/06/2025: Hai fatto 4 passi svizzeri con la moto, vorresti fermarti un attimo per bere qualcosa e allora ti fermi nel primo posto che capita sulla strada. Entri in un locale guardato come un marziano perchè sei forestiero ma soprattutto perchè non chiedi birra e vino ma chiedi acqua e bibite per rinfrescarti, e qua salta tutto: battute simpatiche , proprietario divertente e divertito che ci offre un tagliere di salumi, simpatia e accoglienza e....sicuramente torneremo per una cena conviviale con più tranquillità, divertirci come matti e magari fermarci per la notte. Bravissimi davvero complimenti per tutto
