17/06/2025: Cibo ottimo e delicato, è stata davvero una bella scoperta. Pochi piatti secondo il pescato del giorno, tutto freschissimo. Esperienza top, da ripetere sicuramente!

29/03/2025: Pranzo di lavoro, per necessità molto veloce, servizio buono, purtroppo la pasta ripiena è stata portata in tavola troppo cotta. Peccato, le aspettative erano molto alte.

27/07/2025: We stopped for breakfast while waiting for the train to arrive. The staff were efficient, the cappuccino and croissant were good, and the place was very crowded, with limited seating inside. Unfortunately, there were no restrooms.

22/07/2025: Staff made up of rude girls, who look at you dirtyly if you ask for a coffee, don't respond to greetings and serve you an expensive coffee in front of a wall of dirty cups and saucers while they tell each other about their lives.

09/08/2025: The food is also quite good at lunch. I particularly enjoyed the eggplant parmigiana and Sicilian caponata. In the evening, this square is particularly lively and a key part of Turin's nightlife.

03/08/2025: A pleasant discovery. We were on vacation here, completely unfamiliar with the area, so we stopped for lunch. Delicious food and a beautiful view.

17/07/2025: Beautiful location with a sea view. A manageable menu with a rather limited selection. The penne was good, the bratwurst and fries were extremely lousy for a whopping €18...a handful of fries and a small sausage, plus a small sachet of mayo and ketchup, for that price is ridiculous. You can usually get a meal like that for around €6 at any average chip shop.

23/02/2025: I've been going here to eat Kebab since 2020... unfortunately a lot of things have changed. The old owner seems to no longer be there and today I had a really bad surprise. I arrived at 2.30pm and the grill was off with some meat already cut and a little meat on the skewer. I ordered a piadina and the guy tried to light the grill but the two lighters didn't seem to work, so he went out to ask two people who were eating on the street for lighters. He turned on the grill and without washing his hands or wearing a glove he proceeded to take the piadina and heat it against the grill, then took the already cut meat which was obviously cold and therefore contaminated, as was the piadina. The same person took the ten euros and gave me the change. I warned him that he did not respect the hygiene rules for handling food at all, I had my money returned by informing the boy that I did not intend to eat that food in the laboratory and I left the Istanbul King Kebab forever which should have undergone hygiene control. It's a shame that a place that served such good Kebab is now run by people totally unaware of the most basic rules of hygiene and food handling. Eat at your own risk.

07/08/2025: Friendly staff We didn't like the restaurant. The gnocchi were cold and mushy; we should have asked for them to remake them. The second course wasn't to our taste. We appreciated the fact that they didn't charge us for the first course, though.

06/08/2025: The hotel is right in the main square of Macugnaga. Alessandra, at the reception, was very friendly and, with a map in hand, informed us of all the possible excursions. Breakfast was excellent, everyone was kind and helpful, and the place was spotlessly clean! What can I say...we'll be back.

25/01/2025: Traveling in Italy for the Christmas holidays from Canada , we were visiting the " Roero" and decided to have our Christmas lunch at this restaurant. They accomodate us with a last minute reservation, table for 2. The restaurant was fully booked and only thing I can say is that everything was amazing , service , atmosphere and food ! Every single dish was just superb , amazing was one of our best experiences..full of taste and creativity , in our 3 weeks trip in Italy we visited restaurants every single lunch and dinner but Marcelin will be always on our heart ❤️ Great Job Angelo, Manuela , Thomas and all the Marcelin staff ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
