I come here often for lunch; there are many options on the ever-changing daily menu, plus other à la carte options to suit all tastes, from main courses, first courses, second courses, piadinas, salads, and sandwiches... 01/03/2025: We could call it "THE PARADISE OF GLUTTONY." All the street food specialties of southern Italy and beyond. The preparations are artisanal and homemade, every product is made with love and you can taste it. The owners are wonderful, very kind and warm-hearted people. Honorable mention for the CINNAMON ROLLS, undoubtedly the best in the entire city. And (today's discovery) the fried "beignets" with ricotta and candied orange peel...a delight! Well done! 08/09/2025: I stopped by by chance and ordered a kebab sandwich. It was excellent and served to my table with great courtesy. I recommend it for an evening with friends or for a super quick dinner like mine.

23/09/2025: We went for an aperitif, a great place because it's on the beach. The fact that they don't even give you a couple of chips so you don't drink on an empty stomach isn't very nice.

14/09/2025: Having returned to this place on different evenings after two years, I've found it to have improved. The beautiful setting in an ancient village pays off, the place is run by young people, clean, quiet, with fast service, good-quality food, and a good wine list. Good value for money.

06/09/2025: A positive experience at Piola del Borgo. My wife and I dined there, trying their trio of antipasti, a charcuterie board, and a focaccia, all top-notch. The drinks we ordered—one non-alcoholic and one with prosecco and elderflower—were perfect. The atmosphere is pleasant and the staff very helpful. A great place to return to.

07/11/2025: I often get pizza here because it's reasonably good and it's a convenient location for me. The other night I ordered a delivery order, asking over the phone if the delivery service included payment by card. The order taker said yes, but the delivery man showed up without a card. Since I didn't have any cash, he kept me on the street for 15 minutes while he spoke to the owner, even asking me to pick up the money (who orders a delivery pizza if they have to go to the trouble of picking it up?). Even though it was their mistake and they made me wait on the street for a while for the verdict, they took the pizza (just one pizza, for just over €6), leaving me without dinner and also asking me to distribute their flyers to advertise their products in the university residence where I live.

24/10/2025: I had a takeout pizza delivered to my home. The pizza was very good, light and easy to digest. I'll definitely try it again.

18/09/2025: A very friendly person served us. We had a delicious fig pastry with our coffee for breakfast.

20/08/2025: Very good option to eat here, they are very friendly and the food is very good, adapting to your needs, good value for money. I am vegan and I was able to eat there, thank you very much! Not everyone does.

18/08/2025: I had an incredibly special dinner @Ristorante La Mina this evening. The steak tartar with freshly picked porcini mushrooms was truly incredible. Warm and real service and in the heart of a very cool city. Turin is the Detroit of Europe, and the vibe is worth a visit

12/08/2025: There were only two tables in the dining room. We made the mistake of paying and not checking the bill beforehand. We ordered: 1 dish of unpretentious gnocchi for 15 euros + 1 summer menu for 30 euros (normally including drinks, cutlery, etc.) + bottle of water + 2 coffees. We paid a total of 61.50 euros. Overcharging or a mistake on the bill? In any case, much too expensive for the price.
