22/05/2025: Good evening everyone. For me the place is a whirlwind of immense and wonderful memories that start from childhood, from adolescence until today. We had dinner on a Friday evening and we were welcomed as guests of the house. Each dish was explained to us with precision and great passion, and finally; we ate different dishes with great taste. Excellent appetizers, "delicious" homemade pasta, refined meats that melted in the mouth and an exceptional Rosso that seasoned the evening. Desserts, what can I say, I would return even just for those. The evening was wonderful, both for the company and for the Osteria. Thank you very much

The Al Castello restaurant in Moncalieri is a true gem: a historic venue, expertly renovated, combining the charm of the past with a modern and welcoming atmosphere. The highlight is undoubtedly the new terrace, with an unparalleled view of the magnificent castle: the perfect spot for a charming dinner, especially on summer evenings. The menu is varied and well-curated, with carefully prepared meat and fish dishes, and a light, thin-crust pizza topped with quality ingredients—both local and international. The wine list is extensive and select, perfect to accompany every course. Special mention goes to the desserts, all homemade and truly unmissable! Another plus: the restaurant is open every evening, which is by no means a given. I highly recommend it for those seeking good food, a welcoming atmosphere, and an unforgettable view.

14/08/2025: I went to dinner at this restaurant for the first time to check out the great reviews I'd read. I admit I was surprised: the staff was polite and courteous, the menu was niche, with a wide selection and, above all, ingenuity in the preparation of the dishes. There was a vast and excellent selection of wines. The atmosphere was clean and well-kept, with a beautiful view of the city of Turin and the Moncalieri castle. I'll definitely be back. 👍

17/07/2025: I've dined at the restaurant twice in the past few years, and I must say I was satisfied. Invited by friends, I was thrilled to be able to repeat the experience. Unfortunately, upon arrival, we found the restaurant closed despite a reservation. Surprised, we called and were told that the restaurant was closed on Wednesdays in Revigliasco, but open in Pecetto. So, we were directed to the contemporary Ca Mentin restaurant, where the experience turned out to be TERRIBLE, and certainly not up to the standard of a restaurant. They would have made a better impression by informing us that the restaurant had closed because it hadn't reached the minimum number of reservations. I will definitely never set foot in either restaurant again, and I absolutely don't recommend risking a reservation to find yourself in such an unpleasant situation. 23/06/2025: If you're looking for good, traditional food north of Milan, this is the place to be. The chef came to explain the dishes to us, which is unusual. Good value for money for the region.

02/06/2025: When I come to visit my son Giulio and his family, they always take me to lunch here. It's a good restaurant with Lombard food. So much food that there's no room to put it. The manager and the Chef are very nice. I'm attaching some photos that I remembered to take between the various chats.

Un luogo che è da anni una garanzia e un marchio di serietà per la valle e per Gravere. Sempre bravi!

03/08/2025: A typical, unpretentious pizzeria/restaurant, you certainly shouldn't expect a gourmet dinner. Its strong point is the family management, the truly friendly staff, and the quick, efficient service. When we're passing by, hungry, and don't want to waste too much time, they're always there: they always find us a table, and it's open late. The decor, the menu, the order sheets, the breadsticks... it's all a blast from the past; after so many years, we still find it the same every time. It's up to each individual to decide for themselves whether this is a pro or a con. If I had to point out something that could really be improved, it's the accessibility, which I think is very difficult, if not impossible, in a wheelchair (steps at the entrance, tables very close together). This also applies to the bathroom (which I've always found clean and functional), which is located at the top of a rather steep staircase and can be difficult to reach even for those with limited mobility.

16/07/2025: I was deeply disappointed by the treatment I received at this bar. After paying for my breakfast in advance, the man who took the payment moved away, and I calmly ate my order. As I was leaving, ready to leave, another employee abruptly stopped me in an aggressive tone and asked, "Did you pay?" It's clear that suspicion was raised against me solely because of my skin color. A humiliating feeling, especially considering I immediately showed the transaction on my phone to clarify everything. The worst part? No apology. No acknowledgement of the wrong I suffered. They simply told me, "You know, I lost €100 last week"—as if that justified treating me like a thief. Incidentally, I often pass by there for work: I could have become a regular customer. But after this experience, never again. Treating people with suspicion simply because you don't know how to manage a bar is unacceptable. I sincerely hope that incidents like this never happen to anyone else.

12/06/2025: Sono stato in questo ristorante con mia moglie per festeggiare il mio compleanno,ci era stato consigliato da amici e ne siamo rimasti estasiati sia per la location, che per i piatti che erano tipici della cucina piemontese, ma serviti con molto gusto e molto piacevoli e infine molto buoni.
