We bought a Sardinian suckling pig, followed Gianpaolo's recipe to the letter, and it turned out delicious. We hoped it would turn out well, but instead, it exceeded our wildest expectations. Thank you, we'll make it again. The only thing missing was the myrtle sprigs for decoration.

Easter lunch featuring entirely her own products...a huge and unexpected success! The suckling pig was amazing, as were the fregola, cured meats, and cheeses... True guttiau bread and myrtle compote! With her professionalism, kindness, and the quality of her products, she truly honors the "Sardinian land"!

The quality of the products is excellent, there are always new and very tasty proposals and above all clear in the composition of the ingredients and in the preparation, everything is really delicious.

I found authentic fresh sausage, as they make it in southern Sardinia, at this butcher's shop. It's small but well-stocked. A must-try.
