26/07/2026: Kindness, professionalism, and delicious food. The staff is very attentive and helpful. We are very satisfied!

21/07/2026: We ended up at this restaurant because of the good parking facilities for our camper. However, the food left much to be desired. We started with cold and hot antipasti. The scampi were mini and straight from the freezer. The swordfish main course was inedible, bone dry, and overcooked; here too, it is quite possible that it came from the freezer. The pasta vongole contained 5 mini seafoods and was tasteless. The dessert came from a carnival machine. Not once were we asked how we liked the food. We left hungry after paying 100 euros; incomprehensible. The prices are disgusting.

07/06/2026: Very good food, a well-kept place, and friendly STAFF, especially the younger woman. It's a shame about the owner, who is rude and impolite. On the fourth time we ate here, we had a small problem with Apple Pay, which was immediately resolved by a cash payment. I can't tell you how disrespectful she treated us. Change jobs, then, or go work in the kitchen where no one sees your mean faces.

31/05/2026: Characterful location with some very intimate sea-view tables. Friendly but frenetic service. Spectacular dishes, but the cold tuna steak was truly inedible.

01/07/2026: I went to this restaurant, in the small town of Giglio Porto, for two nights. I would have continued, but I had other commitments. Stunning setting. Sea view. Excellent service. Cleanliness. And what about dinner? Sabrina is a true hostess, as well as a brilliant chef. I haven't had such a good dinner in years. I highly recommend it to everyone. If you're passing through Giglio, you absolutely must stop at Doria. Kudos to Luca, Sabrina's partner. Very polite and kind, and kudos to the girls in the dining room, especially Vanessa. I will definitely return to Giglio and will definitely dine at Doria. Truly excellent in every way.

05/05/2026: Sunday lunch with friends. Excellent food and friendly, knowledgeable staff. Due to a personal issue related to vocal cord surgery, I'm having trouble eating certain dishes. They helped me and advised me impeccably in my selection. Thank you so much.

12/07/2026: The first restaurant we ate at upon arrival in Capalbio. A distinctive atmosphere for a historic establishment, where the beauty of the location and the view complement the delicious dishes. Authentic Tuscan cuisine, authentic and simple, yet never banal.

21/06/2026: A slightly secluded spot from the center of Castiglione della Pescaia, the food is excellent, with very tasty dishes and generous portions. A good selection of wines and excellent value. We'll be back to try what we missed. Recommended.

06/07/2026: A lovely little restaurant just outside the walls of Grosseto, recommended by a local. Nice menu, complemented by several off-menu items, both traditional Tuscan and innovative. The restaurant is simple but tastefully decorated. The owners are very friendly and helpful. Service is fairly quick. The food we ate was very good; prices were average. Definitely a place to try if you're in the area.

04/07/2026: We dined in the pleasant outdoor area and had a great experience: the seafood selection is varied and the attention to detail is evident. Quality ingredients and successful pairings are used. The quality/price ratio is fair. I plan to return before the end of the holidays. Recommended!

03/07/2026: A delightful discovery in the center of Grosseto. Traveling for work, two of us dined here at the hotel's recommendation. The atmosphere (outdoors in our case) was very welcoming, quiet, and pleasant. The service was professional, attentive but never intrusive, and fast (perhaps even too fast: those five minutes of "relaxation" between courses wouldn't have been a bad thing. But those are really just details). The owner was professional and incredibly kind (surprised by the downpour, he even lent us his umbrella to take us home: by the way, Mr. Claudio: THANK YOU!! We left your umbrella at the Airone reception). Dishes: "Michelin-starred" quality, or almost: extremely fresh fish, top-quality ingredients; exceptional recipes (the orecchiette with chard and bottarga and the seafood carbonara were excellent, the calamari with vegetables were excellent), "imaginative" but never overly irrational, and flavors always perfectly balanced. Excellent wine, recommended by the owner. We had a great time, and we'll definitely be back. The bill was very, very fair (€120 for two people, including two appetizers, two first courses, and a second course with wine. Amaro was kindly provided). 28/06/2026: It's the same old story...in Argentario, it's almost impossible to find a serious, professional establishment at reasonable prices. It's a beach resort that transforms into a restaurant-like establishment in the evening, devoid of any soul or attention to hospitality. The menu, like almost everywhere else, is full of asterisks indicating frozen products, except for a few rare, if lucky, local catches. The menu is banal and boring, a copy-paste of any mediocre restaurant in the area. Very basic service, sky-high prices that are inconsistent with the overall setting...

23/06/2026: We booked dinner at the restaurant: the location is enchanting, with almost all the tables overlooking the sea... but the prices are decidedly high, both overall and for the price. We dined there, but we had to turn off the light and eat in the dark because our plates and wine were covered in all kinds of flies. Various insects were landing on the table and on our food. What a shame.

20/05/2026: Crazy how bad this place is. Small portions with plain taste (e.g. Lasagna Toscana), medium temperatuere and boring presentation of food, huge waiting times. Can't recommend at all.

02/05/2026: While vacationing in Castiglione, we chose this restaurant for dinner since the hotel we were staying at didn't offer this option. The restaurant, expertly converted from an old granary (hence the name), is very characteristic. Quality food (both seafood and meat) and fast service are provided. During busy periods, you might notice a slight hesitation from the table service staff, but it's just a small flaw that doesn't detract from the overall quality of the restaurant. Good value for money considering it's located in the historic center of Castiglione della Pescaia. Recommended
